This business now goes by Bedrooms and More. They prey on people with bad credit and the ones that are weak. They give you one price and once they qualify you hike up the cost. I will never go back to them ever again. They told me the mattress set I wanted was $ 280 when I went back two days later I was told my price was $ 457.00 I was stupid and weak to not walk away. They told me to pay the delivery driver $ 50 and made no mention that the company that issued me credit was going to debit my card that day. He told me my first payment would be February 4^th. These guys are crooked, don’t fall for their «we’ll help you out» all they are interested in is taking advantage of people. The only reason they get a star is because Unilocal makes you. I would give they negative stars if I could

It’s funny how the owner gave himself a 5 star !! DO NOT BUY HERE !!! Yes, they do have great prices that is why I purchased a mattress, 3 piece entertainment center, 3 piece couch, and a 6 piece table set. I spent about $ 3,000 for all 4 things but ALL 4 things went to shit ! The edges of the mattress make a crackling noise as if they were 15 years old, my couches are sinking in, the «leather» is peeling off, My entertainment gets water spots and scratches really easily, and My kitchen table was delivered with white paint ! The owner said «oh you can take it of with paint thinner» YEAH MOFO! so it can discolor it, NOT ! The screws on the table are always falling off on their own, 1 chair already broke, and I’ve had it for less than a year. I am extremely clean and there is no reason why they should be breaking. Plus, We hardly even use it. DON“T BUY HERE. Yes they are very friendly, and they offer a 3 month 0% interest program, but after, it goes up to 22−24% !! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO BIG LOTS. YOU GET THE SAME QUALITY, 0% FINANCING, AND THEY ARE HALF PRICE.

This is the worst place to buy, I purchased a sectional, paid In full. They promise the delivery next day, I kept waiting whole week. Nob ody showed up. i called them every day
They kept telling me your couch is in the delivery truck, it will be there tonite. Finally I went to the store. Asking them if they don’t have it return me my money. They don’t wanna do that either .Very Rude & unprofessional. They were very nice & friendly before we made the purchase
So I m still waiting to get my money back.
So don’t do business with these ppl

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I could go on for days on why you shouldn’t buy from here but ill just tell you in short story. I ordered a bed from here because they had low prices but this has been the worst experience you could imagine. It took two months and they kept giving excuses why it wasn’t in yet. Then when they finally did deliver it, it was the wrong bed. I called and they ignored my calls and one lady even yelled at me because I was calling everyday trying to get the right product. Finally got ahold of owner and he said would give me $ 150 store credit. I told him how does that make up for the wrong bed and two months of waiting. He refused to give me my money back. I got ahold of better business bureau and reported him. Don’t wait your time. Trust me.

Best place to shop here they negotiate prices with you and have good quality furniture.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I bought a couch and bedroom set from them and also bought the extended warranty, the couch is just falling apart, one of the sectional pieces broke so I took it to have it repaired. It took two months to get the piece back and then after I took it home and put it back with the couch we sat on it and realized it was never even fixed, so I took it back once again and that time it took almost a month to get back. After about a week it broke once again but even worse then it originally was, we took the backing off of the piece to see what was going on and found that scrap pieces of wood were just thrown in there and pieced together. Spring mounts were broke off then put back where they didn’t belong. We were told our bedroom furniture would take a week to deliver, almost three weeks later it was received. It is such cheap stuff, chunks of the paint are just chipping off. I have so many more bad things I could say about this company, just do your selves a favor and DO NOT do business with them because you will be highly disappointed.
