Ideal Furniture

Went in on a weekend and purchased a bedroom set. Our salesperson, Gabriela, was nice and friendly as any salesperson should be. Before purchasing, we asked if the items were in stock and we were told they were, great! Sold us on the set, added all warranties and what not, and when it came time to deliver… NO! Items were not in stock, not at the warehouse and they don’t deliver on weekends. They stated it would take 2 – 3 weeks for delivery… BOO!
We were OK with that to a degree, 2 – 3 weeks, although long, would give us ample time to clean up and get ready for our delivery. Within the first week, we receive a call notifying us that we would be receiving our order and gave us a time frame of 2PM-​6PM on said delivery date. We were excited and spent evenings cleaning up and moved out our old set to the kids’ room. Delivery day we wait, no call, no show, no follow-​up. We excuse it, call the next day to ask why, they reschedule for the following day… same thing, no call, no show. Call back again, they tell me they their delivery truck broke down and it would be the following week, gave me a date and time, again.
Another day of waiting with no call… Deliver day was supposed to be today (9÷1÷15)… and yet again… FAIL… no call, so I call… and now delivery date has been set for tomorrow… We’ll see if they follow through with this new date & time.
Currently, I am NOT happy with their service. My way of doing business is easy… I pay for something, a service, whatever… you, as a business don’t follow through, I, as a consumer will vent.
Get your sh! t straight!

I ordered 2 sofas, 1 recliner and a lift top coffee table from them a couple months ago. Great customer service! My sales rep Cecilio did a great job sticking to the low prices we negotiated even when his management indicated it was a pricing mistake. His follow up after the order was excellent letting me know my order status over text message. The delivery people were careful and helpful. When we pointed out some damages they took notes and came back with replacements or solutions. I’m very happy with working with the people I did at Ideal Furniture. Good Job!
A little more on what we purchased. My wife and I were looking for a very specific style of sofa and we ended up seeing it in an Ideal Furniture Ad that was in the mail. I was very skeptical since I hadn’t been to this place before or hear of it. But there they were, our perfect sofas. They have been great. We love them.
