Stephens – Bean Funeral Chapel

For all the years I have lived in Fresno, I have never been to a funeral at Stephens and Bean, the oldest funeral home in Fresno.
I attended a funeral in the chapel for a long-​ago classmate. It is a lovely room, though small. Although a warm day and a crowded room, the chapel remained cool and pleasant for the hour-​long service. The sound system provided good coverage. The undertakers where professional and handled the logistics very well.
One caveat: the address for the chapel is on Teilman, but if you are coming from the the north, you will need to turn on Pacific off of Belmont instead Teilman as there is a twist in the road in that area. The chapel has a large parking lot the provides easy access to the chapel.
