Manchester Center

Honestly, this place just needs some new management. It’s been the same for the past couple years and I’ve been hearing there will be changes, but still haven’t seen any. Kinda disappointing and sad seeing the mall like this.

I don’t even know why this place still is in existence! I am guessing Cal Trans offices and adult school’s must be paying to keep the lights on. What a dump! Also the staff/​security is eerily creepy. I understand why they keep a watchful eye, but hell. back off a tad and let people shop and mall walk.

Have you ever thought to yourself, «Self, I really wish there was a mall in town that had absolutely no redeeming qualities, filled with stores that I don’t want to shop at?» If so you are in luck, Manchester is that mall!
I remember when this used to be THE mall, and there was actually stores worth shopping at. Now however its just a pathetic husk of its former self, filled to the brim with stores that no one is exactly in a clamor to shop at. (With the exception of Sears which is still good, but its all on its own at the end of the mall, like it doesn’t want to be associated with it.)
I had to come here to go to Sears, and this mall is just sad now. Its run down and shoddy looking, and the parking lot is practically empty. Whenever I drive by the place never looks like its exactly jumping, so I don’t know how they manage to get enough business to stay open.

what a SAD little GHETTO old mall. I say they bulldoze and start anew…
