Lawrence Tire and Service

I came in yesterday to get an alignment done on my car. The car was pulling to the right and a alignment was recommended BY ANOTHER TIRE SHOP. I did not know where to go so I googled a few shops and the first place I called was Lawrence tire. The associate on the phone was polite, informative, and friendly so i didn’t call any other shops and headed over. They got me in right away and started to work on my car. I took a walk while I waited and during my walk they called and said to come back to the shop the work was done. When i arrived back at the shop the associate at the front informed me that my car did not need an alignment and all it needed was the front tires rotated. I asked how much and he said free, and to come back when my car really needed service. WOW what a great shop. They could have done the alignment anyway and charged me, but they were honest and I have to say that they now have a customer for life. This is the kind of place you want to take your car to. Please give them a shot at winning you over like they did me.

Class acts. First time we had our tire fixed when a nail had wedged it’s way in for pocket change. Today when there was a noise that needed to be checked out and it turned out a strut just needed to be tightened. They didn’t charge much for it, either. When I called for an estimate for what I thought might have needed (a wheel bearing) to be fixed they took their time to look up the most accurate quote based on estimated labor and parts. Great customer service!
