The Law Office of Kevin Schwin opened in 2012. It is located in the historic Tower District in Fresno, California. The mission is to provide high quality, cost effective legal services to people involved in Labor&Employment Law related disputes.

Business Owner

Kevin Schwin graduated cum laude from the Cleveland-​Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio in May of 2008. While in law school, Mr. Schwin received numerous awards and recognition for academic achievements, including the Frank L. Bartak Memorial Fund Award for Outstanding Study in Torts, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Outstanding Study in Torts, and the Ohio State Bar Association Award for Outstanding Scholarship in Labor and Employment Law. In 2009, Mr. Schwin began practicing law in California, representing employers and employees in various Labor & Employment law matters.
