Business Owner

Dean B. Gordon practices plaintiff’s employment law, personal injury, and criminal defense. He received his undergraduate degree from UC Santa Cruz, graduated from UC Davis MLK School of Law, and was admitted to the State Bar in 1974. He has also served as a Judge pro tem, an arbitrator, and a mediator.

He was a director of the Fresno County Bar Association, and is the editor of the Fresno County Bar Association newsletter, The Bar Bulletin. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar, the Central California Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Attorneys for Justice, the California Employment Lawyers’ Association.

Mr. Gordon has litigated appeals in several employment cases, including Horsford v. Board of Trustees (2005) 132 Cal.App.4^th 359, a leading California discrimination case, which has been cited approximately 200 times by other appellate courts.
