I had a company vehicle with a worn out key. It was preventing the vehicle from starting. I couldn’t get the key code from the dealer, so I took the vehicle to their office and in no time Richard got the key code from the key nub that I brought him. He programmed the new key into the vehicle and I was on my in no time. They were extremely professional.

I’m tired of being the butt of havens security systems, now on several occasions, their systems have «mysteriously» activated, prompting a police call, when talking to havens they basically tell you to F off. I’m done with these people. There systems suck, I have them both in business and home and have had the same issues occur at both places. Time to find a company that is more reliable and actually cars about their clients.

They make key copies takes 3 – 4 min, quite fast. Not too expensive 2.78 for one key. The service was not the friendliest but they were good.

5 stars all the way. I called multiple «24÷7» companies and they all told me they couldn’t come out or didn’t service my area. I don’t understand how a fresno based company doesn’t serve fresno lol. Haven’s came out in 15 minutes and had my lock fixed in 5 minutes. Thank you guys and thanks Jacob (tech)

I was using my phone to find the nearest locksmith to make key copies. This was the first time hearing about Haven’s. I was greeted the moment I walked in by a staff member named Susan… I showed her the keys, and she let me know that it was not a problem. Keys were made quickly and painlessly. When she returned to the front desk I asked if Haven’s carried any key holders and she immediately said they carried two sizes, reached for them, and displayed them to me so that I could choose which one. Excellent customer service! Very professional! I found my new locksmith company! Will definitely consider using them more often!

This is definitely the go-​to company to use after hours if you have a key/​lock emergency. We needed a travel trailer re-​keyed the evening that we were heading out of town and Havens was the only service around to get the job done. It ended up being after hours and the service was timely and the technician (Jacob) pleasant.
We ended up getting 3 different keys made for seperate locks and 3 extra pairs of duplicates made for $ 150. Seems fair for an 8pm job.

We needed a locksmith at 1030pm… on a Saturday. Long story short, havens was at the house within 20 minutes and had the door open in five. Thank you so much. Don’t hesitate to call!!!

Have used them for business for about two years, this is the second time (and last time) they have canceled and or not shown up all day with no call. This is not very professional and they have lost our companies business, just a word of warning to other companies out there.

I come in to Haven’s all the time for work, because we buy several items from them. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and they are always happy to help with any situation that should arise that would be out of the ordinary for our account. They carry a good selection of products ranging from simple padlocks, to fancy computer controlled locks for doors. From doing business with them through my employer, I have even bought items for personal use from them because of the positive experiences I have had.
They also have mobile service that will come to you and rekey locks, among a variety of other services they offer. I haven’t had as much experience with that aspect, but when someone has been sent to my place of work, they are always timely and do a good job with whatever the project may be.
