3 stars for this location. They got my toppings wrong and I felt like I got up too many times to get items that should’ve been given to me in the first place. Didn’t enjoy this visit, but do enjoy Deli Delicious altogether. Place was clean and employees were nice, but man my sandwich was a slight disappointment.

Omg, I had the best experience here! The workers were great! Provided us with the best customer service and they seemed very happy to be working, which is always a good sign! They got our orders right away and we got our food within 5 minutes of ordering. It wasn’t quite busy because there were quite a few food shops around. Sandwiches are expensive but worth the price! The amount of fries and curly fries we got were a huge amount, which was unexpected. We weren’t able to finish those basket of fries and there were three of us. The food were presented neatly and yummy. We had a wonderful experience here and are looking forward to return. Great service and great food. Thanks to the girls who helped us on that Thursday! So forgetful of names, but the service they provided was an amazing one.

I really like Deli Delicious! I use to always order a small #21 with turkey. It’s super tasty! However, I became a vegetarian a few months ago and no longer am eating meat. I stopped by this location because I was in the area and was happy to see a vegetable sandwich on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised and was satisfied with the sandwich.

Went in at 12:15, got my food at 12:45. They completely skipped another person(he was #23, I was 42). A good chance that all of us that were there on our breaks had just smells for lunch. This was the second time this has happened here for me. I don’t blame the workers. They were going as fast as they could. Management should be more prepared.

The employees were so rude. When I took my sandwich back because it didn’t have bacon on it the worker just threw two pieces of bacon on my tray. Then I noticed that it didn’t have any cheese and when my wife took it back the male employee said«oh my god!» I asked for everything on my sandwich and it only came with avocado and tomatoes. At that point I wasn’t going to go back and let the employee be disrespectful to me. Never going back!

On the sandwich alone this would be five stars. I got a hot pastrami and it was generous on meat, cheese, and all the fixings. Well constructed. On a good toasted roll. So the food was surprisingly excellent. Knocked down a star for indifferent service attitude, no paper menu available on display for me to take, and the limited and inconvenient parking. Also, the prices are pretty high, but the sandwich I had was definitely worth the money.

A little worried after reading other posts, it was fifteen minutes to close and they were mopping, but I was treated great! The lady behind the counter was superb and very friendly. Glad I took a chance, I was pleasantly surprised!

Its OK in a pinch Every sandwich shop has meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomato, drinks, ect. So for me its all about the bread. I liked the toasted sub roll and your choice of 3 types of bread, but it was too thick. I want to taste the contents and not have a mouthful of bread. Geno’s is still the best for a sub IMO. Does not accept all credit cards.

Words cannot express how unbelievably terrible this customer service from MARK was last night at the Shields/41 location. I was mocked, accused of being wrong about the simplest thing(yes your soda has a bitter aftertaste, no I didn’t order a small #31, and oh yes I can COUNT how many sandwiches you gave me and NO they’re not all here), and even quasi-threatened by MARK when I told him I resented the implications that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I got his name and when I repeated to make sure, he turned on me and asked in a VERYTHREATENING manner, «And what’s YOURNAME?» I cannot believe anywhere would hire this kind of jerk. I would fire any employee that acted this way. I tried calling corporate but the voice message just kept looping so I will call again in the morning — but I can tell you right now, this MARK guy they have there has already cost them hundreds of dollars — my wife’s entire Facebook group just started talking about how terrible that sort of treatment is and how AWESOMEANDWONDERFULPCH Subs is and that everyone will just go there instead. I am SO not happy with the treatment this place condones from their employees. I posted this to their facebook wall and they have since deleted it in an effort to save face — I’m very disappointed and highly suspicious that there are no negative comments on their wall — clearly they have no problem deleting posts they don’t agree with. So to summarize: * Employees getting my order wrong while I’m ordering, then arguing with me that I was wrong about what I just ordered; * Employees arguing with me about the bitter, metallic aftertaste of their fountain drinks, with both of them telling me they don’t drink soda(?) and that it tasted just fine. * My order was STILL wrong — they completely left out my wife’s order and I had to go back, which meant my food was cold when I got home. * The trainee(?) Robert didn’t know that au jus is included with a French Dip and not only had to ask about it, but still tried to forget to include it with my meal. This is an issue that I’ve already had to contact corporate about, so it seems to be an issue with lack of training. * When I got back there with the receipt to tell them they forgot a sandwich, MARK’S response(with a snide sideways glance) was, «Are you sure?» * MARK got very upset with me when I told him I had issues with his behavior. He was belligerent, and even attempted to raise his voice at me when I called him on it. * MARK acted in a rather threatening manner when I asked for his name — this is really what elevates this experience to something I can’t just chalk up to incompetence — combined with all the implication that I didn’t know what I was talking about, I’m forced to conclude that MARK feels that he doesn’t need to provide customer service if he doesn’t want to. The manner he displayed gave me the impression that he could act this way with impunity — I don’t know who he is, or how he got his job there, but he clearly thinks he’s safe no matter what he does. So, to make a long story short, Corporate should be calling my wife today to investigate further. Given the fact that this is the FOURTH time they’ve screwed up, the fact that they’ve been deleting comments on their Facebook page, and that MARK seems to think he can do what he want with no repercussions, I highly doubt they’re going to do anything about it. PCH Subs is SO much better. Go there.

This was a nice surprise sandwich place that I touched up before catching a movie. Way better than Subway, Quino’s, etc. Definitely got the Delicious part right!
