Took a screen door in that I bought from them last summer because of wheel mechanism not springing. Nice gal called out woman from back that suggested replacing entire mechanism. She said she only had one left since they switched to a larger wheel. When I was picking it up, after I paid. I noticed the wheel mechanism that we had discussed had not been replaced. Some man came over and agreed it was not functioning correctly but when he realized they had no other wheels he said all I could do was remove wheel mechanism and run on three wheels. I tried to point out that the broken part had not been replaced and I was not happy. He then suggested it was abused. So I paid for a repair that did not take place. Service level I would expect from box store.

These guys are the real deal. I’ve been a customer of theirs for 30 years. back in the early 80’s i had a furniture mfg company (Creations mfg.) and we bought all of our cut glass from Carroll David. Now, all these years later i order all the ¼″ thick plate glass shelves for the furniture i sell as Crazy Bernie. Marie is a doll and a pleasure to deal with. They are also great at making screens and a bunch of other construction related things. Sliding glass doors and windows too. Great prices plus great service keeps me a happy customer. Crazy bernie
