Well this AT&T store is about as bad as it can get I don’t have the time to leave a full written review but the place was loaded with people. A manager comes up and asked what we needed and for a name to put on the list. We have him that information and asked how long the wait was. 15 – 20 minutes he said. I asked if he was sure due to the amount of people waiting. He looked at me with a look of disgust and said he was sure. We browse around while we wait and I look at my watch. It’s been 47 minutes. I approach him and he says the wait is only about 10 more minutes. I hadn’t even asked. Disgusted in the service I start to talk to others about switching to Verizon. The man who claimed to be a manager comes over and said he would just walk me over right then. I got up and left. My service is with Verizon now. Peace out company who hires bi polar managers to insult customers. If I could remember his name I would post it but I can not remember it.

Not too sure why there’s so many horrible reviews of this AT&T location. My parents started their service here when this store was still Cingular. So I’ve been here quite a bit over the past 12 years. Service has always been good for my parents and I. A little slow at times, but that’s to be expected given the size and location of the store. The sales associates are just that… SALES associates. They do try to sell you accessories and add-ons you don’t need but at the same time are not too pushy. Last visit I came with my gf to get her new phone activated and get a new SIM card. We waited for about 10 min before someone came and helped us. The actual process took only 5 min or so and then the sales woman and I were talking about job opportunities and how she got her job at AT&T(she used to work where I currently work). I honestly drive out of my way to come to this particular location even though there are closer stores to where I live just because it’s a direct location, NOT an indirect, I’ve been coming here so long, and service is always up to par.

Approximately a year ago I opened up a new customer account a two year contract and after having it for a few months the bills that they claimed to have sent me that never came in started to backfire on me 1 month I got a bill it was approximately $ 600 and said it was going to collections. first off I never received a bill in the mail and after calling many times and asking them to send me one, their rude customer service department kept referring me to the website to look at it although on the website there was nothing to look at I still asked them to send me something in the mail after going around in circles with them and getting nowhere my account was sent to collections my credit was royally screwed over because of their incompetents that this company has. although I could not do anything about the collections or my credit rating all I can do is write a horrible review and never use them ever again. I’ve been happily with Sprint with no problems since then

Two stars because the location was clean which I appreciated. The huge bummer is that the wait times are insane. I got there a little before 11 on a Thursday so I could change the last name on my account since I changed my last name. There are no restrooms in the building, which is also inconvenient if you’re waiting a long time. I will avoid this place in the future if possible.

So I went in yesterday to try to preorder an iphone 6. I was aware I could order online, but I had a grandfathered unlimited data plan that is no longer available that I wanted to make sure I didn’t loose. Anyways, the place was busy, which I expected. A young man checked me in at the front door. After a few minutes I asked him if he had any idea how long of a wait there was. He answered, «I have no idea.» I was pretty annoyed by this. How could he not give me a rough estimate of how long it would be? I waited for about 5 – 10 minutes and heard someone talking to another employee asking them how long it would be. The fellow told her that she is next so it should only be about 10 minutes. By then, a girl had replaced the young man at the front door, so I told her my name and asked if she could estimate how long my wait would be. She said it would probably be over an hour. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have been told this when I first checked in.

This location is hit or miss, even on good days. First– They have recently changed the layout of the store. They have added tables with stools and have placed them in really stupid locations. Several tables are directly in front of the displays of phones. It makes it very uncomfortable and crowded to browse the phone displays. What the hell is this place, a phone store or a café? Move the tables away from the displays!!! Second– The staff is really hit and miss, with them never telling you the same thing. Employees give different stories, prices etc. It’s annoying as hell. We were there to get new phones and new plans. We are not under contract and they refused to change the plans until the end of our billing cycle. The employee said it must be done on that day only. That makes no sense as we are not under contract and I’m sure Att would have rather had the money from us buying new more expensive phones and plans. But okay whatever dude, we just left and you lost that sale. Not sure I will waste my time with this location again, as there are others closer to our home. Today’s visit was a complete waste of time. Went home and upgraded phones over the phone, no problem.

The customer service here SUCKS!!! The employees here look busy but do nothing. They just stand around talking and goofing off. This experience at this store can’t be a true corporate store.

Worst AT&T store to go to Its a madhouse No greeter to check you in and people letting their kids just run around the store Can’t even get to the android accessories since they are in one corner and non existent(why would you put iphone cases in the android phone area) Just close this corp store I just had a better experience at the Blackstone store across the street from Manchester

I use AT&T for work so I’m in the stores more than the average bear. The store was busy but I didn’t have to wait long at all which was nice. I needed a receipt from months ago and they produced it for me lickety split. I was in and out quick, very professional visit.
