I am so fed up with the incompetency drive-through associates here demonstrate on a daily basis. They rarely get my order right. You ask for decaf, you get regular. You ask for hot, you get iced. You ask for caramel, you get pumpkin. You ask for extra large, you get medium. You ask them to refill your mug, they give you a new mug. You ask them to charge the perks card, they charge your credit card. It’s unbelievable. What’s more unbelievable is that when you demand them to fix their mistake, they minimize their mistake and resist: «Oh, the coffee is only $ 3, it’s okay.» Really? I don’t care if it’s $ 30 or $ 3. That’s MY $ 3.That’s one third of your hourly pay. How dare you tell me it’s okay to waste my money on your stupidity. Often, the store manager is not there in the morning. More often, I’m in a hurry to get to work. So I end up just giving them a mental middle finger and driving off. The convenience of the drive through prompted me to come here over other DD but I am disgusted. They need to retrain or fire these idiots. PS During rush hours, the drive through clogs up the traffic. It leads cars going both ways to utilize one lane to go either way, which leads to many road rages and accidents. FYI.

Just an average Dunkin. I mean it’s a franchise the only thing can make them better is better customer service. All the employee are very disconnected & don’t pay much attention to customer service, such as greetings, being polite & etc…

This has to be the worse dunkin donuts I have ever visited. The drive thru person kept repeating«is that all» I was not even getting a chance to order. She did not want to give me my receipt. When I asked for the manager, the person could not be found. Since I was not going to move, the manager appeared! I tried contacting the number on the recept and the website doesn’t work. I WILLNOTBEGOINGBACK!

Drive thru is a mess. It interrupts the road’s traffic. Drivers are trying to go in from both directions on the two-way street, and few are often generous in the early morning. Otherwise, staff in the walk-in store is nice, quick and polite.

The drive thru is a hot mess since the parking lot is the smallest lot ever. But it’s better to stay comfy inside your car than wait in the store. I think they delegate too many people to take the drive thru orders and leave only 1 person for the store customers. It takes longer to get your order inside. I can’t really complain though since it’s one of the few DD drive thrus in the area.

The drive thru service for this dunkin donuts is slow and sometimes they even have a conversation through the speaker when you’re trying to order! Make sure to double check your orders before leaving, the workers are easily distracted!

Ordered a blueberry muffin toasted with butter and received a cold blueberry muffin with butter slapped on to it as though they were rushing my order. I took the drive thru and there was one other person behind me so maybe the rush was because they were busy inside. Regardless it shouldn’t mess up my order. I go here often and never had this problem, but I can say that everyone that works there always seems friendly.

I hate hate hate this dunkin donuts. Service is super slow, both in the drive thru and inside. They often mess up the order. You must speak really slowly and clearly because if you say your order fast they can’t follow along and will ask you to repeat it. Don’t bother trying to order more then one thing at a time. Whoa. One at a time. Also the manager is a piece of work. One of those people who feel superior but haven’t actually accomplished anything meaningful in life. She is rude and condescending. They get my service because of the drive thru and the closeness to my job. But honestly I’m getting tired of bothering.

Oh shoot me for not trusting the 1 stars before me. Previous Unilocalers I apologize for not heading the warning. How many ways can you spell horrible. The donuts looked like someone did the electric slide, the tango and the twist on them all at the same time. Did someone drop all the donuts then put them back on the tray? Seeing such a disarray, I asked(how stupid of me), do you have sour cream donuts? The response… we don’t have sour donuts… we have cream donuts. I said, not sour… sour cream, it’s a type of donut… the response back was in a language I did not understand So now I just decide to look at the display and figure out which donut has not previously been at the Arthur Murray school of dance. It looked liked the glazed and the jelly were my safest choices. Paid with the app and then the employee turned his back on me and continued his work. Someone buy this guy a personality and interpersonal skills. No one needs a donut so bad that they need to come here.

Horrible service. They never get your order correct even after I repeat myself more than 3 times, they make you wait for a long time even though there was no customers in front of me, and the employee that works the overnight shift has horrible service! I went to get a scoop of ice cream and he denied my order … I then proceed to ask for the reason why and for his name but he just rudely shuts the window and walks away. Most of the employees do not even understand your order. Dunkin Donut needs to take action on the employees they are hiring to represent them.

Considering I work around the block, and my job involves teaching teenagers… I need… like, NEED this every morning. I come here just about every morning before work! The people who work here are very friendly, and when I order in the drive-thru, the same, sweet, funny lady taking my order always starts my day off in a good mood. I usually order a large caramel latte, and ask for extra syrup because the ice waters the coffee down after a while and it’s always hard to even taste the caramel. Many times they forget the extra syrup so I remind them 500 times before I leave. Exiting and entering this place is the most stressful, anxiety ridden situation one could possibly ever be in. Fresh Meadows Lane is exactly like the game Mouse Trap combined with your Driver’s License Test course. Almost every day, there is a tractor trailer blocking any and all ways into the establishment. Every day, you are guaranteed to get honked, screamed, and cursed at while waiting to turn into the parking lot or drive thru line because no one can fit past you. I used to get really upset about this. Now, I just ignore it. Or, when I’m feeling extra frisky, I honk back at everyone with a giant smile, and enjoy their surprised reaction. Then, when you pull out onto Horace Harding Hwy after getting your meal, there is ALWAYS a bus blocking your vision while trying to merge. The most fun part of coming here, is blindly guessing if someone is coming or not because the bus prohibits you from seeing traffic, so you just speed out into the street and hope for the best. #goodtimes

If you want stale donuts, this is the location for you. As others have said, they constantly screw up your order and over charge you. Avoid this location and go to the one on Kissena.

Yeah, this place pretty much sucks. How does it take so long to order at a drive through when there is no one ahead of you. It just doesn’t make any sense. I usually only grabbed beverages here since it is right on the service road of the LIE and when I am in a rush I would take a quick detour here since the other DD on Kissen doesn’t have a drive through but the one time I did order a doughnut it was slightly wet. I didn’t want to think about what the possibilities for that one were and I just chucked the rest of it. Honestly I’d rather stay thirsty during my drive than stop in here.

Go only during the day!!! I mean, it’s Dunkin Donuts, how good can the service get? But this one bothered me so much that I had to tell everyone about it. It’s 24 hour drive thru, so I would go later at night when I’m hungry or I need some coffee. The people just want to rush your order so you can get the hell out of there. I once ordered the 31 below ice cream, and they claimed that their machine isn’t working(this was after I paid for it). They asked if I can change my order to a smoothie, but I’m like, no I only wanted ice cream. And they’re like«okay fine, give me one second.» They go in and mix some kind of thing, the Oreo was obviously broken down by hand. It was a mess! Waste of money! Also, they are really sloppy with making coffee at night… I don’t understand why…

You should always use the drive thru here. You will be inside at least 15 – 20 minutes. It’s very convenient for me since it is on my way to work. During the week they are very fast but if you go on the weekend expect to feel like you are in the twighlight zone.
