A previous reviewer remarked on the lack of customer facilities available and the refusal by the management to address these concerns. It would seem this establishment is taking proactive measures to dissuade the homeless and numerous vagrants from using the public restrooms in a very aggressive fashion. Management will post a sign indicating restrooms are mysteriously«out of order» when employees have access. On one occasion I even verbally verified with the management — a stout east Indian woman who was busily counting her daily profits that the restroom was off limits and for employees only. In addition, I remarked if that sadistic policy applied to customers and she replied yes without having the decency to look me in the eye. This place is run by scumbags. It is one thing to have no empathy for the downtrodden in society and quite another to inconvenience your paying customers. Ironic that many of these establishments are actually purchased and owned by people who migrate from so-called developing nations with third world conditions — and yet, in the US they quickly adopt the mannerisms and values of the 1%. I guess«let them eat cake» is a sentiment which they adhere in steadfast manner while they climb social ladder of greed. For the unwashed masses, use your only source of rebellion. Refuse to frequent or do business with such places that think it is acceptable to maintain such reprehensible practices. Hit them were it hurts. In addition, contact corporate and document as best as you can these incidents. Complain and be persistent. This place does not deserve any customer. Maybe the manager or owner can contemplate the ramifications while sitting unemployed, homeless and penniless by the banks of the Ganges river…

We got the ice green tea it tasted like urine and it looked like urine! The reason I gave two stars instead of one is because he exchanged it!

I’m pretty sure restaurants are obligated by law to provide restrooms to customers. I come I and there is a unavailable sign, I think ok, it happens. Exactly two seconds later, an employee comes out of the restroom. How rude!

It’s right in the middle of everything. The gym, bus, homes and business. It’s also a new establishment so their trying hard to stay open. I like their French vanilla coffee. Keep up the good work.

I really despise this Dunkin Donuts but its the only one nearby. Every Saturday it’s the same cashier and she is always getting into a confrontation with a customer. She’s always messing up the order. ALWAYS. I don’t know if its a language barrier thing or what but she is the worst. The people actually putting the hot foods together for you are sloppy as well. You can tell the sandwiches weren’t put together with care. The only cool thing about this spot is that they have a seating area which is slightly inviting.

The outside seating area is DIRTY. Garbage and litter all over. On a recent visit, I watched people tripping over garbage near the side door entrance. In the meantime, a female worker, came outside to change the garbage bag, looked at the garbage at the door she walked out off, looked at it and left it there. Never bothered to clean it up nor the surrounding area. Since a certain ethnic group has taken over most of the Dunkin Donuts in NYC, customer service, HORRIBLE. No matter which location I went to, the same horrible customer service. Then they have the nerve to keep a tip jar at the counter. Learn customer service skills, obviously a major problem with the management.

Ordered my coffee with two Splenda and some half and half. When I opened the lid to check it, the milk was curdled. She replaced it. Opened the lid to check and there wasn’t enough milk so I asked for more. She couldn’t be bothered to add it in herself so she gave it to me on the side. When I asked for a spoon, she directed me to the stirrers in the front of the store. Lo and behold, I tasted it and there was no Splenda in it. When I asked her to put it in, she told me it was up front by the stirrers. I quickly asked for my money back and left her with the coffee — they will never again get my business. Wish I could give negative stars for this location.

I want to like the place more because it has a seating area and it one of the nicer Dunkin Donuts but I find the staff to be very rude. They never put enough cream cheese on the bagel and when I ask for more they laugh and make jokes in their language. Secondly, its great to keep your place clean but when you have customers sitting there eating breakfast DONOT start sweeping around them or spray windex on the table two inches from them.
