Finally a coffee shop in this neighborhood! Much needed love this space and the friendly staff, menu is plentiful something for everyone. Only critique would be that coffee does as quickly but it is definitely worth the wait. Need at least 10 – 15 mins to get in and out with your coffee so don’t expect to catch the buses here and run out with your coffee, give yourself more time and you’ll definitely enjoy this little nook

Food is overpriced and average. Service is slow even when there is no one there. Workers seem unsure of what they’re doing. Came back a second time to give it another try, but it was just a disappointment.

The best green tea lattes come from here! They’re sweet and delicious and oh so perfect! Mmmm! They know how to make it well at this location! Oh and the staff is super friendly! :)

I was super excited that a Caffe Bene opened up near me, but I don’t think this place is worth the hype. Coffee is fine but their gelato was awful. I had lemon and was expecting it to resemble lemonade, but it was more like biting into a lemon. My sister and a friend had green tea and chocolate and both were subpar at best. The waitstaff was friendly(although obviously inexperienced) and because of the small space, there was nowhere to sit.

The front is fairly small and they have limited seats, but when I went it wasn’t busy at all, considering that it’s right next to SJU. Their s’mores hot chocolate and red velvet latté is sooo good, although kinda pricey, but not unusual. And they have loyalty cards!

been here a few times since its soft opening! it’s just like any other café benne: same menu, similar interior. Smores hot chocolate is overhyped though :(it was $ 5 for hot chocolate with a couple of marshmallows and chocolate syrup drizzled on top. the slices of cake were priced at $ 6 each, crazy! staff are extremely nice but sometimes I feel like they are not sure of what they’re doing! verdict: good place to do work(free wifi) but food is overpriced for average taste and quality.

For the small storefront, there is a decent amount of seating in this small café near St. John’s University. There are about five tables that can seat about ten people, and there are individual window seats in the front and individual seats facing the wall in the rear. There are not that many outlets here so if you plan to study all day have your things charged before hand. The service here was friendly and the menu features typical Caffe Bene items such waffles, gelato, coffee, sandwiches, etc.

I’ve been here a couple of times now and I love it! The Café Saigon, mini waffles, and Americano are all delicious. This is a well needed addition to the neighborhood, and the customer service is wonderful. I can’t wait to try more of the menu.
