History
Established in 2012.
Cody is head trainer and a very motivated and driven individual and has always had a love for the outdoors. His passion for the outdoors has led him to try a wide variety of things in life including, surfing, rock-climbing, biking, skiing, wake-boarding, kayaking, and so much more. On any given sunny day you can probably find him kayaking, rock-climbing, or just plan hiking after work. Cody has always had a very positive attitude towards life and tries to make the best out of every situation, he truly lives nothing short of life to the fullest. Cody passion towards fitness and staying healthy is contagious, he makes it effortless to stay in shape and still have fun doing it. He says that, «working out shouldn’t have to be like work, It should be an enjoyable experience and a lifestyle choice.» With his training techniques he will have you in a positive mindset in no time. He has study numerous hours and is an ASCM certified personal trainer, along with a Real Ryder Certified Group Fitness Cycling Instructor. With one of the highest accredited personal training certifications in the U.S. he says,“he’ll never stop learning”. He has attended numerous fitness conventions and lectures given by some of the top professionals in the industry. Life is about the pursuit of happiness and overcoming the day to day challenges.
