Great place if you live in the area and want to find a place to hang out with friends. There’s a decent amount of space and the dining area is relatively clean. I like the mango, pomegranate, cheesecake, and strawberry flavor. Original tart isn’t my thing, but I hear it’s pretty decent.
I feel like this place is on the pricier side. My cup at Yogurtland was more full and I paid less than $ 3 whereas here it cost over $ 3.
The restroom is extremely spacious lol. They could’ve had two separate bathrooms instead of one big one.
They take credit card, but there’s an extra charge for it.

Although the froyo craze is over, it’s still nice to have the option on a hot summer day! If you don’t look closely, you might miss the storefront because it’s tucked away in the Lucky plaza.
Some flavors I’ve tried: pomegranate, tart, strawberry cheesecake (not a fan), mango, and pineapple (pretty bland). They have a bunch of toppings too: cheesecake bites, cookie dough bites, gummy candies, different boba flavors, mochi, jellies, and more.
Two almost-​full-​cups turned out to be around $ 8. A little pricey, in my opinion, but sometimes you just need to treat yoself!

«+» I love the self-​serve, the freshness and texture of the yogurt itself, and the several flavors they have. The tables aren’t really sticky except for the outdoor ones. Reasonable prices. Great place for students, adults, and family.
«-» This would be a ⁵⁄₅ but please fix your hours for crying out loud. During this summer we have football conditioning for our high school and it’s from 5pm — 8pm and we decide to goto Yogurt Mantra to relax after a long day of conditioning in the sun for 3 hours in 90 degrees. We also check on google to make sure it’s not closed and on google is says it’s open from 12:00 — 9:00 pm. By the time we get there around it’s around 8:25 and it’s closed. Like seriously, after an exhausting 3 hours we bike/​skate over to Yogurt Mantra and it’s closed, please fix your hours so other people don’t experience this.
Then a few days later we go again, we even left practice early at 7:15, then we got there at 7:35, we were just about to turn the corner of Yogurt Mantra with our hopes up, thinking of ending our long, hot, sunny day with a cup of cold yogurt, but NOPE. Here’s the catch, it’s closed. Like honestly what the f**k. We knock at the glass door and try to get one of the employee’s attention, he looked at us for a few seconds, then rushes to the back of the store, after a few minutes he came back out we tried to grab his attention again, yes, you guessed it, he returns back to the back of the shop trying to ignore us which is extremely rude. You guys really need to not leave your staff held loose like that. They think they can get away with leave the store like 20 minutes early and sneak out.

Love the concept — mix your own frozen yogurt + toppings and pay by weight. They generally have some nice unique flavors — I’ve tried banana, pistachio, chocolate, vanilla — and they are all good. Its a nice clean place and they also have wi-​fi. I go there with my daughter and she loves picking the flavors + toppings. You get to take how much you feel like eating, works really well for small kids. Total fan.

LOVE this place! The yogurt tastes great and you can get a lot for a decent price. They have a variety of toppings like fruits and chocolates, and syrups like caramel and chocolate, and a variety of yogurt flavors. I always go there whenever I go in that complex. Great stuff!

This place is kinda hidden in the corner of the square and to be honest, I didn’t have very high expectations for this place, but was just really craving some yogurt. Walking in, I was greeted very warmly by the cashier and got a few sample cups to try their yogurt. Lo and behold, this place is actually really really good. I was surprised by the quality of their fruit toppings and the creaminess and flavor of their yogurt. Price is a little higher since its not a big chain, but to be honest, I don’t really mind (a few cents more per oz is really not a big deal) especially since the yogurt is actually really good. Especially since I live in this neighborhood, I will definitely be coming back next time the yogurt cravings hit!

Yogurt Mantra is top notch. We have been on a fro yo binge recently because I’m on a diet and frozen yogurt is a surprisingly low cal treat. Found this place thanks to Unilocal.They’ve only been open a few months and the interior is cute and clean. Toppings were fresh and flavorful. Fro yo was also very tasty. This shop is so much better than some of those el cheapo frozen yogurt joints where everything tastes waxy or weird. Glad to have found this gem! Parking kinda stinks, so they almost lost a star, but perhaps it was just the time of day we went (5pm on a Friday) — so they get to keep all stars.
I recommend it!

Nice frozen yogurt place that is well maintained. It’s usually pretty empty unfortunately, but I’m not complaining since it makes for a better meeting place. They offer some other things like drinks and some food items which is a bit strange for frozen yogurt places, I don’t think too many of them do that. The frozen yogurt is good, and there’s a good selection of toppings, though probably not the most vast I’ve seen.
I have to say the second time I came to this place, the lady there clearly didn’t know what she was doing, she swiped my card, but apparently hit cash on the register, and it showed that it charged my credit card like $ 400,000 something, which turned out to just be the sequence of numbers on my credit card, and luckily I wasn’t charged, but it was definitely annoying, and she had to call for her husband to come check the system and confirm everything was fine. Wi-​fi would be nice too

Place is nice! Looks family owned and they have a variety of flavors. Toppings seem fresh but I never get toppings. Definitely going here again

So strange that anyone would say the froyo here tastes anything but great. My girls, my parents, and I have all tried all the other froyo shops in Fremont. Yogurt Mantra’s froyo is solidly the best. It’s smooth, creamy, tasty, with no chemical taste (like Menchie’s… Blech); also not salty like Pinkberry’s froyo). And not bland and forgettable like myriad others.
Still the best in town.

The ladies working there were very nice and helpful. They let me sample before buying.
The place is very clean and colorful. Seating is available indoors and there are also tables outside.
There were eight flavors or yogurt to chose from and a selection of toppings. All natural high quality product,
My yogurt topped with strawberries, blueberries and walnuts cost $ 5.30. It was a bit more than I was looking to spend, but it was very good. Just remember you are paying by the oz. and do not have to fill the cup.
I will return to this place.

The yogurt really tastes awful. I wish I could just say I wasn’t a fan but it tasted OFF.
The toppings (there’s not much to choose from) were gross. I made the mistake of choosing chocolate covered marshmallows. They tasted the way I think sweaty socks would taste.

Meh. I don’t really like the yogurt and they barely offer any toppings. They mango is good (not the mango yogurt, but the freshly sliced fruit).
Not factored in to my review: please don’t bring your psychotic 3 year old and let them high-​pitch scream, nonstop, as you ignore her.

Like I said before, Peanut Butter remains to be one of my favorites, but they switch flavors every week. I can’t quite remember what flavors there were before, but all of them were mediocre except for a few quite exceptional ones. Coconut, Peanut Butter, and Banana, are all incredible. While I don’t know if they will have these flavors next week, I know they have potential to make incredible yogurt. There are more favorites, but I can’t seem to remember off the top of my head.
The environment is very reserved and colorful. There are lots of tables, nearly all vacant, so sometimes it’s weird to be sitting there by yourself while enjoying your yogurt. The owners are pretty nice, and they have these cute, colorful plastic spoons like yogurtland. I’ve already dropped by something like 5 times, simply because it is local, and has some good yogurt.
Four Stars while being generous. It was good, but not fantastic yogurt. They are relatively new, so give them time. Some of their choices are on-​par, while other flavors can really hit the spot. It’s also within walking distance for many, since it’s located in a very residential-​orientated area. Hopefully in time, they can maintain and improve. 39 cents an ounce, compared to some of the other yogurt places, is slightly on the lower side.
