Place is dope! All the craft beer, cider and wine you can find! They offer a variety of selections. You will find what you are looking for and you will try new things (even seasonal beers). We always stop by here on our way home from the East Bay. You must stop by!

Why did we not have a Total Wine sooner. This place is heaven, I could get lost here, I could live here actually. Such a wide selection and organized so well. It seemed a little intimidating at first, I was overwhelmed, but Marc was super helpful and steered my friend and I in the right direction. He even gave us recommendations and let me tell you we walked out of there looking like alcoholics. Prices even better than Bevmo! 1 stop destination for all your party needs, they even have limes! Cool pint glasses and accessories. See you soon total wine and more!

I like the atmosphere here, the wine selection is variety, my friends and I like this place very much.
Though this place is big you can find which wine you need easily .
The price is OK, worth of the quality.

I love this store just for the sake of good ol’ fashioned American competition. Someone’s gotta keep BevMo in check. And quite frankly I already sense that Total Wine is on another level than BevMo.
This place is bigger than BevMo, thus larger inventory. But that kinda scares me because their overhead is larger, thus may affect their bottom line someday, thus bye-​bye in a few years. I hope not.
Why I like this place (over BevMo):
–Intense wine selection. Even though it is way out of my budget/​taste, I never would of imagined to be able to grab a Château Margaux or an Haut Brion in my sleepy, suburban town. Just knowing it is within my reach, is getting me to re-​evaluate what a «splurge» purchase might be. This is kinda interesting and more accurately very fun.
–Very organized. I like their logic in how they shelf product. Easy to find and easy to follow.
–Didn’t do any yet, but it seems that tasting is integrated into the retail space. I heard they even incorporate live music to some scheduled tastings. Now that’s too cool for school.
–Decent pricing. Some things are good whilst others are average. But nothing is horrible. Start with something that you buy often, then compare it. That way you have a good reference point. Also tons of coupons through email or regular mail. I know it sucks to cut a coupon, but $ 10 off of $ 50 is not bad. That’s 20% off a really nice bottle of wine/​liquor. I’ll take that!
Total Wine, I hope you’re here for the long haul. I’ve got interesting plans for us both.

This place is awesome and underrated. We come here nearly EVERY week, which is toxic to our wallet and savings… and liver.
Basically this is similar to Bevmo but on a grander scale… I probably don’t need this many variety of alcohol but we come here mainly for the ambiance and shopping experience. Plus its located nicely at auto mall; we stop by here at the end of our shopping since it closes past 9pm. This place is clean, huge, and a bit more stylish looking in comparison to Bevmo. Most importantly, they aim to sell alcohol at the same price or cheaper. We found a bottle of Hibiki elsewhere for cheaper, and they were able to price match it for us. How generous is the management here? Price match on my alcohol? Uh… thanks!
The wine selection is very extensive for all you wine connoisseurs. Their hard liquor selection is pretty awesome as well; especially their whiskey section. My goal is to try all of these bottles before I die. Yes. The beers selection is mediocre. We don’t really buy beers here since we just go straight to our favorite brewery to purchase em. But their soda and other non-​alcoholic beverages selection is pretty tight as well.
They do tastings. They have random deals. They provide great customer service. They do so many fun promotions to keep us coming back. I keep referring this place to my friends and they fail to listen to me. So I hope all you Unilocalers take a chance at this place if you’re ever in the mood to shop for alcohol.

From the first day that I set foot on your doorstep, I knew that I would fall in love with you too quickly. I find myself coming back for more because you seem to surprise me with every visit I make. You never bore me and I know that I can always count on your for a good night.
Your refreshing, tasty, delicious, different, amazing… I can go on and on. And another great thing about you is that you never really seem to break my wallet at all. I love that about you.
I love how you have free tastings (beer and wine) every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Well, I guess technically not free but more for a dime just because nothing in life is really free. Just alone with your tastings you make me want to see you more.
But really though, this place is freaking amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, great selection of beers (ones you can’t really get anywhere else) and wines (they recommend the best ones!), and prices that are really worth spending on!
By far my favorite place to buy beer and wine :)

I called the store after i had talked to about 5 other stores near me, in an effort to locate a specific champagne. They had it! Shantel was very kind and put it aside for me. She even chilled it!
When i got there i was impressed by the huge inventory of booze.
I normally shop at Costco, so i compared the prices on some of my usual purchases to the one’s here. They are very close, but another customer told me about the $ 10 off coupon, so that made it much better than Costco.
I ended buying a bunch of those mini bottles and i discovered a few things that i plan to purchase in the full-​sized bottle. I love this place. My liver and bank account may not though. Also, they are dog friendly.

On 04÷22÷16, my girlfriend and I went in to the store. She wanted to buy a bottle of wine, I had no intention on making a purchase and did not have my ID on me. When we get to the register the cashier (Shallani), seemed to be giving shoppers a hard time. Not sure if she was joking or was serious as she was very monotone and showed no emotion.
She did have a badge that stated that if you are under 30 that you need to show ID for a purchase, mind you I was not making a purchase. My girlfriend is asked to show her ID, she does, then I am asked to show my ID. I asked why I would need to show my ID and was told that if I am in the store that I need to show my ID. I have never been in any store, including BevMo, that required someone who is not making a purchase to show ID.
I am 25, but it is the principle. I felt like my rights were being stripped and stepped on. If this is your policy I am assuming you don’t allow kids in your store (kids more than likely don’t even have ID’s), and in this case you should check ID AT THE DOOR and have a big sign that clearly reads something like: «No one under 21 allowed, valid ID is mandatory for all who enter».
After I decided to leave the store my girlfriend was still able to make her purchase. Shallani gave her even more attitude and made rude remarks about how she would «usually» call the manager. She stuffed the receipt in the bag and didn’t ask if she had a store member card nor was she told to have a «good day».
In conclusion, BevMo will have all of our future business. Good luck with your store policy and I feel sorry for all the children (or anyone under 21) who will be left in hot cars during the summer or left to stand outside, vulnerable to strangers, all because they don’t have an ID showing that they are over 21.

Wow. It’s like I died and went to heaven, only this heaven was filled with alcohol at affordable prices. From the moment you walk in to when you walk out, you are surrounded by bottles on bottles of liquids that are not good for your liver (unless drank in moderation but let’s be real).
The selection here is unreal! You have cheap to really, really expensive stuff. This goes for pretty much every single alcohol that they carry. I have never seen $ 300 Jameson until now. The best part about it is that their prices beat EVERY store around, even Costco.
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, they do «free» tastings. I say free because it’s virtually free. They just ask for a dime or a few cents because they’re not allowed to give out free alcohol. A lot of different breweries and vendors come out. A schedule could be found on the wall inside.
The staff are all extremely knowledgable about their products and can definitely recommend multiple options depending on your budget and preferences. Everyone in a white shirt is trained extensively on their wines, so don’t be afraid to ask for help. They also provide different classes on beer ($ 10) and wine brewing ($ 20)!
I can’t see myself going to any other place to buy liquor. The selection, prices and professionalism is unmatched. ⁵⁄₅!

So, it’s rare that I say this, but I’ve found a place that really lives up to its name. Total Wine & More not only has hundreds, maybe thousands, of different wines, but it also has a huge spirit and mixer selection, which is what I’m most interested in. As a certified bartender whose house parties are the stuff of legend (well okay, maybe I’m the only one who thinks that), I’m always on the lookout for a store with an eclectic spirit collection I can use to upgrade my own. This place delivers on all levels.
I’m in a huge scotch phase right now, so I’m happy to say that scotch decidedly fits into the «More» aspect of this store’s name. They have a huge selection and it’s also very reasonably priced. Who can say no to a 80 dollar bottle of Macallan 15? I’ve seen the same thing go for 130 in SF. They also have Suntory’s harmony for just 60 bucks. What a deal, and they have a good Nikka selection as well as other international scotch-​like whiskies, from France, India, Taiwan, you name it.
On top of all that, there’s a large cigar room. I’m not into cigars, but the room and décor was a nice touch. And the craziest thing of this all is that it’s in literally the most suburban shopping area ever, in Fremont. If I still lived in Fremont, this would be go-​to for stocking up. Five huge stars.

ALCOHOL!!! HOW I LOVE YOU SO!!!
Not trying to sound like an alcoholic (hehe), but I’m so happy that this place opened up so close to me. Not only is this place massive, but it has such a large selection of beers, liquors, and wine at a very good price. I’ve only been here a few times, but I always find something new and interesting to drink. From their great selection of craft beers to endless walls of liquor you can find everything you want to get the party going here! Oh and they have snacks, chase, galssware, etc.
Think of this place as the Costco for alcohol because it truly is. And the price pretty much can’t be beat. I’m sorry Bevmo, but I’m pretty sure this will be my go to spot for drinks from now on. I’ll be back very soon.

Poor BevMo. I feel like such a traitor.
Obviously, based on the name, the wine selection is epic. Makes me wish I was more of a wine enthusiast, but maybe the time is right to start exploring that world a little more.
What I’m really excited about at this place is the beer selection. They seem to have every obscure release from every brewery imaginable. I truly find the beer selection overwhelming in a soul-​satisfying way. The really awesome part is that they have an extensive selection of single bottles so that you can create your own mix-​and-​match six pack. The mixed-​up six pack costs a little more than an average sixer, but you can definitely scratch every beer itch within that six pack and make some new discoveries as well. They also have a well-​stocked refrigerated section in case you want to leave with cold beer ready to drink.
Almost every time I’ve been here they have a wine or beer tasting going on. Last time I was here I did both. They usually just ask for a dime per person for tasting since laws dictate that it’s illegal to give away free booze. On my last visit, I discovered the awesomeness of Oskar Blues Brewery — they offered about five or six tastings, all for a dime!
Other odds and ends: Great selection of spirits, a cigar room, self-​serve keg area, and half an aisle devoted just to snacks.
What’s crazy is, I’ve even noticed a couple of familiar faces working here, all of them ex BevMo employees from their Fremont store. With the amazing selection of wine, spirits and beer and very competitive prices, BevMo might not be seeing me for a while.

It’s probably lucky for me (and my wallet) that the nearest Total Wines to me is all the way in Fremont.
I walked through the doors and was blown away by what I saw. Big tall shelves and wine as far as the eye could see. Everything’s arranged by country and varietal, with clear descriptions for each. This makes it easy to find wine you love at a good price point, or to find something new that is likely to be good.
The space is clean, the aisles are wide, and the inventory is extensive. I’ve been going to BevMo for a while, but as long as this place stays clean and updated, I’ll definitely be coming to Total Wines a lot more often.

Wow, this place is like BevMo on steroids, but also, wearing a suit and tie.
Bigger, cleaner, and nicer than any BevMo I’ve ever been to, for sure. There is a massive selection of everything alcohol related. There are also some snacks, sodas and cigars. There may be other things but that’s what I saw.
Anyway, I came for beer and I got more than I could bargain for. I imagine for beer snobs this place would be pretty cool. I’m not snobby about beer in that I don’t know squat about it, but I buy stuff that is less common that I usually don’t recognize, and unfortunately for my wallet is usually quite expensive. You’ll find plenty of expensive beer here, I can assure you.
I’ll definitely be coming back here to get my beer fix, or even wine or liquor.

Absolutely impressed with this store! Absolutely and completely great with a superb variety of alcohol. Don’t be fooled there is more than just wine.
I stopped by the brand new store on a Thursday night to grab some wine for a retirement gift. First off, they have everything you can think of and more! I got overwhelmed but luckily an associate was able to help me and bring myself back from running out of this store. I bought 4 bottles of wine and an awesome wine cooler with a cheeseboard included for about $ 80, then the cashier was nice enough to give me a $ 10 off coupon so it brought it down to $ 70. Great customer service, but the variety just blows my mind. Can’t wait to come back and focus a little more on the craft beer selection they have as it was huge!!!

LOVE, love, love this place. It was my first time at a Total Wine & more store, and I’m glad this place served as my first experience. Brand spanking new, modern, and clean store with sufficient staff available to answer any questions. A cigar room. Daily tasting hours. Huge selection of wine, beer, and spirits. This place seriously has it all.
Did not hesitate to sign up for their club membership, because I KNOW I’ll definitely be back. Don’t forget bags are 10cents/​bag in Fremont, so remember to bring your own + some paper packing to separate the bottles from each other!

My Bf and I decided to check out Total Wine this past weekend after receiving a coupon in the mail and boy, are we in trouble now…
This place is HUGE (originally staples) and they have wide selection of wine. Whether you’re looking for a $ 10-​$ 20 bottle to a $ 5,000 bottle (cuz you’re fancy: P), this is the place for you. (You can find the fancy selection when you walk in, on the right side.)
They have all the wines categorized by locations and type. (Ex: South of France, Cabernets, Pinots, Dessert, Port, etc) There’s also a section for novelty snacks/​food, craft beer, hard liquor, and etc.
You can easily spend $ 80 (or more) in one trip, so be sure to sign-​up for a membership. Your points will earn you different discount rewards towards your favorite selections.

Oh, my wine & spirits! Where has this place been all of my life? I’m so super happy Total Wine & More has decided to open one up in the Bay Area!
They have incredible selections for incredibly the lowest price guarantee! What I love about this store is the friendliness and knowledgeable of the employee. You know that the workers who wear clean white collared shirts have to go through a 150-​hour wine training before getting hired? So that they all carry a lot of wine knowledge! Such a big plus whenever I have questions about wine and pairings.
Not only they have wine, they have beers, glasswares, cheese, accessories, snacks, ice, cognac, vodka, gin, soda, juice, and many more. They do have their own beer and wine tasting stations! I am honored I was able to attend their wine tasting during their grand opening for free with a wine tote bag. They offer wine classes too! If you do the mix 6 bottles of wine, it’s cheaper. Only on selected buy 6 or more which is around 10% off, but still saves a bit of money.
I absolutely love the fact that they have all kind of SIZES! From a personal size to a jumbo party size. Come see for yourself.
For those who smokes, there’s a cigar lounge on the back of the store. Pretty interesting.
Definitely, my new liquor store to stock up my alchy after Costco shopping.
