Would always see this place while waiting to pick up my Godson n finally decided to make an appointment. Glad I did! By far the best barbershop I’ve ever been to. Both Garrison n Kevin are really friendly dudes who take their time with their clients. Been here 2x already n Kevin has cut my hair just the way I asked or described! Found my new spot!!!

So it’s my day off on a Thursday, and while I didn’t make an appointment anywhere I needed a cut bad. Called over 5 different shops, and still luck. Got around to calling Timeliners asking if they had an opening anytime throughout the day, got a hold of Kevin who let me know I could come down right away and get a cut. No appointment and no time waiting. Kevin met me with a handshake and remembered my name right away. I waked into super clean setup and I knew this was going to be a good cut. After about 45 min later I had one of the nicest cuts I’ve had in a long time. Kevin took his time, made sure he knew exactly what I wanted, and killed the cut. Haircut was $ 16 – 17 but I tipped $ 8 bring how well the experience was. Will definitely be back but this time with an appointment!

Definitely the best barber shop I have been to. I get my cuts from Kevin and he is by far the best barber I have ever went to. He takes his time and makes sure everything is exactly the way I want it. The cuts are consistently good each time. I highly recommend you go here if you want the freshest cut. Be sure to make an appointment in order to get in!

I’m sure it would be good if I had an appointment. I didn’t see that on the website, went in for a cut at lunchtime and a barber was cutting the owners hair. No appointment no haircut. Bummer was looking for a local spot close to work!

Uh oh. It was that time of year again. I could feel my hair just slightly nuzzling the tips of my ears. I sighed and looked up the closest Asian-style salon that would give me a quick snip and get me on my way in ten minutes. Pulled up Unilocal and saw a bunch of 2.5 and 3 star places and wasn’t impressed. Then I saw Timeliners. It had five stars, but two(!!) dollar signs. Decided to give it a try. I called asking for an appointment and Kevin penciled me in for one in about an hour. The shop is warm and everyone is super friendly. When I walked in, my eyes were immediately drawn to the bright blue jars of Barbicide. Most other places will just go straight from customer to customer with no cleaning in between, but Kevin even excused himself to wash his hands before we got started. Super clean. My cut took longer than usual, but I felt cared for and I can honestly say that this is the best haircut I’ve ever had. Kevin was like an artist, touching up parts I wouldn’t have even noticed but was glad he did. Oh about those two dollar signs? Not any pricier than anywhere else for a men’s haircut. Will definitely visit again when I’m in Fremont.

I was looking for a new barbershop in my area for me and my son. So I decided to give this one a try. I called in and made and appointment for me and my 4 year old son. We both had our haircut by Nox. He handled my 4 year old with great care and left him with a very clean cut. When it came to me I showed him pictures of exactly how I wanted my hair. He took his time and did everything to ensure it came out exactly the way I wanted. We have found our new barber! And will be back. Nox is the man.

Don’t usually write reviews but this is definitely a good barbershop. Got a haircut by Kevin. Patient, friendly, and detailed barber. Chopped it up with him while he cut my hair and he took his time doing it. Best of all, didn’t have to wait too long to get my haircut. The shop is kind of hidden but not too hard to find. Pretty close to me so I’ll definitely be back. Thanks Kevin!

Since Kelly at Sleek Salon(my normal go-to for haircuts) is on maternity leave, I thought it was a good opportunity to try something new. I usually don’t get nervous about anything but when it comes to having someone different cut my hair, I experience a little bit of anxiety. My hair is super straight and thick. It also requires the right cut for me to style it the way I want it. However, I was in desperate need of a haircut and I couldn’t wait until Kelly came back. A decision had to be made! I combed through, what felt like, hundreds of reviews among half a dozen local salons & barber shops. After gathering all the information I could, I settled on Timeliners. I made an appointment for this past Saturday at 9:30am with Kevin. On my way there that morning, I started to get nervous. I began contemplating waiting until Kelly came back from her leave. However, no matter how many times I played out that scenario in my head, every version ended up with me looking like a hobo for an extended period of time. I arrived 5 minutes early and Kevin greeted me with a handshake. He sat me down in his chair and within 10 seconds of talking to him, I knew this guy was going to deliver an excellent cut. I explained what I wanted and he went right to work. It was a pretty intense experience for me because my back was facing the mirror the whole time so I couldn’t see the process. I also wasn’t used to how little he used electric clippers. Almost the whole cut was done with scissors. I just kept hearing snip, snip, snip over and over. Each one made me more nervous. Kevin was cool and we talked about sports, where he’s from, my background, etc. After about 25 minutes he removed all the little hairs with a brush laced with baby powder, wiped some citric acid(aftershave) on the edges, spun me around and BOOM! My hair looked straight up pimp! For a second I thought I was staring at a young Brad Pitt, except with black hair. Suave as f*ck. The haircut was $ 17, I tipped him $ 13. I thought it was a small price to pay considering how satisfied I was with the results. My girlfriend loved it. The judge has spoken, I looked great, my Saturday was off to an excellent start. FYI, the place is tiny. They only have 3 chairs and from what I heard, there’s only two barbers: Garrison(owner) and Kevin. I recommend making an appointment but walk-ins are welcome. Awesome place, great staff, reasonably priced. Check out Timeliners!

I literally went on Unilocal to find a nearby barber shop and this place is way better than I expected. The service was amazing and my haircut couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend going here but make sure to schedule an appointment first.

Been going to Garrison for about 6 years now. Followed him around to different places and now he finally has his own spot. Best barber I’ve ever met, definitely recommend him to anyone.

Little barbershop in Fremont near the Fremont hub. First time coming here and never regretted coming for a haircut here after I left. The barber, Kevin, did a really nice job after I haven’t gotten a haircut in a month. He was really friendly and took his time to make sure my hair was nice and neat. Even used straight edge razor and was a nice guy. I’ll be coming back here for haircuts from now on. If I could rate the service, I’d rate it more than five stars. Thanks Kevin!!!

Used to always go to Garrison when he at was Alex’s, and as soon as I heard he had his own shop I had to check it out. It’s a nice, clean shop, and had the haircut exactly how I wanted it to be. The shops a bit hidden, but is in a complex filled with lots of other companies all near the Wells Fargo thats across from it.

Garrison the owner of Time liners has been in the business of barbering for years working in shops with others. He has just opened his own shop — Time liners. He is excellent at his craft. Stop on by and make an appointment. All the men in my family recommend him.
