The service is the best. Price is reasonable and highly recommend to use. I would like to give more than five stars to Jim.

This was the first time I had ever been involved in a civil suit and I had never used a process server before. Jim was a consummate professional. He was extremely easy to work with, had fair and reasonable prices, and served the other party promptly. Although he is located in Fremont, apparently he provides process service in all 9 bay area counties. I opted for his rush service, as this was for a temporary restraining order, which isn’t valid until service to the other party is complete. He was sensitive to the situation and after repeated attempts was able to fulfill service in a couple days. Not only was he swift in the completion of his task, but he had excellent communication and was always accessible. I was able to reach him from morning to evening, even on the weekends and he always kept me informed as to the developments of the service. After he completed service, he worked diligently to help us complete the paperwork necessary to file proof of service. Jim was able to make a very nerve-​wracking and anxiety-​inducing experience go as smoothly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim to my family and friends. Thanks Jim!!!

I like this process server. Jim is very friendly and professional. After he completed his service, he sent me email. I would strongly recommend Jim. If you want to find process server, I would recommend to find an experienced one like Jim.

Wow! This Jim was so great and I am so happy a friend recommended him to me because we have been trying to get our stolen Labrador back for 14 very long, very tearful, angry months and he served those papers early today even though I just faxed them yesterday afternoon… best phone message I have ever received AND he wad even able to subserve the other party. He deserves a DOZEN stars! We never would have had a chance for our day in court because those people would not pick up the registered/​certified mail… Jim truly made it possible! Not to mention, how reasonably priced and that he is also mailing in the paperwork to the Court. Cannot remember when I have actually been happier.

Was referred to Jim as I needed a restraining order served against my stalker. Jim was friendly, professional and gets the job done. I gave him my order on a Thursday and he served her the next day. He kept in touch me with me the whole time until she got served. I now have another order to have served and I definitely wanted him to do it again. I highly recommend his services and I would totally use him again if I need someone served.

I need someone to serve the guy who hit my car in an accident. My friend refer me to Jim. Jim knows the process well and he served the guy the same day I gave him the court papers. He will also file the proof of service to the court and send me a copy for reference. What I really appreciate is he keep me posted and leave me phone message on the progress. I highly recommend Jim if you need someone to serv court papers like me.

Needed a process server again… that is not a good thing! This company once again did a fabulous job, got my paper served immediately, took care of the paperwork, made this bad situation so much easier to deal with. Tiny office, but very quick and efficient. $ 55 for process service, which is quite high, but not as high as the $ 95 I was quoted elsewhere. Served VERY quickly, filed the paperwork necessary with the courts, and mailed me confirmation within a week. Highly recommend!
