Worst customer service ever! They messed up my order I came back to get it fixed they did not apologize or show any regret for messing up my order and instead showed attitude

This place has literally gone down hill. My family and I came to three separate homeless people eating inside the restaurant WITH their baskets and items scattered across the booths. I have nothing against the homeless but we don’t even bring in baskets, clothing, plastic bags, clothing and scatter it across our eating area. One woman came in, left her cart right by me and has been in the restroom for a half an hour. I will not bring my kids to eat here as long as they have this type of environment for eating. Get it together Taco Bell.

I visited during a slow time. Good quality Taco Bell food and nice service. It was also very clean. Cons(no impact on stars): I’m not sure about the area. The people eating were loud and annoying.

Very dirty. Lots of employees standing around, trash all over the floor, on the tables. I love taco bell, but I won’t be back to this one.

The guy that owns this taco bell must be cheap or broke. They dont put hardly any meat in their products. When i ordered breakfast they give you only 2 cinnabons, who is that cheap? My steak burrito had hardly ANY steak. AVOIDTHISPLACE if you want to get full or value for your dollar. Owner is cheap cheap cheap…

Cheapskates! They don’t give you enough cheese for the bag of chips with a lousy .99 cent order of «Nachos.» It’s just chips & cheese! The when you ask for more cheese, the kid say«.49.» I explained the cup of cheese was lacking and he gave me the canned«we’re only s’posed to put in 3 pumps.» I wonder if this is a company thing or a cheapskate franchisee thing, like when they do t run air conditioners on hot days! Won’t be back here!

I’ve gone here a few times in recent years, and I really like this location. The cashiers are friendly and competent. I’ve also never had to wait more than a few minutes for an order. I wanted to try the new Rolled Chicken Tacos, and so I went here on Black Friday after eating at Kasper’s(it’s just a few doors down). The difference is really night and day(I’m not trying to pick on Kasper’s– I just believe that the ambiance here is partly why this place attracts so many more people). It’s dark and dead inside Kasper’s(some ghosts were flying around while I was eating my hot dogs), but this place is fun and lively(my son rocked out to one of the songs that was playing). The atmosphere is truly warm and inviting(Kim S. captured the interior well– ). The personal restrooms are nice(they’re past the counter on the left). On Friday, though, the men’s restroom needed some attention. The soap dispenser wasn’t working(there was a note indicating that), but the main issue is that there wasn’t any toilet paper(I just needed to dry my hands). I didn’t want to feel my wife up in public, and so I grabbed some napkins(this woman saw me twice, but made no real effort to get out of my way, and I ended up lightly banging my knee). The area by the counter could be more spacious. It can be hard to get to the condiment area if there’s a line. : After your visit, you can complete a survey for a chance to win $ 500. : Rolled Chicken Tacos(2-Pack): $ 2.39 with tax. Score: 8.25÷10. They’re a little pricey(they shouldn’t be more than $ 1 each), but they’re tasty and feature a nice amount of chicken. I had my drink from Kasper’s with me. I finished it off because my Rolled Chicken Tacos were a bit spicy. I appreciated the texture. My Rolled Chicken Tacos were crunchy, but not hard(in other words, they were cooked well). My wife is a fan of this location too. The food here is solid, and the staff is quite capable.

Yo Quero Taco Bell?!? When it comes to Mexican fast food, How can anyone not like taco bell! The prices are dirt cheap and you can easily get so many items under $ 15. My mom was eating taco bell when I was in the womb and I think from that point on, I was destined to be a Taco Bell fan. What I love is their Mexican pizza, 7 layer burrito(although sometimes they neglect to put all 7LAYERS), enchirito, and their spicy tostada. The recent introduction of the dollar menu offers nachos/tostadas, cinnamon twists, and burritos. What a bargain! Being Vegetarian, I like how their offerings can be customized to be meatless. When it comes to other fast food chains, Taco Bell is the bomb diggity dang. Yes, I just made that word up. This location is the real deal and I will be back.

This is the nicest Taco Bell I’ve been to, EVER! I travel all over the United States and have a weakness for Taco Bell. They were very nice, and she even showed me my order before I left to make sure it was up to my standards. Very great Taco Bell. I’ll be going to this one from now on. Thanks!

I went to this location and ordered chicken jalupas. After 10 min of wait, they told me their fire was out so they could not fry anything. I could not cancel the order and go somewhere else since I was in a hurry so I agreed to get the gorrito. Still I had to wait 10 more min to get the order. Ridiculous.

Ok, this is a Taco Bell– so the food here is exactly what you would expect. What makes this place different is the service. The people here are insanely nice and friendly. Always a smile and a greeting.

Messed up all out food. Ran out of beans and fire sauce. Have you ever heard that one before? They ran out of the only ingredient that gives protein to vegetarians.

It is what it is! I occasionally have a volcano burrito or the Doritos tacos. I’ve seen & heard about the smothered burrito and decided to give it a try. I went with the chicken, it wasn’t too bad. It’s pretty small, for not much more you can get a Chipotle burrito. The sauce is a little bitter. If I have it again, I’ll ask for the volcano sauce. The store itself is clean and the service is quick.

Normally I don’t do fast food… That being said, this one was fast and efficient. The food was ok. My cantina bowl lacked chicken but it hit the spot. The service was also great. Surprisingly.

I really dislike coming here not because the food is bad, to be honest all taco bells taste the same to me. However, the customer service is horrible. Everytime I come here with a coworker when we are on our break(I work in the shopping center) the workers always seem like they hate the world, its so bad I dont even go to this taco bell anymore. If they improve their custumer service I would consider eating here again, until then Ill stick to nasty subway.

This is probably the nicest taco bell I’ve every been to. The customer service here is great. As with the food, eh, it’s taco bell. I had to use up all the vouchers I got from the hospital before it expires! But when I crave for taco bell, my go to is always a soft taco, w/two packets of FIRE sauce!

This Taco Bell is located in the Fremont Hub Shopping Center This Taco Bell has changed from an old fast food place to a new modern fast food restaurant! The interior of the restaurant got a whole new revigorating look which is more modern and up to date. Which is good because it actually looks appealing to dine at compared to many fast food places. Service here is fast and friendly. Very convenient location too because it’s located inside the Fremont Hub near Safeway. Not open too late as other Taco Bells, but it’ll do that’s for sure.
