I went to this location for lunch on Friday it wasn’t busy me and my boyfriend ordered the 2 for 20 with cheese fries as the appetizer. I only have an hour for lunch and we had about 45 minutes to eat. We must of been waiting for 25 – 30 minutes for any food to come out. I’m pretty frustrated that we can’t even get the appetizer? I walk over to the kitchen area and what do I see? My fries sitting there. Why aren’t they at my table? I’m already pissed because I knew I didn’t even have time to eat. I tell them to give me boxes instead now that I’m out of time and literally within 2 minutes all my food comes out at once not even in the boxes but boxes on the side. Spent 25 dollars on food I didn’t even get to enjoy til after work. don’t go here if your short on time. They have no urge to get the food out or even let me know that they were sorry it was taking so long. Then some other guy thanks us for coming not even our waiter. No I did not enjoy my experience and won’t be going back

Have to agree with the reviews pointing out the bad service. But tonight was the last straw. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the table and decided to leave and go to Popeyes. We have had bad service before but put up with it and the loud noises but I think I am done with this location.

This was my first time at Chili’s and I just say I’m never going back. When we first walked in there was no one to welcome us in and have us seated and we waited about 5 minutes for a host to walk us to our table. We sat down(party of 3) and were served with our drinks. It took the server 20 minutes to take our order and another 20 minutes for the food. My moms ordered the Penne pasta with Shrimp and found chunks of pork in it. Beware that the menu has nothing mentioned about having pork in the pasta. Also we don’t eat beef or pork so it was even worse knowing that they made such a huge mistake! The manager said they got their pans mixed up but that’s no excuse. Will not be coming back.

Food is decent but they never seem to have enough staff working. Many empty tables yet we’re waiting 15 minutes to be sat.

The margaritas at Chilis always a win! The presidente margarita to be exact. In Mexico or the USA they are the best! Thats why I come here mainly!!! Lol(dont judge) but the buffalo salad and burgers are always good. The down side the bathrooms are usually dirty here and sometimes the waiters slow. Kid friendly and they have games to keep them busy.

I came here today with few friends to watch the NFL games. The bar is run by some dirty Morons hipsters dirty counters sticky tables. You order a beer and it comes all dripping top to bottom side to side. The food is not that far from the bar everything is cooked to death and overly greasy. I ordered My cheese burger and it was cooked to death looked like a hockey puck and tasted like dirt. The French fires are super salty and soggy wet. They no longer offer shakes he informed me that its wasn’t being used and looks pretty nasty thanks for the honesty. Least to say I won’t be going back even for a drink or to watch any games. I remember when I was younger and I use to look forward going there with my family it sure has changed for the worst. I can definitely see this place being shutdown sometimes near future. Good luck With everything.

As far as chain restaurants go, Chilis is actually pretty good. We hadn’t been in years and couldn’t pick a restaurant so we decided to come here. They have definitely modernized — TVs everywhere and mini tablets on every table. These were all a bit distracting so we pushed our tablet to the side. I could see it being good for watching a game though. They have a $ 20 dinner for 2 deal where you get an appetizer and each get an entrée. Pretty good deal if you ask me. We got the chips and salsa(which were still bottomless in this deal to my delight), and the bacon burger and the carnitas fajitas. The fajitas were great and it was TONs of food. The burger was a good burger but you couldn’t really taste the bacon. Will definitely be coming back here to either watch a game or just when we have a craving for American food. Oh and their margaritas look amazing so I can’t wait to try those either!

Worst service ever. My food came cold, my daughter’s was fine. Waiter didn’t come by for 20 minutes to check on us(we were in the bar area so that didnt make sense) She was pretty much finished by then. He asked if he could get me a new plate and acted as though he was doing me a favor. When I said no he gave the sucks to be you look. Completely disgusted.

The food here is alright, it’s the service that was killing me. Me and my family didnt wait too long for our table, but when we decided on what to order no waiter/waitress even bothered to say«hello! Welcome to Chili’s», we were just sitting there for almost 1 hr and I was starving. I really hope they’ll pay more attention to not most of their customers, but all of them. Come here if you’d like, but I suggest going to a different Chili’s or just dont even go to Chili’s, most of the time their service is bad no matter where you go. I reall really hope they can train their staff better.

Worst service in All of Fremont, perhaps the bay area. Most Chili’s pride themselves of service, but this Chili’s fails at providing any kind of customer service. No nothing! The waiters/waitresses are depressing and I am sure their numbers show. Maybe management needs a morale boost! ALL the waiters look like they hate life and treat you like it’s Your fault! Unilocalers beware!

This location definitely stepped up its service from the last time I reviewed this place. I came here with my husband on Monday or Tuesday, I can’t remember which. It wasn’t busy, which is sort of a surprise because the Warriors game was on that night and I thought it’d be busier. Anyway, we ordered the 2 for $ 20 deal. For our appetizer, we got the deep fried pickles and for our 2 entrees, I got the 6 oz. sirloin(medium rare) with loaded mashed potatoes and black beans and my husband got the chicken and pork fajitas. I am REALLY digging the new menu! The deep fried pickles were SO good. I still prefer Buffalo Wild Wing’s deep fried pickles, but I’d say Chili’s takes 2nd place in my heart for it. I love pickles, if you couldn’t tell lol. Chili’s also improved their steak(at least I feel like they did) as far as taste and tenderness goes(I cut through the steak like butter, it was awesome). The loaded mash potatoes were a bit much because they put it in a mini skillet and I wasn’t expecting it to be so heavy? But it was still pretty good and wasn’t bland. Black beans were on point, as always. My husband DEFINITELY enjoyed his fajita dish. He used to work as a cook at Chipotle so he knows what fajitas are supposed to taste like and he was just like«THIS is how you cook them. The cooks at Chipotle now just overcook them and it leaves a bad taste, but THIS is the one.» He definitely loved the pork more than the chicken, and I would have to agree on that. I tried the pork and it was full of flavor! Definitely going to get the fajitas next time we come by. Service and food overall has changed a lot and I’m glad it did.

After running a few errands and getting some shopping done during the holidays, my son and I decided to stop by this location to have dinner. There didn’t seem to be too many cars in the parking lot but the place was actually pretty packed. We waited for a short period of time and then got seated in a small booth. My son was happy that they had a tablet on the table for him to play with and I was happy that they had a two for $ 20 meal. I ordered the baby back ribs for my son and I got a sirloin steak for about $ 2 extra. The appetizer was good but my mashed potatoes tasted pretty bad. Service was friendly but scarce. I waited for about 10 minutes for the waitress to bring me the check, only to be told that I could have paid it on the tablet.

Five stars for the food but –3 for the manager. I came here with a friend a few months back and when we were finished eating the manager came over and asked us to take their survey online. Fine. But while we were taking the survey she kept sticking her face in our phones and telling us what options to select(of course all stellar ratings which I was planning to give anyway) but because of that I gave a terrible review. Fast forward to today when my mom and I came in, we were greeted by the same manager who rudely stared at us and sat us more or less without saying a word. We’ve been coming to this Chilis location for as long as I can remember but after this second bad experience I have concerns about returning. Hopefully this manager cleans up her act because this is the best and most effective way to lose loyal customers and give your location a bad reputation.

30 minute wait for lunch while not seating two entire sections. As a customer there’s nothing more annoying than being told it’s a half hour wait when half of the restaurant is empty and not being seated. Their inability to staff correctly during lunch is not our problem, not good business and will impact us choosing this restaurant for dinner or any other outings. Despite recent improvements in food quality, service has always been and continues to be a huge problem here.

Our server was so nice ! The food was pretty good. We got the dinner for 2, we got a Jixer or Margarita each, 2 full entrees, appetizer & a dessert for $ 35 the food was worth it, portions were pretty good & our food came out on a timely manner. I’m pretty impressed

Service was ehhh… food was okay. I still can’t get over the fact that we were given dirty dishes with food residue left over from previous guests. Very disgusting. Will not be coming back at all.

The food is as good as you’d expect from a chili’s restaurant. I like it, it’s not bad. The reason for its 1 star review is its staff… My girlfriend, my friend and I decided to go here one weekday night. But my friend needed to stop by his bank ATM(about 5 minute drive from chili’s) so he was going to come in after us. We entered the restaurant 45 minutes before its closing time but we were not late. We ordered our food and as well as my friends food because we knew the restaurant was going to close soon. We got the food and everything but our friend still wasn’t here. When he finally came, it was about 15 minutes before chili’s closing time. But they wouldn’t let our friend in. We even told them we are not going to order anything. We have everything we want. We had ordered his food too and it was getting cold. The manger was straight up rude and said I’m sorry I can’t let him in. Again, the restaurant had not closed yet but the kitchen was closed. Another incident happened when: I was having dinner with my sister’s family. My sister had her 11 month old baby sitting on the table. The same manager came and said to please keep the baby off the table because people eat here. No shit captain obvious. Do you not clean the tables after? Ehhhhh.

I figured I haven’t been here in a long time so it would be a great place to go with my 6yr old for lunch. It’s around 130pm, As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a hostess who will take you to your seat. The place is bare, only about 6 tables with patrons. I figure food should come out quick. I barely sat down and he asks if I’m ready to order, ugggh no? There’s s tablet device on the table that has games and you can order food. No one explained it to me. I ordered a bottomless soup and salad and my son got a grilled cheese. It took 20+ minutes for our food to come out. The waiter never checked back or asked if I needed anything. I had to flag him down to get my next soup. As for the food, the quality has gone down. The chicken tortilla soup looked like something out of a can or powder form. The chicken didn’t taste fresh but frozen. The«new» fresca salad was organic greens with quest fresco sprinkled on top, that was it. This was one of the most disgusting meals I e ever had and it was only soup and salad! Huge disappointment. It was pretty sad. My sons grilled cheese was burned on one side as Well. I definitely will not be coming back and i for sure will not be tipping.

I’m B-OK with«Chili’s» and I jotted B-OK instead of A-OK deliberately, because I wouldn’t want anybody to think I’ve mistaken this for A-quality food. For instance, I had the baby back ribs, and they’re good, but they’re not Texas roadhouse good. I mean, let’s be blunt here. They’re less than bountiful and the sauce is less than luscious. And I hate saying all this because I know tomorrow I’m going to get a message from«Chili’s» PR apologizing that my «experience» wasn’t up to par, yada yada yada, and give me a smarmy plea to give us another chance, yada yada yada, and it’s probably somebody in PR that’s never had Louisiana or Texas BBQ, never had anything but they’re own food. Because this is what happens when you review a well-known chain and say anything that’s not 100% flattering. But if you’ve followed me long enough on Unilocal, you know me by now, and know that I review everything whether it was asking for my opinion or not. And so despite my better judgment, I press on. Yes, «Chili’s» is reliably good if you like second-tier BBQ. I will probably be going back more throughout the years because I’ll be raising a family. Did you hear that PR?(Double-question mark.) I said, I will be back here more throughout the years, whenever I’m ready to gobble B-OK food at reasonable prices that’s gentle on my pocketbook. I like the spaciousness of «Chili’s.» I like the fact that it’s good for kids for that fact, and gives them a steakhouse type of ambiance with lots to look at, and an amiable staff of waiters good at entertaining kids off the cuff. For myself, I like the Sports TV’s. I’m sure kids like the kiosks which gives you the option to order food if the waiter is not there immediately. I also, by the way, had bites of Southwestern egg rolls, chipotle chicken strips and Santa Fe Chicken Wrap in case you were worried I hadn’t sampled enough here. Anyway, bottom line, I’m not a lover here but I like«Chili’s.» #borderline

I need to give this place more credit than I ever have before. I have always hated chili’s. The food was always crappy, the service was slow, and their drinks could have been sold as non alcoholic because they were so weak. The last few times, though, chili’s has really stepped it up. Their food has gotten so much better. Insanely better. It is actually edible without spending the whole next day or evening in the restroom. I applaud you, chili’s. Their service has been a bit better too. My service yesterday kinda stunk, but I feel like that always happens when you choose to sit in the bar area. The other sections seemed to have put some pep in their step. The bartender never seems to make it out to the table tops often enough. I suggest sitting at a table outside of that area. We got our food a bit cold, but because of what we ordered, it wasn’t too bad. My buffalo boneless wings didn’t have enough sauce on them… but the server brought me out an extra sauce for free, and that solved that problem. While chili’s is not my favorite by any means, I have it three stars because the quality of their food and menu items seemed to have gotten a bit better. I can definitely go back with less hesitation and think I’ll find something I like!
