Established in 1994.

SW Law Group, formerly known as Sindell Law Offices, was established in 1994 in New York, NY. The Bay Area office was opened in 2012 followed by an office in Tokyo in 2013. We are a boutique immigration law firm with five attorneys, each with 10 years of legal experience or more.

David S.

Business Owner

David is foremost a U.S. Immigration lawyer with 20 years of practice in business immigration under his belt. He has represented in excess of 10,000 clients in various business immigration cases (H, E, L, O, P, PERM, to name just a few), helping international corporations, start-​up companies and foreign nationals to achieve success in the U.S.

David is also a prolific writer and often speaks on business immigration at ICLE Continuing Legal Education seminars in New Jersey, the Bergen County Bar Association, and Japanese co-​sponsored seminars throughout New York City and Tokyo, Japan.
