I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Sunny Jun and her staff! Dr. Jun is a caring and patient doctor. She took the time to understand our situation and then find the best solution for us. She and her staff responds to phone calls timely and the wait at appointments are never long. I’m so thankful to have found her and have her expert help!

Ran into some billing issue with billing department, should have it resolve soon. Dr Jun was able to resolve the mystery billing loophole. Thanks

I really loved Dr. Jun. She, and her wonderful staff, helped us with our fertility issues and were very accommodating in every regard. They are all very caring and patient, but at the same time very down to business to find the problems. I would recommend her if you are having any fertility issues.

Dr Jun is the worst obgyn I have ever visited. Her knowledge is way too theoretical. She is not responsive over phone and over emails. In fact, when I asked her what should I do for my consistently elevated fasting sugar levels, she just said lets increase the dosage of metformin.
I changed my obgyn who seems to be much more caring and smart in customizing her treatment approach to my problem.
Instead of referring me to an endocrinologist to help me control my blood sugar levels, she had a very careless approach and don’t care attitude. She never bothered to get to the crux of the matter and to provide effective treatment in a timely manner.
I am surprised to see such high ratings for this Dr! Will never ever go back to her again or advise anyone to go to her.

Dr. Jun is great! Her staff is so sweet and very prompt in responding to any phone calls. Dr. Jun really made us comfortable and listened very well. We came to her with a hormone deficit and she was our last hope. We got pregnant right away! She was very warm, but professional and helped us when no one else would. I know a few other women who have also had great success with Dr. Jun. I would highly recommend Dr. Jun to anyone struggling with infertility.

I highly recommend Dr. Sunny Jun. She is knowledgable, friendly, warm, and very helpful. She provided us with the various viable options and associated data, pros & cons, and kept open communications with us. She worked with us on a solution that best fits our goals. She always makes time for us, helped us to deal with several urgent situations. She returns our off hours calls/​weekend calls timely with clear instructions– BTW, this is one of the great feature of Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) Fertility Treatment program– the Drs. work in a group and there is always someone on call to take care of urgent need! The other doctor, Dr. Dobson is very nice as well, where he treated me over one weekend when he was on call. Under Dr. Jun’s guidance and treatment, we are very fortunate to be pregnant with our first baby girl, at the 2^nd round of IVF treatment, esp. given that I’m at a much higher age range, with a generally lower probability of success! We are extremely happy that we have chosen to work with with Dr. Jun and the PAMF Fertility Treatment program!

We just had our twins with the help of Dr. Jun 2 months ago after our first boy a year ago!!! She is fantastic. Can’t be a happier! … Thank you thank you … !!!

I find this to be really weird that it just happens a OBGYN I visited was on Unilocal but I find it to be kind of cool. I like Dr. Jun and it’s very difficult to find someone who is young and can relate to you and make you feel comfortable about these weird weird exams you have to get every year. Her assistant Christina is also the nicest person ever and extremely helpful all the time.
If you’re looking for a new OBGYN I highly recommend Dr. Jun because she’s very professional (I’m not sure why N.G. didn’t think so…) and she’s very informative and makes you feel empowered about yourself!

Dr. Jun is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is attentive to the patient’s needs and makes everyone feel super comfortable.
Her assistant Christina and Catherine are very very helpful and kind. I have interacted only with Christina in person and she makes the appointment so easy by making me feel comfortable from the get-​go.
Catherine on the other hand, is the sweetest person to talk to on the phone and is very accommodating.
Go to Dr. Jun for serious medical help. I would strongly recommend her.

I met Dr. Jun in dec. She listened to me patiently and recommended tests. She took me seriously and I was highly impressed my her aggressiveness towards my situation. She followed me through my cycle and 2 months later voila! I got pregnant. She knows what she is doing. I was really really happy that I chose her and recommended her to all my friends. Her staff from Christina to Catherine, they are all very helpful, understanding and nice.

Dr. Sunny Jun was very caring and compassionate with my medical situation. She works/​collaborate with the other doctors in her field within PAMF to make sure all sides of each case is evaluated and the best protocol set. I am very happy with Dr. Jun and will definitely be returning to her in the future for my OB/​GYN care. I would recommend her and the PAMF doctors in her field for OB/​GYN issues.

Dr. JUN is excellent!!! She is very understanding and caring. Even came in on a last minute notice to do a procedure on a Sunday! After careful research I chose Dr. Jun and am very grateful that I did. She answered all my questions and return phone calls were very promt. She is very knowledgeable. She would take her time at appontments and make sure that all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great, knowledgeable and understanding doctor.

unlike the first review, my experience with Dr. Jun was complete opposite. Not only was Dr. Jun nice to my husband and I, but she is great when it comes to educating her patients. She was able to break any medical terminology down and explain things in a more simple manner. We thought it was going to be a rough journey, but Dr. Jun made our time valuable. I had plenty of questions and she was able to answer all of them. Sometimes in the medical field, I understand that there are NO guarantee’s, but she reassured me that things will be ok and when times were serious she had no hesitations in letting me know.
I recommend Dr. Sunny Jun to all woman of all ages.

Dr. Sunny Jun is a negligent and uncaring OB/​GYN. She gave me the brush off after I got my diagnosis. It is a serious matter that needed attention and advice, but I received zero advice or education on my condition. She told me to go to the ER if it ruptures. I really don’t want to take care of it in the ER when it is sometime that can be done in an out patient clinic. She is also cynical when I told her that I am taking Aleve for pain management. She said the Aleve is not going to make the problem go away. Yes, i know that but it is for pain control. She mocked me when i told her i was taking Aleve. She never even offered me any medication to help manage the pain either. She also stood me up for my follow up appointment which took me almost 3 weeks to get.
I don’t want to even think about the unprofessional staff who bounces my call around and calls me by another patient’s name. They are completely clueless.
