Really great people to work with. They were very accommodating to all our guests and made us all felt at home. Brothers party went very smooth there with no surprises. The contract part was straight forward.

The hall is 5 STARS… Hands down one of the most beautiful halls I have ever seen or been in. Jamal is the nicest guy, he’s reasonable, it was so easy working with him. He really helped me out a lot and is very understanding. Great guy
On another note the floor manager was USELESS. She did nothing. I saw her twice before my guest arrived and then that’s it, I would look for her it was as if she left the hall. Also her excuses were lame and her attitude was bad.
The food I would give it 3 stars because comparing it to the hall it didn’t add up to the halls level. I wasn’t impressed. For the amount we paid it wasn’t worth that. I guess I had too high expectations.

I’m only giving 3 stars because me & my husband had our reception here in 2015. The hall is very gracious and open, definitely a wonderful place to have a party if you’re looking for something extravagant, and the manager Sherry was kind & helpful.
BUT when we met the owner Jamal there wasn’t many pleasant things about that. The first 2 meetings with him were okay, but the day of our party him & his daughter gave us such a hard time & rude attitudes. We were able to keep our party running until 2am but with a lot of issues plus we paid to keep our party going until 2am. Once it turned 11:00pm Jamal called my husband to let him know that they are going to shut our party down. They were checking back and forth to see how many people were at the reception as well and charged us for more money on the night of our reception and they said if we don’t pay they will shut the party down. So my husband had to pay after going back and forth to Jamal and his daughter during the party & listening to their threats of shutting down our party if we don’t pay extra. They spoke to us in a manner where it seemed like this was their last booking ever so they were trying to rip us off.
It definitely ruined the party for us & I hope they do not treat future customers that way. Because that can get really annoying.

recently we had our daughter wedding party at the royal palace banquet hall and I wanted to share my experience, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and the food was awesome. We had over 200 people for the event and everyone was talking about how great the food was and the excellent service. I highly recommend royal place! Jamal the owner was very professional and truly lived up to his promise of providing a great service!

My husband and I had our wedding at the Royal Palace Banquet Hall back in August. From the amazing service provided by Jamal and Medina to the great food and accommodations we were so very pleased. The staff at Royal Palace were very concerned with our needs and ensured that our wedding went smoothly. Medina was my event coordinator, she was such a great help during a stressful time for me. She assisted with my table décor for my nikka ceremony and made sure everything was set up in the bridal suit. I could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out. Thank you Royal Palace for making my wedding one of the most special days of my life.

We hosted my sister’s Quinceanera Here and we couldn’t be happier with the service which was offered by Jamal and Madeena. The ballroom is always clean, elegant and state of the art. I really thought it was cool that our DJ did not have to bring their own projectors and screens because Royal Palace has them installed already, the best part of all, it can hook up to any HDMI device and it’s WIRELESS! and it worked smoothly.
We had most of our services outsourced, but Jamal’s courtesy was second to none because he and his staff were always ready to help the other vendors at our event. We spoke to a few people that have hosted events here and they’ve all told us that this hall is one of the best in town.
Overall, we had a great time at this hall, it’s very spacious, the parking is ample and like I said… It’s always clean. We just can’t understand why they have some negative reviews. We hope that Jamal and Madeena continue to extend their courtesy to all their guests, as they did with us.

We had our engagement party here and we could not be happier with the service, all of our family and friends had a great time and were amazed how nice and classy inside of the venue was. We dealt with JORA who was very professional and great service. Again we can thank him enough for his service.
we went to the venue at lease three to four times before our event day to get some ideas of what decoration we should bring in and they were always available
our photographer said that all the photos that were taken inside the venue came our really good because of the lighting and fixtures they had inside, Best of the best is lots of free parking for everyone
we delft with the Owner who was really nice and available to talk any time we wanted to talked to them, i read the reviews here and in our case non of then were true, go there your self and you will see it ‚
Our vendor was very happy with their kitchen Area as every equipment was brand new and clean. They said this was one of the best kitchen they have seen.
There was lady that was a manager at the night of the event to make sure everything goes smooth and just in case if we need anything, she even called us a week before to make sure there is nothing else we need for our event

I wanted to write this review based on the level of courtesy and professionalism that Royal Palace and their staff exemplified for our wedding there 8÷14÷2015. Jamal was an utmost professional and really held my hand through the whole process with ease and was able and accommodating to my needs.
He actually surpassed our expectations and with food and deserts and overall attentiveness. The food was delicious and I was sad that me and my wife couldn’t have more food because of the wedding jitters! I had a beautiful wedding. Again, Thank you Jamal jan and entire staff of Royal Palace!

My husband and I had our wedding here in May 2015. Jora, Jamal, and his staff exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was more than what we could have imagined!
We had a Persian wedding and to this day, our guests still rave about the food! Jora is an executive chef himself and the food was the best Persian food we have ever tasted. His work is also very detailed; we had a fruit stand with carved watermelons and baskets, every intricate detail was perfection!
The staff is polite and professional. Great service during the wedding. Excellent food. Genuine, kind hearted people!
Thank you to Royal Palace, Jora, Jamal, and everybody there. We will never forget our wedding day and we look forward to booking future events at your venue!

An afghani marriage hall, was used by ICF for Eid prayer. Huge, clean, and well lighted. The carpets, lighting and décor looks classy.

If you’re looking for a venue to host your special day, DO NOT book here! Don’t be fooled by it’s elegant appearance. Royal palace is a joke! I booked my wedding with Jamal, the owner. He made promises he couldn’t keep and quoted prices he couldn’t honor. We ended up mutually canceling our contract and he refused to give us our deposit back. He will lure you in with his unbeatable prices, but will end up over charging you once the contract is signed. As a bride to be, he made wedding planning discouraging and very stressful. Please stay away from this establishment!

We attended a party here today. We had amazing experience. Facility is absolutely beautiful and very well decorated. Service was attentive and prompt. Highly recommended. Not sure why some other Unilocal ers mentioned they had hard time with owner. I met with the owner and he was very easy to deal with. If you are looking for next event definitely try Royal Palace.

The owner is shady, unprofessional, and not to be trusted to ensure that what he quotes and sells will be what you can expect.
Think this is personal — in his short time of opening his business since Feb 2015 he has a number of cases in small claims court for not making good on his end.

I would give this establishment a NEGATIVE star rating because of Jamal the owner who wants your business but has no integrity and will not stand by a quote or invest in serving you that you would come back for repeat service.
He gave us a quote and after taking our first and second deposit — increased the budget by $ 5k. He moved their date cause he found another sucker with a bigger party (to move our date out because he could make more money — not honoring the original agreement signed. (As the judge pointed out)
Folks — ask him about his liquor license. He claims he has one for beer and wine but if you want liquor for your event he will charge you $ 1200 and that does not include liquor. That’s using the caterer of his choice and leveraging their license.
Lastly, we had to take him to small claims where the judge ordered him to return our deposit and then some, and the Judge said to him «this is the 3^rd time your in my court Jamal.» Lmk if u want our case number but BEWARE if you intend to plan something here. I wished, we knew before we encountered this problem with him.
He should not be in business!
He can’t keep an appointment.
He will be late if he shows up.
He will happily take your $$ until he finds someone who will give him more $ on your day and time and then will move you.
All of his services outside of the venue are outsourced which means he does and will not have control over the quality, timeliness, or reliability.

I don’t write reviews. I just read them but the service from this venue needed to praised. The family the organizes events here are nothing more than professional and respectful people.
My mom and I attended a wedding here a few weeks ago. When we walked in the hall was breath taking. Very clean and set up on time. While the wedding went on chaos broke. Kids were running around messing up the curtains the woman were throwing dirty diapers under the seat. I felt so bad for the clean up crew. But the owners themselves handled everything and didn’t show that they were distressed.
The wedding was beautiful the food was really good as well. The buffet was clean and served warm.
I had a very good experience here and loved the organizers/​owners.
