This all started as trying to find a new car from my wife and I to my parents. We were looking for Macan S and a good but fair deal. Had a very good experience dealing with Terry Toledo over the internet. I sent an inquiry based on what was showing on their website. He promptly replied the next day. Sent me pics of what was in stock, along with all of the information that we requested. When it got down to making the purchase, Terry and his team was very competitive in their offer to us. As I like to say from another dealer in the bay area — No Porsche dealer would ever consider the offer we got. Well to Terry and the team at Porsche Fremont — they not only met but exceeded our expectations. We promptly did all the paperwork prior to our drive from Santa Cruz, so the whole dealership and paperwork took less than 30 minutes. I will also say this, at the last minute our car turned out to not have the Bose upgrade. Terry owned up to his mistake and made it right by placing the all weather mats into the car for us. Highly recommend Terry and staff for a new Porsche.

I custom ordered and bought my new Porsche 911 4S from Porsche Fremont a couple of years ago. Finally decided to write a review.
David Saucedo is one of the best sales managers I’ve ever worked with. It’s always pleasant to run into David and chit chat. He also accommodated us, going out of the way, while we were looking at g-​wagon and cayenne turbo (bought ’16 Range Rover autobiography instead). Any how, always a pleasure meeting David.
Gunter, the service manager is nice. He pays personal attention and works very hard with you. Yet a couple of incidences disappointed me dearly, that Porsche StevensCreek service (yes right.) fixed for me instead of Gunter. It was related to sporadically un-​synchronized Chrono clock and intermittently malfunctioning auto window down driver’s window. I took photos, made videos, emailed him, he’d always try to reproduce, connect the diagnostic tool and declare that there’s a non issue and won’t order replacements. I returned there a couple of times but it didn’t get addressed. Almost felt like he was not believing what I was telling him, somewhat embarrassing and insulting. I was just tired of driving all the way to Fremont and getting no fault found. Showed the same to Porsche Stevens Creek, they ordered new parts and BOTH issues fixed!!!
Last but certainly not the least, there’s AJ in finance department… STAY AWAY from him!!! I paid cash for my Porsche yet they make you meet with finance guy, and there he was. He tried hard for us to finance the car, yet as we didn’t budge and I added tires/​wheels warranty, he made sure he gets his time worth out of it and charged me exorbitant amount (almost $ 1K over what my friend got thru another finance guy from this place few months later for his 911S). He also misinformed that the tires/​wheels warranty is ONLY covered at Porsche Fremont. Which I got addressed also at Porsche Stevens Creek. On top of that he promised protection film installation from Premier films at a price that they didn’t even offer. It caused so much pain to deal with afterwards yet Gunter did step in to help out… i ended up paying extra to Premier.
Net: best sales team, ok service team and one of the worst finance team (as long as AJ is there).

Their service department is fantastic. Gunther — the manager — is super helpful and knowledgeable.

I finally found time to write up my review of Fremont Porsche, a referral from a good friend who I am involved with in the diablo region, porsche club of america. I have to say, the business development center was very reassuring, more than I can say about walnut creek, and sonnen. who both couldn’t offer me a complimentary loaner or rental car, and charge me $ 450 for an oil change for being someone who is in the business. I had my appointment set with Ira who I checked in with the day before, since I was nearby, and he was pretty reassuring. He also helped me sign up for a discounted rate, and turned me to another gentleman who I wasn’t very fond of. My four stars are primarily for the $$$ I saved during my visit there, and well worth my drive from Vallejo. Even though I didn’t get a porsche loaner as I would’ve like, the savings clearly made up for it, and the reassurance in getting my car taken care of as a first time young porsche owner, and assisting me with the PCM module on my boxster was thoughtful of them, more than I can say from the gentleman I purchased my car from in walnut creek who says their clients never ask to troubleshoot those types of issues.
I was hoping my experience with walnut creek would be mutual since my insider is sorta close to the owner, but after a few months of being this so called elite vehicle owner, it almost seems stereotypical for any young person to own a vehicle of this sort, and standoffish. any who, more about fremont porsche. their service drive was nice, so nice that the new gt3RS was in the service drive. Even though I got the new Sonata Hybrid as a complimentary rental car and barely even had to put 1 gallon of gas, I do have to say coming about 60 miles and an hour of driving is well worth it for the attention to detail these guys do. I was concerned about the wash, whether it was through the car wash or hand washed, since I personally hand wash my own black vehicle.
When they brought it out from detail, they washed it pretty good, and they even dressed the tires, pretty surprised at that. all in all, a star short due to not having an available porsche loaner as I would’ve liked, and an update from my service advisor as to whether or not my car had been completed in the time promised

Very very disappointed in the sales team. We agreed on a price for a new 911. The only reason why I couldn’t sign the deal on that day was because the GM was on PTO. They contacted me next day to inform me that they changed their mind. Terrible…

For your records, I am the one who sent an email to the service manager on Friday at 8:22 AM to initiate that I can bring my car to the dealer on Monday, June 1^st at 11:00 AM. I got a response from him today at 12:59 PM stating he has a loner car. It was not out of Porsche’s heart to send me this email. It was due to Unilocal’s attention. And by the way, they have no records under Marieli C., but they have records under Maria Costa where finally today I got a response thanks to Unilocal.So, if it weren’t for Unilocal,Maria Costa would still be waiting.

Please have the service manager at Fremont Porsche contact Mrs. Costa. I purchased a 2012 Boxster on September 4^th 2011. A grinding/​creaking/​clunking noise coming out of the front tires has been present since then when backing out. The car was taken for service with no success. The noise is worse. I took it to the dealer on May 19 2015, but they did not have a loaner car for me to drive home. Hertz couldn’t help me either. I sent two emails to the service manager and left voice mails messages last week to schedule a repair and to reserve a car. I also went through the main customer service representative switch board whom I explained my situation. She tried to connect me with the service manager and also with his assistant with no success. So I also left a message with the service manager assistant/​advisor. No one has called to fix my car. They may be looking forward to the warranty, which expires in a couple of months. This is totally frustrating!
Regarding your response, you are asking for my contact information. I have left voice mail messages and have sent two emails last week to management. Why don’t you have Porsche Fremont respond to their customers’ messages?

I have been always interested in Boxster. Finally, on 5÷20÷2015, I bought my first Porsche (Boxster) from this dealership. Alan Lessa (sales) has helped me to know more about the car. Due to my own busy traveling schedule, I was not able to find the right moment to do the transaction. However, Alan has kept our connection via emails for more than 7 months. He is very informative and knowledgeable about this car. Although another dealership is much closer to my house, I decide to purchase it from Alan. On the delivery day, he has shown me how to use many features of the car. I would like to highly recommend Alan to potential Porsche buyers.
On the delivery day, Muneer Nabizada (finance) made financial transaction and paperwork easier. Later, Carla Melendez (finance) also made some paperwork easy for me.

I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at Fremont Porsche! I walked in wearing my faded jeans and a Harley Davidson T-​Shirt. I walked all around the store inside and out and nobody would talk to me!
I left Fremont Porsche and went to the TESLA Factory where I was treated very well. Needless to say I ordered my new TESLA!
Lesson to be learned, «NEVER judge a book by it’s cover»

We recently baught our first ever Porsche from this dealership. We dealt with 2 individuals… Vincent Milazzo (Salesperson) and Muneer Nabizada (Finance Manager). I must say, this was one of the most enjoyable car buying experience of our life. Vincent, the salesperson, did an excellent job in understanding our needs, guiding us to select options and most importantly was very patient overall without even a slight hint of «pressure tactics». Never once he pushed any unneccesary options or other types of products and services. Vincent also helped in trading our BMW X5 and overall came up with a proposal to our liking.
We also worked with Muneer Nabizada, finance manager, in the area of extended warranty. Munner was extremely helpful in in educating us on different types of extended warranties and once again, without any pressure, guided us to make a decision to our liking.
Bottom line is, even if the Porsche is a world class performance auto brand, its is individuals like Vincent and Muneer that truly bring the car to consumers like us.

We’ve bought several cars from Fletcher Jones (Viraj and Dave, who are on the Porsche side, make sure you ask for them whether you’re considering a Mercedes or Porsche) and we’ll continue to go to them for their top notch service, fair pricing, and a sales/​management staff that know the product, and aim to deliver the best in customer satisfaction.

I was ready to make a vehicle purchase elsewhere, papers were ready to sign, finances in place, however, my gut guided me to this dealership just for one quick glance which subsequently led to a purchase hours later. I spoke to RAJ, and he made everything happen, with minimal negotiation for my trade-​in and the vehicle I ended up purchasing. He went ahead and organized the already approved financing with the BEST FINANCE MANAGER at fletcher jones «SEAN» all the while, ensuring my experience to be as flawless, and non-​sales oriented as possible. This dealership is amazing, the technicians are top tier, and quite possibly the best overall dealership/​service center in all of the United States! Thank you guys!

I gotta hand it to the Service department at this dealership — Gunter and Ira are very professional, have excellent communication and are honest and fair.
I was dreading taking my 911 in for a major service due to the cost, but needed to make sure the car was running properly. I finally bit the bullet and took my car in.
Gunter/​Ira satisfied all my concerns, got my car done quickly and on time, and even got me a loaner car. The drop off and pickup was entirely pain free and the dealership was recently remodeled and is absolutely beautiful inside.
I abhor most dealerships — that being said Porsche of Fremont is the exception to the rule. These guys are true professionals.

Vinny Milazzo is car sales perfection! Look as many places as you want, but talk to Vinny before you decide. He is cheerful, knowledgeable, thorough, careful, a good listener, has faultless customer service, and really cares whether you are happy with your choice. We left with both a car and a friend.

employee: Viraj goes by raj is the most nicest professional knowledgeable car salesman i experienced. Walked in and informed him i like to test drive a car he had it ready out front when i called prior to coming in. On the test drive asked him a bunch of technical questions and he helped me understand the car so much about the car. Features, options, handling pasm ptv chrono. then after telling him i need to build, he helped me thru a thru z building our car. Added about 20k worth of options fully loaded because i was was happy with the customer interaction and he was very patient and understanding and even updates us on build date, eta.
Went out of his way to Give us a financial estimated summary on downpayment terms and what would be the projected monthly cost based on loan term mos.
Location: clean, Fremont location has lot of land space to test the car. Highway and local compared to Porsche at Carlsen, Fremont have better and bigger land to test drive. Def a plus why i brought the car here vs other locations.

I had a great customer experience checking out a pre-​owned 360 Modena at this dealership. Everyone was friendly from Amy at the front desk who was gracious enough to donate her mocha to me when the coffee machine was not working to Barry who showed me the very nice 360 Ferrari. Only thing is prices tend to be on the higher side at this dealership compared to few other places in the bay area. Still, if I was buying a brand new Porsche and they made the numbers work it would be a great place to buy a new 911 GT3 or turbo.

This is a review for Vinny! After disappointment with our troublesome X5, we’re exploring the options with their competitors. Vinny was an excellent salesperson that we had a great experience with. He patiently Porsche-​cated us (his words) and explained differences and features. He made sure that both my husband and I are comfortably tested the vehicle.
Of course, they don’t usually carry the vehicle that you want on lot but it wasn’t too hard to order a custom made (it would be painful to wait 3 – 4 months if you need a car immediately). He’s very patient and courtesy. We didn’t feel any pressure in sales and it helps in our decision process.

so I was looking to get a new Porsche boxster and I visit this near by dealer where I bought my Benz next door their sister dealer. guess what, no test drive, the sale only want us to sit down and ask me to put a down payment on a car. I was like, seriously? so I left, few days later I got a call from the dealership, a nice lady tell us to come back for a test drive, but its too late, I already got a new 2013 boxster s from Carlsen Porsche.
am I really look like looking for a joyride? I know I know, I look like a kid, but come on, that doesn’t mean I cant afford a Porsche. btw, I don’t have to tell u my jean actually cost $ 700, its from Dior Homme.

As far as sales are concerned, this place really rocks in my book. From the second I walked in, I had nothing but the most positive experience. Vinny Milazzo was the sales associate that helped me from start to finish. Even though I was totally all over the map with which model I was most interested in, he knew all the cars inside and out. From the Carrera S to the Cayenne Turbo, he expertly covered every detailed question I had. Despite the crappy weather, he made sure I was able to test drive every vehicle I was considering.
Overall, my visit to Porsche of Fremont was definitely time well spent.
