PAK KAIN is a clean and hygienic Filipino restaurant with an added flair of excellent food plate presentation. PAKKAIN has a small fast food area — its door addressed at 3776 Bonde Way — can seat 20 people. They also have bakeshop called A’s Goodies, right beside PAKKAIN — 3774 Bonde way in the same building. ALSO, they have a banquet hall that can accommodate at least 100– 120 seated dining and 140 people theater arrangement setting. The receiving area that is used as the banquet hall’s ante-room can hold a private party too and can seatr about 40 — 50 people good for smaller functions, meeting, training and seminars.
The food does not only look good, the meals taste good too and is healthy too. The style is very much non-traditional but very much Asian Filipino fusion, but their menu has a variety of American and European as well. History
Established in 2011.
PAKKAIN started with a Café downtown San Francisco at the Philippine Center Management Building servicing the Consulate office 2011.
Food served is healthy, no salt and hygienically kept icontrolled temperature.
On April 27, 2013, PAKKAIN Fremont cut its ribbon and opened its banquet hall called the MACRO Events Center.
Meet the Business Owner
Adin Martin Villanueva M.
Business Owner
A Bachelor of Science in Architecture graduate, Adin was the Executive Director of the Biotech Services Training Center from 2003 to 2008, a company that deployed validation engineers, calibration technicians and SOP writers in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical firms. She facilitated the corporate compliance module, preparing trainees as they shift to a new career in the life-saving industry. Adin also focuses on intellectual property management, licensing brand and trademark and strategic marketing. She then pursued her passion in food styling and innovations and established PAKKAIN, her packaged food brand, with the INADIN sauces and other condiments. She also has her ‘BaraKoffee’ brand (Barako coffee) served in her A’s Goodies Bakeshop, also in Fremont. One branch in San Francisco and now in Fremont, CA.
