We recently used Pacific Construction & Design to make improvements to my Mother’s house in San Francisco. We gave PC&D our budget for the project and they used their home improvement expertise to help us decide on improvements that would add the most value to the house as a rental property. PC&D’s project managers and contractors were very professional, approachable, and always returned our phone calls immediately. The project was done on budget and faster than expected. When renting a house, delays mean lost income, so we were very appreciative of their quick turn around time! It is our pleasure to recommend Pacific Construction & Design!

We hired Pacific Construction and, josh and Jou as a project manager to remodel two bathrooms.
This included upgrading counters, installing tile, installing new fixtures, constructing a new shower, and installing a new bathtub. They did an excellent job of designing them and helping select materials and colors. Their various craftsmen were courteous and thorough.
We are delighted with the quality of their work and the way the project turned out.
Sol was a pleasure to work with! Always easy to reach with questions, and clearly followed up on anything I asked about. My husband and I will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a quality work at reasonable price.

I just had Pacific Construction and Design remodel my small 6.5×5 foot bathroom. After waiting 20 years in wanting to do a major rework requiring the toilet moved, removing the tub and having a shower installed, David and Sol came in contact with me and helped me achieve my desire. Sol was my primary contact and was really easy to work with. In any construction project good communication is an essential element to achieve the desired goal. Sol was there to answer all my questions and concerns. Those who performed the work where professional, courteous, and will skilled in their trade. I am extremely happy with the results and would employ them on any future projects.

Moses and Sol were both fabulous to work with.
Also Natalya was extremely professional and provided an excellent and functional design for our kitchen.
There were a couple of issues which Sol took care of immediately and the outcome is superb. Just amazing.
Moses was very friendly and courteous and made sure the job got done. He was flexible and accommodating.

We live in the mountains above Los Gatos, where flat land is at a premium. We widened our driveway/​parking area to enable turning our horse trailer around. We had a miserable mix of dirt, mud and old asphalt. Pacific Construction studied our needs for new asphalt and gave us the most competitive quote we received. They completed the job when they said they would, and did a better job than I ever expected. They really knew what they were doing, and did the job the «right» way, without cutting corners, they even cleaned up perfectly when the job was completed. They were courteous, friendly and professional. They even gave use a free sealer coat to ensure optimum quality and durability.

Problem resolution is one of Pacific construction strongest assets.
I found this to be true with both projects, kitchen and interior remodeling.
The best way to explain it: if something doesn’t go right with most companies, you explain the situation and then they argue and haggle with you about who’s right and the actual problem seems to take a back seat.
This is not the case with Pacific Their first focus is on fixing the problem, not the blame. Then they assess, very FAIRLY, how to handle situation, i.e.

Pacific remodeling is a top of the line remodeling company.
You may be able to find less expensive alternatives, but you will not find a company that gives you a better peace of mind that the job is done right and will last. Our new Kitchen is beautiful and will stay that way for years to come. We did have a few small issues after the job was completed and once we notified Michael, out project manager, within 48 hours the issues were resolved. Working with Michael was an excellent experience and it would be our pleasure to work with him and Pacific again in the future.

All the Pacific construction employees were professional and very hands-​on. Moses was great, very helpful and profesional.
This is extremely helpful when doing a full custom Bathroom remodel because of all the variables involved.
We hired them specifically because the design and build fuctions are under one roof. When problems were discovered in our wall and floor structure they fixed these too. Despite these unforseen setbacks they finished the complete remodel in 3 weeks. Great

Scammers. Scammers. Scammers. Got a cold call trying to sign me up for some construction work, telling me they have people «working in your area». But they did not know what area I live in. I checked their license number while I held them on the phone. They are licensed, but the woman calling me gave a fake name for the owner, and the wrong city for the location of the company. Beware of contractors who operate like this. There are lots of good builders who do not use phone center boiler room sales tactics.
Oh, and the other «glowing reviews» on this site look pretty contrived.
