Thank goodness for this place! Was at autozone (located across the st) and wasted 20 minutes with their employee trying to find out what washer size I needed to do an oil change on my Honda Civic…
Walked in here, was promptly greeted, looked up the part I needed, and out the door I go within 5 minutes.
Should’ve went to this place in the first place! Awesome service.

So the manager of this place is such a great guy. The service is always awesome and I always get what I want. Almost always ;)

They share a large parking lot with several nearby shops, so parking is not an issue. Came here after a bad experience at AutoZone.
I was able to purchase a car battery and an associate helped me install it. 15 minutes, and I was out of there.
Although their prices can be a bit high, service was top notch.

Currently, my car has been having lots of problems and i finally brought it to the mechanic, well i decided to get my parts at Oreillys and they have been A BIG HELP!!! They have been able to find all of my parts and been super helpful on advice for my cars, especially Robert. he definitely knows his cars and what could be some fixes to do on my own!

Friendly staff. Parking lot/​getting in & out can be difficult because of the location. Parking is really difficult on Sundays because of the farmer’s market.
My goto place for oil & filters for oil change.

Great service. The only problem is that it is near Indian store which is always busy so there is parking problem sometimes.

Awesome service. Had to replace a brake light and called in to see if they had it in stock; they did and he let me know there were two brand options available. When I went in, all the employees were busy but when I was helped, the service was friendly, prompt, and helpful.

For a guy, I’m pretty oblivious when it comes to cars, so every-​time something breaks down I dread going to the auto store. Not anymore! The folks here are extremely friendly, and can quickly help you find what you’re looking for. I was also surprised at the various discounts they seem to have. The last time I came here I bought a air compressor (to start filling my car tires on a regular basis). The item had an unexpected $ 10 discount — score!

This place deserves to be burned down. I have worked in automotive shops in the past, and I know my way around my cars. I have been in this store twice, but never again. The first time was to get a set of spark plugs. The «know-​all» counter jockey says they do not carry the brand I usually use, which I never deviate from but dropped one, but says the cheap house brand plugs are the same. He tells me that I can just replace the one bad one, and it would be fine. I just walked out.
The second time was the worst. I was literally pushed out the door by my girlfriend because she knew I was about to choke the little fat bastard out. I was looking for a certain brush to clean my wheels. Piggy boy says there’s no such thing, and actually says that I don’t know what I’m talking about. Keep in mind, the car care section is right when customers walk in. I’m not sure if he was just trying to keep us from coming all the way in or what, but when I asked if there was someone else to talk to, their in house Michelin Man said he was the manager.
Bottom line, stay away from this place.

I understand that this place is Kragen Auto Parts, but the sign says O’Reily Auto Parts. How unfortunate for Kragen…
This place (whatever their name is) wouldn’t know ‘Customer Service’ if it rear ended their asses. My sister and I went into that godforsaken ‘store’ to get her a replacement bulb for her tail light. After searching for the correct light, an employee barked at us from the counter asking if we needed help. After we told him what we needed he said he would need to look at the light bulb in her car to give her the correct one. I told him that we didn’t have her car, but we had mine, and it was the EXACT SAME CAR. He said that wouldn’t work, and it may not be the same one. However, I’m pretty sure that my light bulb should work in her car, even if it wasn’t the original one, unless Honda has a glass slipper complex, I was pretty sure it shouldn’t explode the car or anything. Again, I’m just a lowly consumer so what do I know?
We went out to try and get the bulb from my car, no help offered from Bubba, and failed. He pointed to a screw driver and my sister and I tried that. After receiving again ZERO service, we placed the screw driver on the counter and left to find a REAL auto parts store that wants our business.

The staff behind the counter are like robots. I was looking for snow chain yesterday, and this was my conversation with one of them:
me: do you have tire chains?
they: yes we do
me: what kinds of tire chain do you carry?
they: we only carry these 2
me: I like the link chain rather than cable chain ‘coz I had bad experience with using a cable chain. What’s the brand name of the link chain up there?
they: what’s your tire size?
me: I don’t remember. I can give you my make model and year.
they: what’s your tire size?
me: I don’t remember. can you look it up for me?
they: no I can not. the system is not programmed this way
me: I guess I won’t be able to buy them today. Can you tell me the brand name and model # of that link chains so that I can do a bit research tonight to see if they are good?
they: I need your tire size.
me (desperate) can you just try 195÷50÷15?
they: (pulled out a book and looked it up). They are $ 89.99.
me: that’s fine. What’s the brand name and model #?
they: I don’t know
me: forget it and I’m out of here!!!

Came here to get some parts. Staff is friendly and nice. Store is like any other Kragen store. Parking lot was busy on a sunday afternoon. Had whatever I needed and check out was quick.

I really appreciate a top notch qualified and responsive parts department with fast delivery. Robert, the manager, keeps the whole crew on schedule so I get my parts fast.

I got this Kragen’s number on speed dial.
It’s that cool.
Yea, I love playing weekend mechanic and doing my own oil changes and simple stuff. I freakin love Kragen. STEVE, the old dude is hella awesome. Guy has great recommendations, helped get me these killer «diamond» spark plugs that last 100k. ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND. seriously, he showed me box and the warranty and all.
You can also bring your used oil here. It’s hella chill.

I lost the gas cap to my ’98 Civic. I’ve been driving around for awhile without one, but I finally needed one to pass smog.
I went to Kragen. They greeted me as I walked in. I asked if they sold gas caps. They said of course. They found me one that fit my car. It was only 7.99. I was out the door in 2 minutes. It actually did fit my car. It was so easy, I actually said, «Wow, that was easy.»
The next time I lose a gas cap, I’m coming straight here to buy a new one. (Sadly this is not the first time I’ve lost a gas cap; the last time I bought one online, but it’s more convenient and even cheaper to just come to Kragen.)

My husband bought parts here for my car and they worked well and were very nice to him. It wasn’t the fastest service ever but very friendly and reasonable prices.
