History

Established in 1990.

Dr. Wong has been an orthodontist for over 2 decades. He was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Sacramento, California. Dr. Wong has been married to his lovely wife of 24 years and has 3 beautiful daughters: Brienne, Kayley, & Lyndsey.

After high school, Dr. Wong attended the University of California, Berkeley and graduated in 1975. He then proceeded to complete dental school at the University of California, San Francisco in 1981; attended and completed orthodontic school at the University of the Pacific in 1985; and opened up his practice here at 200 Brown Road, Fremont in 1990.

Dr. Wong is very personable and enjoys getting to know his patients of all ages. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and especially loves to read. On a professional level, Dr. Wong specializes in both metal and clear braces, and is a certified orthodontist for Invisalign. He is very precise, meticulous and thorough in the treatment of his patients.

Jennifer has worked for Dr. Wong since 2014. She is our Front Office Coordinator and is also a dental assistant. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in the dental field, starting out in orthodontics in 1991.

Jennifer lives in Fremont with her husband and she has one son, Julian.

Christina has been in the dental field for over 20 years, doing both front and back office. She is the Dental Assistant for Dr. Wong and she handles all aspects of the back office. Christina lives in Fremont with her husband, and 2 sons, Mateo and Diego.

We found Dr. Wong through our dentist. My daughter started her treatment first, and we liked Dr. Wong so much that now my son and my husband are also his patients. We found out that several friends of ours have taken their kids to Dr. Wong and have had great experiences too. I have also recommended him to a few other friends, and they have also been very happy with his services. He is patient, thorough, easy to talk to and has a great way to connect with all patients, adults and children alike.

Before i began seeing Dr Wong i disliked dealing w anything to do with dental work. After seeing him i actually say i had a good experience. Jennifer was very helpful with the whole process.

Both of my boys had their braces done under the care of Dr. Wong. Now I am too on Invisalign. This is one of the best dental offices one will ever visit — professional, honest, friendly and flexible. Athena and Desiree makes scheduling, payments and other things such a breeze. Would highly recommend to any children or adults.

I am a student in training to pursue a carreer in the medical field, so I ask Dr. Wong if I can shadow his practice as I was recommended to him by his own patient. When I got there the friendliness of his staff was outstanding, the way they greet you, compliment you, and overall great communication they have makes them a five star office. As I sat throughout a patient getting there first braces, I was expecting a long process of work and thats it, but I was wrong his ways of communication to his patients was a way to make them comfortable in those rigorus dental chairs. HE FINSIHED SO FAST IT WAS AMAZING AND HOW PERCISE HIS WORK WAS. The dental assistant is very profeesional and highly trained she assists the patients so well and fast that it makes your trip an ease. The office manager is very friendly and super great at her job. Dr. Wong shows through his work that 20 years makes him an expert at what he does. After seeing the patients come in and out at a breeze, and so nice and efficent makes this office one of the top orthodontics I have ever seen. At the end of the day I BECAME HIS PATIENT! I highly recommend this office for both adults and children for thier orthodontics needs. I also like the choices of colors they have for you accessorize your braces.

I want to make it clear that the two stars is mostly based on the outdated facility not Dr Wong. this is not a negative review, just to be objective
Dr. Wong is very nice and the girls at the front desk are super sweet! I think this is a good place for general dental work given Dr Wong has many years of experience. that being said, the equipment seems old and needs updates! and this is the only orthodontist offfice I visited that don’t have x-​ray on site and needs to send you to a outside lab to take Xrays, and it costs about $ 195, which is not included in the treatment. This is a big drawback, inconvenient and costs more.

We were referred to Dr. Wong by a friend whose son had been seen Dr. Wong two years ago and my son has been seen with Dr. Wong since.
After each operation/​adjustment he seldomly feels any uncomorable or pain even for a short period of time.
We can feel that Dr. Wong really puts patients at first and knows how to.
The staff Ms. Desiree is also very nice and professional throughout.

i have never been a fan of anything associated with dental work, its always been so expensive and painful until Dr. Wong…
I was relieved after my first visit with Dr. Wong! When I first walked into the office, I was greeted very friendly by the staff, they made me feel welcome and at ease, they also did everything to assist me with understanding the paperwork as well as dealing with my insurance information.
Dr. wong was very thorough, and explained everything to me and answered every question I had, I could tell from my visit that he had my best interest at heart, where other Dentists/​Orthodontists usually insisted on giving me unnecessary visits and expenses… Dr. Wong did none of that… I have to say that coming to this office is one of the best things I have done, I am so happy with my new smile and I would recommend Dr. Wong to anyone who is interested in having Orthodontics. work done.

I have been going to Dr. Jeffrey Wong’s orthodontist office for almost 3 years, and it has been a wonderful experience for me! I always look forward to going to get my braces check and tightened because Jeffrey and his staff make it seem like a breeze. I do not mean literally in the fact he does not do anything, but while I am being serviced, Jeffrey is a wonderful guy and is very good with all people from all walks of life. He always has a smile and confident look on his face which reassures me that I am in good hands. If there is anybody who is thinking about going to this guy to get your braces done. Look no more! Jeffrey Wong is the man to go to because of his great job that he has done on my teeth, friendly environment, and his care for everybody that walks into his office.

I Have been with Dr. Wong since the beginning of my treatment. It has been a great experience, in a word the people are Awesome… Athena, Desiree, and the Doc himself treat patients as family. The work is Superb the Dr. knows just the perfect amount of adjustment to make so as to achieve results but also does not cause discomfort. please if you are looking for Orthodontic treatment see Dr. Wong… You’ll be glad you did…

Dr. Wong is meticulous about his work. A true professional. His prices are very reasonable. His practice is small and he likes it that way. You get real personalized treatment by everyone. The office staff is very courteous (such a rare thing these days), most of all he sees my kids after school and I don’t have to pull them out of school for adjustments.
I highly recommend Dr. Wong, he knows his stuff.

When I was on the hunt for an orthodontist in my Metlife dental plan, I had interviewed with about 5 offices before I decided to go with Doc Wong. He was the only one that was able to point out to me the alignment of my teeth with my face was a bit off. He is a meticulous orthodontist that carefully reviewed my jaw and teeth structure to determine how to get my teeth ready for jaw surgery (I used to have an underbite). I had been with him for about 4 years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Now my teeth are perfect and I love the work that he did. He’s even pointed out an occasional problem I had in my mouth that ended up being a bad root in my secondary molar tooth. I wouldve never known it was an issue if it wasn’t for him.
Although I see many kids come in and out from his office and I’m one of the few adults, I didn’t care. There’s plenty of gossip magazines for me to catch up on and the wait is rarely long enough for me to finish reading the latest stories on young Hollywood: p
His office is right next to 680 and a tight turn around the bend. For a while I lived in San Jose and I still drove down to his office. He was that worth it for me and I’d do it again.
