Service wasn’t so good, the wings I didn’t like, order wasn’t correct, items brought to table after I was done eating will not be back to this hooters again. And it wasn’t even busy, I’d hate to see the service on a busy day

THISHOOTERSISHORRIBLE! The food and service was way below average. My family and I were seated and waited about 15 for someone to even come to our table. We placed our order for drinks AND food at that time because we did not know when we would see our waitress again. We then proceeded to wait a long time for our food to come out. Only 2 of 5 meals were brought out and the rest did not come until about 20 – 25 minutes. By that time everyone else was done eating. The wings were so overcooked and hard with barely any sauce. EW. Our waitress only came to check on us once and never brought our bill. Everytime we needed something we had to walk to the front and get someone else. We have went a few times to this location before and had okay service but the food was the same. Since we were right there we thought we would try again… bad idea! I know a few girls that work here, but none of them were working when we went. I know if they were the service would have been better!

Post restaurant closing eulogy #4: Hooters I’ve only been to this Hooters twice for some food before heading to the Warriors games. I never really got a chance to «enjoy» the entertainment atmosphere but I did enjoy chowing down on their food before getting to Oracle Arena. Where will be going for food when basketball season comes back around again? Sigh… It’s already been a couple of months since they closed(2÷15÷13) so I’m sure any of you who were saddened in any way are probably over it by now. Goodbye Hooters… you shall be missed. I hope the restaurant that takes your place will be received and supported more than you were.

Is it me or is the food here like doused in salt? I literally felt like I was going to have kidney stones after my meal here. I came here with my dad because I had a birthday coupon for free wings. The wings were meh! SALTCITY. I got the friend pickles they were delish but for pickles I felt like they were extra saltier than usual. My dad got a burger and again SALTY!!! The girl who served us wasn’t very attentive. I even saw a table who had been waiting to order for maybe 15 minuets and their server was somewhere else flirting with these two guys who looked like they were on their lunch break. Needless to say the same went with our server. I’d rather take my butt to Wingstop than dine here. I’m sure my kidney would appreciate it anyways.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here, but when I came with my friend we were seated… and then didn’t see our server for 25 minutes or so. OK. it was a random Tuesday night things weren’t THAT busy. We ordered some wings, drinks, and fried pickles. Got the drinks… finally got the wings and were told the fried pickles would be out shortly… We went through half the wings and were trying to flag down the server who was chitchatting with her friends… couldn’t grab her attention… We finish the rest of the wings and 35 minutes later finally grab her attention to ask about the pickles. She insisted she had brought them out… no. there’s no plate on our table we didn’t have any… another 20 minutes later she finally brings out a plate no apologies nothing we ate a couple and asked for a box and check… Getting the check paid was another ordeal. TOOKFOREVER. If you got time to burn and mediocre wings sure come on through. The fried pickles were good, just wished they had come out in the beginning of the meal.

If you look at my last post about this joint you can see that I was not really happy with the service, but we have been back here a few more times. Especially for the all you can eat Tuesdays. I can honestly say we will never come back again! Hmmm should I start with service or food, let me flip a coin… heads…service. Note: Came in at 6:45 pm and TV was about to show a replay of Matt Cains perfect game. We came in with two family’s, totaling 8 and got seated. Waitress came and took our drink order and my 5 ordered two $ 9.50 beers and 3, 3.59 drinks(that’s was we got charged even though we had 3 kids and kids drinks were supposed to be 99 cents). Wow a quick calculation comes to almost 30 dollars for one round of drinks! We ordered 2 kids meals and 3 all you can eat wings for 12.99. We tend to order fries as well but the waitress told us that the meal now comes with them but we get less wings per serving. OK no worries, I like fries! We order our first round of wings and it takes forever to get there. I really mean forever. We keep asking her if our food would be up and she says we are next, but more and more other table keep getting served. About 45 minutes later we get our food. Finish that and order another round. This takes easily 30 minutes to get so I immediately order another one since I know the wait will be forever and it was!!! My brothers family ordered another order or wings and we order after him, we get ours first and my SIL makes a comment. Waitress says since we are on two separate checks ours came first. So we eat ours and order again ANDOURNEXTORDERCOMESBEFORETHEIRFIRSTORDER!!! Really! So out comes there wings along with the manager. Tells us she is sorry but they only have two cooks and one is new. Gives the boys a free tshirt and once again apologizes. Ok we are not totally asses and realized shit happens. Note: Finally get 3 refill of wings and its 5th inning on game! Well it gets worse. We are done trying to order more wings since we all have to work the next day and at this rate we would be here till January so we wind it down. Waitress comes and says shes taking break and introduces us to her replacement. Not once does this replacement come. We get up 3 times for refills and wait and wait and wait for check. 50 minutes later we get check… manager brings it and tells us how she took off 20 percent. WOW I also notice a 18 percent tip was added. Between the two us us this gal got 25 dollars!!! OMG so not worth it. WE paid and left. Note: Game was in 8th inning. From time we got there, 3 rounds of wings and got check…3 hours!!! OK now on to the food. First set of wings came and they were boneless. Boneless tends to have shapes, not asking for boots like McNuggets but not cut like a cube! Anyways, they were ok. Second set of wings came and they were bone in typical hot wings. Wings were nice and hot like just fried, but sauce was cold! Like it came out of fridge and was splattered on. Third set was terryaki and not fried enough, skin was rubbery. All of this excitement and the 20 percent off and I still paid 90 dollars for 5 people. NEVEREVERAGAINFREMONTHOOTERS!

Horrible service at this place! I obviously don’t expect 5 star service from a Hooters, but the last two times I’ve gone, it has been ridiculous. Our first server actually took our beers away when we asked for the check… and they were the«Bid Daddy» size that were nearly 1⁄3 full still! Even after I reached for the glasses and said we weren’t done with them, she cracked a smile and still walked away… WOW! And the second time, our server completely disappeared and we had to go to the front to close out the check with a manager after waiting about twenty minutes. When we went to the front, there was our server talking and laughing with the other girls and some of her friends that came in. After complaining to the manager, she simply said«Sorry» and ran the credit cards for the check. They just don’t care about customer service. At least it made it easy to decide how much to tip… As for the food, the wings were salty and the flavors and actual quality of them are inconsistent. At least the beer is always cold… Do yourself and take the half hour drive to Campbell, everyone is much more friendly and pleasant there!

Worst service ever! My friends and I use to frequent this joint due to their delicious Daytona wings and nightly happy hour deals. It has been about 1 year since our last visit and this place sure has downgraded! Our waitress didn’t crack a smile the entire time and we were rarely checked in on. There were 11 of us so they are paid gratuity no matter what, and I guess that is why there was NO service. At one point, a drink from our table fell because the table was a bit slumped and the surface was a little slippery due to all the water from the cups. Our waitress and 2 other gals were within 2 feet, saw the drink fall and started laughing instead of coming over to help. It was a full cup of gin-tonic and they didn’t even bother coming by to see if we wanted another or if we needed help. Worst establishment in Fremont. Horrible service and greedy girls. DONOTGO!!!

this is a no go at first, I spoke with the Manager about service and will try once again. First set of wings with wrong sauce the second were cold and I sent them back, finally on the third try they were with the right sauce but very oily. I have been eating wings going back to when they started the first restaurant on Gulf to Bay Blvd in Clearwater FL. This is not the usual experience.

Not a fan of this place. My buddy and I would frequent this place weekly for a while because of the good Football game selection. Other than that Service sucks, i guess when you wear skimpy clothes that means the service goes down, well get dressed . This place is a cross between a hospital cafeteria with strippers

It was my first time here. There was a pregnant waitress! lol. I liked the whole happy hour deals. $ 3 off most appetizers. I went with a group of friends and we all ordered something different so I was able to try a lot of things. I tried the mozz sticks, lots-a-tots, friend pickles, garlic fries and the chicken wings. I don’t understand what people like about fried pickles. Yuck! But… Mozz sticks-NOMMNOMMNOMMYNOM! Tater tots were good. The garlic fries are really good. Theyre really crunchy and fried well. I like! And I don’t even like garlic fries. lol. And I tried the breaded chicken wings in the samurai sauce. It was soooo gooooooddd! lol It was different. like the breading and the sauce was good. Our waitress was pretty cool too. I would only go there for happy hour. :P

Most Hooters have servers and bartenders that standout above the rest. Customers say I want her table or hey one more round of drinks. I noticed some of the servers have favorite NFL, NBA, MLB stars. They have that twinkle in their eyes and think Oh if I were Alex Smith’s girlfriend he would have to be the best QB in the NFL. Hooters is a great place to watch sports events and I can watch NBA and college all night. Melanie, that super bar tender can talk about college ball and the NBA with the best of them, she must have a boyfriend who works at ESPN or a point guard in the college ranks. She is also a big Warrriors fan and can talk all night about her favorite players: Steph Curry, David Lee and Brandon Rush. The strange thing is she has a big fan club at this Hooters, she fills the bar area. Must be that she yells so loud when the St Mary’s basketball team is on the screen that she must have been a cheerleader in high school. Or yells when Blake Griffin dunks over the Lakers from a Chris Paul pass. Great service! Next visit I’ll have Melanie sign my Hooters calender after I polish off a plate of wings.

I love the happy hours on Monday! It’s all day half off on all drinks and $ 3 off on appetizers! I’m Asian so I like fried foods and the wings here is my favorite! The Margarita is always good! They make it to my liking, sweet but strong enough to give me a buzz. TV all around so you can watch the game while enjoying your drinks. They also do pay-per-view fights here. Customer Service — the girls are friendly, as always! Gotta work for the tip baby!

Wow! My first bad review. I was hoping to never do this. But,… Just got back from my first Hooters Wings experience and to say these wings were bad would be ridiculously off target. Tried 3 kinds and they all sucked. My first wings experience was no bueno!!! The atmosphere was okay, lotsa tv’s, but that’s about it. Applebee’s is funner and the food rocks. Not sure if I’ll return. Crystal was great, totally sweet and cute as a button.

Dollar oysters tonight. They tasted okay not exactly superb. Service is slow… Three tables who arrived after us got all of their food and beverage before us while we waited 15 more minutes. Total wait for main entrée without liquor… 45 minutes for some wings. Granted we thought maybe we ordered something different than the other 3 tables., not so! They got their wings before we did. Sit-down to entrée time: 50 minutes Time to get the bill: 15 minutes

First time here during Happy Hour, and finally tried their infamous wings. Wings– Had the Daytona and Medium wings. It was ALRIGHT. No special kick or flavor that would make you go, «I got to go back for wings here again.» I think I enjoy Wing Stop wings more. Appetizers– First time having fried pickles($ 3), and got to admit, they are pretty good to munch on. Didn’t realize I finished the whole thing by myself til I had the last pickle in my hand. Most of the appetizers are 2.99 except the quesildillas which was $ 5. Cocktail Drinks– No bueno. Ordered a tokyo tea($ 4), and I swear there was barely any alcohol in mine. Watered down, and straight up juice… Tasted like Capri Sun o.O. The cocktails here are a no-go for me. Beer– My friends ordered at pitcher of Blue Moon for $ 10, and I think that was a pretty sweet for happy hour. Chill kick it spot overall. Decent appetizers and beers. Skip the cocktails.

I like this Hooters better than San Bruno much smaller place service is slightly better depending on what waitress you get. I can’t complain they have a decent bar with beer wine and my cranberry/gey goose. If you want shots they have those too. Plus it is close to home so I am able to pop in more often when craving some bad grease(10) breaded chicken wings plain no sauce w/2 blue cheese dressings. I sometimes order(10) bufallo shrimp mild with my cobb salad and get a good fill off that. Hooters is Hooters always better when they just open and fly in all the eye candy from all over the place. Sometimes I wonder how some of the people get hired but hey I guess they don’t discriminate on how some people look in the outfit.

If it wasn’t for the Valu-pak coupon(free order of boneless chicken wings) and happy hour appetizers and beers, we would never go here. We usually get the $ 2.99 happy hour appetizers. Onion rings or tater tots. They are extremely greasy and become soggy quickly. The pieces of boneless chicken wings are extremely small and usually rubbery. I can’t believe full price is $ 8.99 for 10 pieces. You are basically paying 90 cents for a bite of chicken! If you come for boneless chicken wings, come prepare with a toothpick! The service isn’t friendly, bordering on rude. I think these girls would much prefer socializing with friends or the regulars, which is pretty much what our server did the whole time we were there. I once went inside to use the restroom, but not to eat. The Hooters girl yelled at me as I left the restaurant!

Supposed to have HOT girls with banging bodies Supposed to have good wings I supposed I was expecting too much. Came here for a friend’s birthday and had a mediocre time. Our waitress wasn’t that friendly and attentive. The chicken wings weren’t that big and it did not satisfy my taste buds. The garlic fries were horrible, it was soft and stale, yuck. I ended up paying for most of the bill too. Not worth my time, not worth my money.

I came here the other day during happy hour. The drinks were cheap and there were some cute girls so the experience turned out well. There’s a lot of TV’s so you don’t need to turn your head to view something someone on the other side of the table is seeing. T-Bird Tea was a good drink. Garlic fries were a bit on the oily side, but good nonetheless. Not 5 stars because it’s Hooters, if that makes sense to anyone, haha.
