JKo training is great. He’s real passionate about basketball training and gives a wealth of information on how to train your child in basketball. No gimmicks, just hard work. About ½ training is basketball skills (dribbling, shooting, passing), ½ conditioning (push ups, sit ups, exercise, etc). Small class is nice and the students get a lot of personal attention. He really knows how to motivate kids and remind them how their hard work helps them in their club or school basketball games. My son has been taking lessons from him for a couple of weeks and we already see a lot of improvement in our son’s game. I highly recommend his training.

Training is intense by any standard in one on one or small group atmosphere. For those intermediate to advance level kids they have great intense practical ball and physical training to get kids ready to make their school team or league and to dominate the competition. Training is flexible by father and son team. The son is an all star caliber player in the AAU league at his age. The team has a no none sense training approach that is also fun and educational as well.
