Bay Aerials Gymnastics is a fun, positive, and safe environment where gymnasts learn and grow every day! We have established our program based on a philosophy of goal-​driven learning, positive reinforcement, and both cognitive and physical development.

We are proud to offer programs for both boys and girls who are enthusiastic about gymnastics. Our Happy Feet program welcomes children walking through age 6, and introduces students to gymnastics basics. Our Olympic Program comprises of classes for gymnasts between 6 and 18. Olympic gymnasts work towards designated goals and learn new skills while having fun every day!

Our bright and colorful 20,000 square foot facility houses our state of the art gymnastics equipment. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and clean environment for our gymnasts!

Bay Aerials also offers countless fun activities throughout the year. Camps, birthday parties, parents’ night outs, and fun family events inspire endless gymnastics fun!

History

Established in 2004.

Bay Aerials Gymnastics has provided the community with the safest and most professional gymnastics lessons. With a great reputation of a positive environment, Bay Aerials has produced numerous State, Regional and National Champions. Currently Bay Aerials gymnastics has two athletes competing with full ride scholarships at Stanford University. Bay Aerials also boasts athletes competing for University of North Carolina, U. C Davis, and University of California Berkeley.

I have 2 kids enrolled here for couple of months. One in Ninja class and the other in the older girls class. We also had a birthday party here. The place has excellent programs… no doubt about it. My kids love it and get really excited: I have one of each type… the one that enjoys everything and another who is grumpy and picky about everything. It works for both types. But, and this is where management has to listen is the instructors are a hit and miss. There are few instructors who are excellent but many of them act like they couldn’t care less. We were lucky to get really good teachers but the days when they are off… I cringe. One of them couldn’t even remember to make sure my 4 year old followed her after the initial warmup time where they are mixed with older kids. He just followed the larger crowd. There are 4 kids who you’ve seen in your class in the last 3 weeks. How can you lose one? When I went down to make sure he goes to the right class, the lady upfront says «it’s too busy, sorry». You think? The place is too crowded on Saturdays.
The place is good… but don’t enroll Sat mornings. It’s too crowded and complain/​reschedule if your instructor doesn’t care. Your kid will thank you for it. Management, listen to feedback from parents instead of dismissing us.

I had my daughter’s birthday party here yesterday and the kids really enjoyed it. They got a good workout and they were all asking their parents to sign them up after. Only minus was it was a hellishly hot day, a fan upstairs for the guests would have been great. Looking into seeing if I can sign my daughter up for classes now, we had a lot of fun!

This is solely based on my daughter’s birthday party we had at Bay Aerials in December. The instructors were not very attentive and helpful. Instead of helping us to set up the table and serve the food, they were mainly standing there and chit-​chating among themselves. We felt rushed the whole time and the guests did not have enough time to eat their food. They did not even help us clean up afterwards.

I am probably more excited than my kids every time we go here for their weekly classes! My son is currently in the Ninja Class. I have seen a big difference in his attentiveness in the first 2 classes. I have seen how the instructors are with the children and they really set them straight. If one boy cuts in line, they are sure that isn’t just brushed under the rug.
Prior to these classes, my son didn’t believe in himself that he was able to do any of the obstacle courses (due to some bullying we’ve experienced). It really touches my heart that these instructors aren’t just here to make money or «babysit,» but the actually ENGAGE and lifts up the children’s spirits.
As for my daughter, her instructor is Jenny for the toddlers class. She is the sweetest instructor!
I have raved about Bay Aerials Gymnastics to all the parents I know :)

This place has become our second home. Sign up is always a breeze for adding or dropping classes. Everything is online so you can very easily see and access information. They even have an app!!! I love the front desk staff. I give them all the kudos because I know how many tasks and questions they get thrown their way. They do such an amazing job. My kids have had the BEST coaches and they have become quite attached (we seem to only add classes and never drop any). Very clean and the coaches are all certified and work very well with kids. I am so happy I decided to bring my kids here!

I am raising my review to 4 stars. The gym answered my questions over emails quite well. And the owner reached out to me later too, and heard they will have more staff in front desk to answer calls. My child continues to take lessons here.

Front desk never answers phone. Left VM and they don’t return your call either.
When I was there, they ask you to email them instead.
I just did and hope they do respond by emails.

My daughter is 7 years old and has been doing recreational classes for a year now. Both of us love Bay Aerials! Our coach is Theresa and she is great with the kids, knowledgeable and very down to earth. We are very impressed with her and my daughter adores her! The gym is clean and spacious and they have a schedule that really works with multiple classes going on. Toni, in the front office is patient and willing to help. I really haven’t had to many opportunities to speak with the owners but they are around and seem to make themselves available to parents and gymnasts. Pricing is average in comparison to other local gyms. Camps and after hour parties are also offered, my daughter has participated in 2 day camps on days off from school and she thoroughly enjoys herself. The camps are run slightly different than normal classes with less of an emphasis on gymnastics and more on being active, playing games, doing crafts and having fun. They also do birthday parties, we had my daughters birthday party there this year. The kids all had a blast and the parents said the party was very original. I felt like it was reasonably priced and we were able to bring our own food and decorations in. In just a years time, my daughter has mastered several skills and improved her strength and flexibility. Overall I am very impressed with this gym and would highly recommend it.

My two boys have had a wonderful experience in the boys’ Ninja class. It is high energy and they are tired and worn out after the hour long class on Saturday mornings. Willie is a great instructor and works well with the kids so they have a great time and are safe.
We also hosted a party there for my older son last month, and had a wonderful experience. We invited my son’s whole third grade class of girls and boys, and they all seemed to have an excellent time. The coordinators were awesome! I highly recommend this place!

I got a «Free Class» coupon for Bay Aerials Gyms from my kid’s school. When I called, they said that they do not have the free class anymore. Hmmm… I do not see any expiration date on the coupon. Yes, I got it several months ago but I think they still need to honor the coupon. The person who answer my phone is nice though.

Took my niece to her practice and it looks like her favorite coach left. Great, another change in staff. My experience with this gym has not been good. To me, it looks like they care more about money than consistent staff and coaching. Think we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

So far we are loving this place! Online registration was a bit confusing but also nice! The prices are comparable to other physical exercise activity gyms. It’s big and the floor seems clean. Nice that they have a parents place upstairs. Though it does seem a bit crowded at the end of the lesson with a lot of kids exiting at the same time. We cannot wait to see how this place plays out for the next few months and hopefully years! So glad we found this place!
Edit: update: 7 months later…
We are still enjoying the gym. I do like how easy it is to switch times of classes to find the one that works with you. Thank goodness because the Saturday huge class didn’t work well with my timid daughter. We found that a different night worked so much better for her at this beginning stage in her gymnastics «career» as she is gaining confidence. The staff is always nice. I’m really pleased with this facility and would recommend it to anyone! They instructors work really well with shy students so I’m really happy.

We discovered this gym when they offered open gym to the public, free play for all children under five years old. The facility is amazing! Wall to wall tumbling Mats, trampolines, balance beams, ramps, slides, tunnels, foam pit, endless amounts of physical activities!
We also joined a FREE baby class! MsNicole the instructor is super sweet and supportive of Mommy and Baby. I enjoy for once I don’t have to worry about my unstable toddler getting hurt and she able to climb, explore and roam independently. MsNicole challenges baby to try new things and encourages her to follow directions, develop new skills and to have fun. We’ve been attending for 3 months and try to not ever miss. Everyone at Bay Aerials is very nice and the activities are so cool! I encourage everyone to come in and check them out!

Love it here. Very big gym & always clean. The teachers are awesome. Very friendly. We have been to the other gymnastic places in the area & hands down love bay aerials. Plenty of class schedules & reasonable prices. Not just for girls, they have a new ninja zone for boys as well. Highly recommend bay aerials.

This is our second go around with Bay Aerials after a short break. Daughter is 4 and she loves it. What I love is that they Gym is clean, the staff are great with kids and they really teach fundamentals. At 4 our instructor had my daughter do things over until she got the right form first. So impressed with how positive instructors are and how good they are with little ones (no easy task).

My daughter attended a birthday party for one of her classmates this weekend and despite the funk of kid sweat hanging over this warehouse gym, I was impressed. The kids were treated to a tumbling/​bouncing workout on the obstacle course and trampolines as they were split into two groups by the two party hosts. The entire group reunited for some fun with a parachute; amazing what a rainbow-​colored expanse of fabric can do for twenty children. Then we all headed upstairs for pizza, salad, and cake (provided by the family.). We even got an extra ten minutes to clean up so that the next party could be accommodated. I don’t know their rates but as a guest, I found this to be one of the most creative and interactive parties my daughter has attended. The 90 minutes does go quickly so arrive on time.

Both of my children have attended classes at Bay Aerials for a few years now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility. We’ve attended several other gymnastics/​tumbling classes and felt that they were either too crowded, catered too much to the older/​elite athletes and/​or just didn’t have a very friendly atmosphere. Bay Aerials has an incredibly warm, friendly atmosphere and accommodates all levels/​ages of athletes from toddlers all the way up to their incredibly talented competitive gymnasts. The gym is always clean and set up for each class level, the front desk staff have always been kind and helpful and the instructors are so attentive to the kids. My son has also attended camp here, which he loved and we had my daughter’s birthday party here. I HIGHLY recommend their birthday parties!!! Affordable, super fun for the kids and very relaxing for the parents!
Again, we as a family, love Bay Aerials and look forward to many more of their classes in our future!

Not so easy to find because they are in an industrial area, but i guess they have to have a big warehouse like that. They have pretty good programs, but unfortunately my son wasn’t fond of it. I figured since he liked to jump around at Rockin’ Jump he would love gymnastics… nope. «Not the same mom!» he said. Their refund policy is reasonable.

Go Ivan! It’s been a great activity for my oldest boy (4 years old) but it can get PACKED! The facilities are nice and airy, I enjoy the bleacher style seating, and so far, it seems like all the kids in the classes LOVE IT!

Me and the wife took our daughter here tonight so she could attend a friend’s birthday party. It was a small party, only 8 – 10 kids, with parents as well. The inside of this place looks very well organized and the guy working was also very helpful. There was about an hour of play time in the gym for the kids. During this time, the instructor led them in a few activities as well as some free time to play. He did pretty well at keeping an eye on the kids, making sure they were safe, and keeping them entertained.
The nice part was that there was a good amount of spectator space for the parents to stand and watch their kids. There is also a bleacher section for parents to sit and watch.
After the hour of play time, we moved into the party area, which is pretty small, but it fit the kids fairly well. I wouldnt recommend it if you have a big party (unless they have another area for that). The kids ate, had cupcakes, and party favors. Everyone seemed to have a good time.
My wife has been here a few times to watch the gymnastics with my daughter, but we’ve never enrolled in any classes. That may change in the future though, we’re pretty impressed by this place.
