Fremont Auto Center

Thanks to Unilocalers for helping me find this place. I did a lot of googling to find a mechanic without really bad reviews and this one showed up. I’ve been going to this place a few times now and several times it either didn’t cost me anything, or just the cost of the parts, or even free parts and service. Hussein is a honest guy and he doesn’t sell unnecessary service. The couple of times I had major work done here, Hussein fitted it into the same day. He even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait around. Another time I came here and got free check up on my car, which probably avoided more cost at another mechanic’s place if I would have gone there. Hussein has plenty of customers and work, so there is no need to do unnecessary work. I’m only reviewing him based on my experience at his place. His price on major work might be higher than the cheapest, but I trust he won’t do unnecessary work on my car. And most of the time, I got free car checkups and free service. He even replaced one of my light bulbs and didn’t even charge me for the parts. At another place, they charged me $ 20 just for the labor. I’ve always wanted to give this place a good review. Finally I got some extra time and did it.

It’s not closed. It’s partially open on Tue, Wed, and Sat I believe. Hussein is a honest auto mechanic who knows what he is doing. He doesn’t rip you off unlike other mechanics that I have been to in the past. My tires needed changing and he recommended other shops and this shows that he is not greedy for your dollars. I have two cars and I have done 100k services and other fixes done by him. I am pleased with his services. The money that I spend here is way less than what I used to spend in the dealerships (The dealers find everything wrong with your car. If you have to spend 2k on your car every year at a dealership, what kind of quality cars are they manufacturing?)

Ok where do I start. My entire family has been coming here for almost a decade. We bring our infiniti, acura, and Honda here all the time. Sometimes just for a simple oil change, or major maintenance as well. Fremont auto center can do it all. The person who owns the place his name is hussein. he’s a great mechanic a great person and is very knowledgeable at what he does. In my opinion this place knows how to do business and knows how to respect its clients. Nowadays most mechanic shops just want to take your money but Hossein takes time to actually analyze your car’s problem and give you an honest quote and take care of your car. The service is outstanding the prices are great and I’ve never had a problem and I keep coming back. I just can’t complain about Fremont Auto Center I’ve never had a bad experience.
Overall I give Fremont Auto Center an A+. All I can say is hossein’s work ethics and skills are outstanding

Im going to keep this short and simple.
If you have anything wrong with your car, don’t over-​think it, bring it to him. He is honest, warm, and the great thing is he is not your typical mechanic who lists false problems with the car so he can fix it and make business. He is truly honest, and in a response to someone else’s review, He actually does let you supply your own part.
I had a chrysler sebring that I wanted to sell and it had problems not passing smog, he honestly helped me like it was his own car that he was trying to get smogged, helped me find the most efficient way of fixing it. And He did it!

This is one of the honest mechanics out there. I have bringing my car to Hossein now for the past 10 years! He is very honest, he knows his stuff and will not try to perform anything extra on your car that you do not need! If you want an oil change and it is not due — he will actually let you know and turn down your business to save you some money! — I mean, who does that these days?! Hossein is all about honesty and really looking out for what’s best for your car! Hossein normally gets his part direct from the dealer at a fraction of the cost. If you want aftermarket parts, he can shop around for you and get it and install it, but this way he has insurance and warranty in case the part doesn’t work properly, he can always replace it for you free of charge. I would definitely recommend for anyone to take their car to Hossein and Fremont Auto Center even if it’s for a free diagnosis which is something he can normally do just by test driving it or viewing it. It is all about repeat business and that is why I have been going to Hossein and Fremont Auto Center for over 10 years!

Unfortunatley, good buisness is hard to find these, but I have found it here at Fremont Auo Center. The owner Hossein has been servicing my truck for 3 years now. His prices are exceptable and he turns your vehicle around rather quickly. But, the most important part is that he is an honest man.
Recently, Hossein saved me $$$$, as my truck was overheating and another repair shop (Roesbery Car Care) was trying to take me for $ 3,000 in head repairs. Hossein tested the truck numerous times over the weekend and made $ 90 in repairs and sent me on my way. The truck has been running great ever since and Hossein even called me 2 weeks later to see if everything was OK !
Fremont Auto Center is where you want to take your car when you are in need of repairs.
It should be noted that I took the vehicle to the «other» repair shop because I was in a jam and they are within walking distance from my house.

I have had Hussein working on my cars for about fifteen years now. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else. The pricing is fair, the work is great and he stands behind his work.
Having him as a mechanic is one less thing that I need to think about.

This is where you want to bring your car… not one of those rip off dealerships over on auto mall.
Hossein has been servicing my vehicles for over ten years now and I recommend him to anyone and everyone.
He is an honest, knowledgeable no frills mechanic that you can trust to get the job done… what more could you ask for.

The owner here, Hosein, is the best mechanic I’ve found. He’s VERY honest, which is the most important, IMO. Diagnostic is free. Price is very reasonable. He’s been taking car of my 1997 acura for 3 years, and I’ve never had any complaints. He’s the kind of person who takes pride of his work. I recommend him to many of my friends for the GREAT work he’s done.

After having starting problems with my Nissan Pathfinder and not being able to find the problem, I looked up reviews for an auto repair shop in Fremont. I haven’t been able to find an honest shop that doesn’t try and jack up the repair bill or charge an arm and a leg. I came across several reviews for this shop outside of Unilocal and decided to take my car to the Fremont Auto Center. It’s a one man shop (operated by the owner), nothing fancy, very basic. However, the owner diagnosed the problem right away (while I was still with him at the shop), gave me a very good price quote to replace the starter, guaranteed to use quality OEM parts and gave me a reasonable time to complete the job. No problems at all! Everything turned out great, price was very reasonable and he finished when he said he would. I think I found myself a mechanic!
