This place is close to my work and that is probably the only reason I go — they are fast and carry the typical mexican fare you would find at any taqueria. Their salsas are acceptable — chips are hard and greasy, but that’s b/c they are homemade. they overcharged me when i used my ccard — had to call the bank, that was a hassle. I don’t think they are open late, maybe till 9. Price is average for mexican food, about $ 9 per person for a combo plate which includes rice & refried beans.

This place is good if you want good Mexican food under 10 bucks. The people who own the place are friendly and cook the food in the front.

I tried this place on the hunt for authentic carne asada tacos & rolled taquitos. I have to say I was very pleased with the food. The carne asada was very tender and tasted great. The taquitos came with guacamole and sour cream on a combo plate with rice & beans. The portions were generous. It has a «salsa bar» with hot, mild, etc. One salsa was described as smoky — made with smoked peppers & it had a very good, unique taste. If you are seeking a quick Mexican food fix but don’t have time for a sit down restaurant I would recommend this taqueria.

The veggie burrito and veggie enchiliada burrito were bland and mediocre, the hot sauces did not have much kick.
