Established in 1986.

Dan Construction and Maintenance company was founded in 1986 by Dan Pham.

In the beginning, Dan often created his own remodeling designs to submit to various cities to obtain building permits.

In the late 90’s, Dan Construction and Maintenance was a sub contractor for the city of San Jose in its effort to upgrade its school facilities.

In recent years, Dan Construction and Maintenance work focuses mainly on residential and small commercial buildings.

Dan Construction and Maintenance holds a pristine record of operation, with zero complaints.

Business Owner

Dan Pham obtained his general contractor license and started his business in 1986. With almost 30 years of experience, he’s leading a team of skilled construction professionals to produce numerous quality renovations, remodeling, and additions in the Bay Area.

When dealing with unexpected findings in a project, Dan has a calm and collected demeanor, he considers several options to find the best solution to resolve the issues.

Dan is passionate about the quality of work, aesthetically pleasing end results, and affordability. He strongly believes in building a good working relationship with his clients by communicating the progress of the project as it unfolds. Dan has never placed an advertisement for his business, all of his clients are referred and many are repeated clients.
