To put it simply if you don’t want to read several paragraphs of glowing review: You won’t find a Real Estate Agent that will work harder for you or care more about getting you the right home than Cindy Kellar.
My wife and I first met Cindy in July 2014. By that time, we were already two years into our search for ‘the’ home. We were specific in our needs and weren’t willing to settle, even as the east bay market kept edging itself further and further past our budget. For a solid year Cindy was a bulldog, finding us new homes constantly. It didn’t matter the time of day or day of week, Cindy was always ready to answer our questions, provide feedback, or offer suggestions for new homes to check out.
We went to open houses virtually every week. We put offers on numerous houses, and had Cindy pull disclosures or do digging into countless more homes. Throughout the yearlong process, Cindy never gave up hope, and never pressured us to settle. She provided thoughtful, knowledgeable guidance. I can’t stress enough that this wasn’t a year of casually reviewing Zillow, it was a solid year of researching the market daily, and checking out homes two, three, four days out of every week. Through that exhausting process, Cindy was always there, leading the hunt, working tirelessly for us.
Three years into our search, a year of it, with Cindy; Cindy had been working her network, and found an opportunity for us to see a house that hadn’t yet gone to market, but was going to be listed shortly. We loved it, but were weary after having fallen in love with homes repeatedly only to have our strong offer beat out by ten other stronger offers, repeatedly. Cindy worked with the listing agent, and through her creativity, we were able to buy our home without it going to market, where we almost certainly would’ve lost out to another all cash buyer and would still be looking today.
If you’re looking to purchase in Fremont/​Newark/​Alameda County, you won’t find a more knowledgeable, more dedicated, more caring agent than Cindy Kellar.

I can’t say enough about how GREAT Cindy took care of us. I was very picky about what we wanted since this was a second home for us.
