Milton was a really great buyers Agent for our purchase of a new Condo in Oakland.
We were under contract for a 20 day close right in the middle of the Thanksgiving holiday, my wife was going to also be in Peru for three weeks during that time, and the seller wanted to stay in the property for 60 days.
Our Mortgage company was just OK as well. There were many many emails, phone calls, issues and conference calls needed to get this transaction through and we made it under 20 days! I was pretty amazed at the professionalism, calmness, and responsiveness of Milton in order to quickly address every issue that came up.
Milton really knows the East Bay area market and had some great recommendations for us when we were looking at various neighborhoods as well.
