I hired California Cabinets to fix up my Grandfather’s house for sale. His house was run down from 40 years of neglect. When I met with Mike Lindow, he understood that I wanted inexpensive (not cheap) but decent quality and to essentially flip the house.
The team did a fantastic job for me. They knew exactly how to get the house ready for sale. They handled everything. They fixed bathrooms, walls, floors, ceiling, electrical, termite damage, rot, replaced windows, supervised a roofing contractor and did a stellar job on the kitchen.
The kitchen was so nice that some neighbors hired California Cabinets immediately when they saw it at the open house. I took our family past and no one could believe the house could ever look that great, for the budget I had. I know the quality of the work and materials will last a long time for the new owners.

I am a real estate agent in Fremont that needs dependable, good work on my homes for sale in Fremont. I listed a property that really needed some fixing up. I met with Mason from Ca Cabinets and felt very good about the knowledge he had, but I was more impressed that he knew what I wanted more than I did. I am very happy with the work and will use them again.

While looking on Craigslist for someone to do some random handyman work around the house, I stumbled across Michael Lindow’s ad. He owns California Cabinets & Construction and is a licensed general contractor. Due to the tough economy, he and his son agreed to take on some of these smaller jobs, even though his specialty is in large remodel projects.
This is a family run business, with his daughter answering the phone calls and his son working on the job with him. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and very professional.
I will definitely be calling them again.
