I had my AC and heating installed in Aug’15. Once we got the initial quote process completed, Daniel reached out to schedule a quick appointment for the installation. Daniel and his staff were professional, timely and thorough. They took extra efforts to make sure all work was done properly. I had a problem with the existing wiring connecting the controller for old furnace and Daniel rerouted a new wire spending extra time and efforts without cutting corners. I highly recommend them for any of your heating or air needs.

AIS is starting the installation of a new HVAC system as I write this.
After receiving quotes from several Bay Area HVAC installation companies, we chose AIS who’s quote was neither the cheapest or most expensive. I was naïve about how the whole thing would cost, but after discussing the options with Daniel, it was clear that their quote was fair and (most importantly) included all labor, permits, parts, etc.
I appreciated that they built into their original estimate the highest quality parts like R-​8 ducting (better insulated that the cheaper stuff), rather than offer it as an up-​sell. From all of our interaction an communication thus far, I think we have made the right choice. They are considerate, on time, and very professional.

After a home inspection we were advised to contact a HVAC company to inspect our gas heating and water heater exhaust vents. From my first phone call AIS was responsive and timely. Ed showed up on time and explained what needed to be done with the water heater venting in order to correct the issue and no we did not need to replace the heater itself. While he was here he said he would inspect the gas furnace. Upon inspection he found a number of cracks. He pointed out the cracks and said it was dangerous to use the heater in this condition. I asked about replacement options and Ed showed us a number of options. After doing some research we decided to go ahead and upgrade to a more efficient technology. A week later Michael S & Michael G arrived on time and installed our new Bryant 926TA. Michael was patient when showing me how to use the new wireless thermostat and addressed all of my questions. From my first contact to my last they were great!

After comparing about 5 quotations and service, we decided to offer AIS the business to dispose our antique furnace, install high efficient two-​stage furnace and condensor and replace all duct excluding joints. We scheduled the 3-​day work in early November. Two technicians came in to work quite professionally and politely. And Daniel came to communicate with us on the second day and tell us the following schedule. On the third day, the third party came to test their work and their work passed! We were very delighted with their hard work and cleaning after their work. Technicians also introduced to us the contact and future maintenance issues. We paid the full amount after they finished the whole project and waiting for them to deal with our application of rebate. We just got our rebate check yesterday. Daniel helped us to check the status of our rebate and we appreciated his quick reply. We definitely recommended AIS to you all!

Great job, guys! I am so happy I found them on Unilocal.I went to Lowe’s for an appointment for replacing my old gas furnace, and wait for more than 2 weeks and no one come and no even get a call! I found this business on Unilocal and Daniel set up an appointment to give me a free estimation right after the next day. At first they told me I had to wait for 2 weeks for installation because of their busy schedule, and thanks to Daniel, he called me several times to reschedule my installation time and try to give me the earliest installation time as possible. Now I had new Bryant gas furnace and really comfort in these cold and rainy days. Another special thanks to the installation team: Michael and Michcal, they are very professional. They did fabulous job and even built a platform for my new furnace.
I would recommend AIS to anyone.

I never had a chance to met Daniel, but talked directly with him on the phone multiple times. The sales consultant Ray was very patient, friendly. He gave quotes for a new heater furnace installation based on what I needed. On the day of installation, the crew came right on schedule, led by Michael. They were very courteous, efficient, and cleaned after the work was all done. Nothing but praise for them. I would highly recommend AIS to anyone who needs heating/​AC service.

This company is very knowledgable and helpful. I had a tenant who had a furnace go bad so I desperately contacted about 25 companies to try and get my tenants heat back on. I received a call back very fast with this company while getting a returned call from others a few days later. I purchased the furnace already so I wasn’t able to hire this company to do the install since they may not be able to offer the usual warranty they provide which I understand. I told them Id replace the furnace myself and instead of hanging up on me asap, he said call me if any questions arise. (This kind of customer service is rare these days). So I get to work and run into an issue with the furnace pipe not reaching all the way through the wall to the vent. So I hesitantly give him a call thinking he wasn’t telling the truth to help me (he’d be right as well since he’s not being compensated which I understand nothing is free). Lo and behold he picks up. Says just swap the pipes from the old furnace to the new one and you’ll be good to go. I followed the direction and I have a happy tenant. I know who I’ll hire next time and I’ll be sure to leave the equipment purchasing up to them. Thanks again for your service! :)

Daniel and his team came as a recommendation to us through a mutual friend and trusted contractor. Daniel reached out to me to set up an appointment right after receiving my contact information, came out to give me a quote the next day, and had his team of installers here at the exact time and date we agreed upon.
The team was efficient at installing the heating and air conditioning systems, were friendly, and cleaned up after themselves as they went from the outside yard to the attic and back.
The following week (after a heat wave) we noticed that a part of the air conditioning unit seemed to not be working well. I called Daniel that afternoon, and he personally came out the very next morning at 8am (before the 100-​degree weather hit later that day), adjusted the parts and ensured that everything worked correctly on the unit. That afternoon we were cool all day and into the evening.
Fast forward four months, and we are LOVING our heating system, and feel that we truly got the best value and customer service for our money.

Daniel (the owner) of AIS is the best. After asking several neighbors who to use for a new AC/​Heating system in our old Glenmoor House, Daniel was recommended. He was professional, recommended a solid Bryant, top-​of-​the-​line system with remote thermostats (that you can program from your phone via an app). His staff was friendly and clean. Hands down, the best experience and Daniel also filed all of the rebate paperwork for us (several thousand dollars). Call AIS if you need HVAC repair or upgrade!

Over the last 6 months I have had AIS install two high efficiency systems in my rentals, one with A/​C. I also had the diagnose a problem with the A/​C in my own home. For the installs I got two qoutes from other providers. The prices were basically competitive, What has me continuing to use AIS is they have always been on time, done what they have commited to and I have always been pleased with the quality of work they have done. Finding a trusted supplier is always a challenge. This is one company I plan on continuing to use. The other thing I like about AIS is they are extremely knowledgable. thank you AIS great job on the installs and repairs that I have called you out for.

This company is amazing!
I had them come out on a service call for my ac repair… Not only was I able to get a next day appointment the office staff super friendly and the technician that came out (Ed) not only did he know what was going on from the start he stayed and took the time to explain what happened and how are ac broke… The service we were provided was exceptional. We had the AIS crew in for two days to install a new furnace and A/​C system in our home. The installation was top notch and completed on time. We could not be happier with our new high efficiency Bryant system! The crew was organized, neat, and efficient. They walked us through each of the important steps of the installation and were very good about answering questions. I would definitely recommend AIS to someone looking for an HVAC install or upgrade!

I recently used their service for my townhouse in Milpitas. technician Ed was awesome, he helped change the circuit board in the furnace as there were some water damage to the board. He also performed all the sanity checks & gave a full report with suggestions on what are the other things we can do. They know what they are doing & he didn’t charge me service call as I had paid for another diagnosis just couple of weeks back.
I’m giving 4 stars because they are a bit pricey compared to a lot of others in the same area.

AIS installed the Dual Zone Air Conditioning System at my house recently. Daniel and his staff Michael, Ibro did very good job. Their team is very professional. Based on our house size and condition they recommended us the most efficient unit which we like them very much.
They tried their best to work out with our scheduled. After the job done one week they came back to do the following up. We enjoy the new AC system during the hot season. Thanks Daniel, you are the best!

AIS Heating & Air Conditioning is an excellent, well-​run family business. Daniel and his team are true professionals who take pride in their work. We initially needed to repair a furnace that suddenly stopped working one evening. Daniel arrived the next day, and after an initial assessment, fixed the furnace in a matter of minutes. He conducted himself neatly and wore shoe covers in the house. He was knowledgeable and clearly described the problem.
We were so impressed with his work that we asked him for quotes for a new furnace, as well as getting new ducts and upgrading to central air conditioning (we moved in 1 year ago into an older house). After selecting the highest option (it’s not often you do this work, so might as well go big or go home), Daniel and his team finished our house in 2 days. Now our home has a shiny new furnace and a central AC unit, as well as brand new ducts all around. We even have a touch screen to control it. We’re very happy with the products AIS offered as well as the quality of work. Summer is going to be nice and cool, and this will be because of Daniel’s team. Highly recommended.

Daniel came by to look at a clicking noise which I thought was coming from the heating unit. He was able to determine that it infact was the transformer for door bell which was drawing 24v out of the same outlet as the units on/​off switch and not the heater itself. He told me to keep an eye on it and if need be to just replace that.
Since he just came out to see what was wrong I was still expecting him to bill me $ 100 – 150 for the troubleshooting but he was nice enough to not charge me anything at all! Great Customer Service, combined with his technical know how and all of it being free — In my book these guys definitely deserve the 5 starts. I would highly recommend him for any future HVAC needs!
