Please do yourself a big favor and never ever come here. My husband had an appointment scheduled for 5:30PM. He waited for 3 hours to be seen. It is unexceptionable to book so many appointments at the same time for an office that has only one provider.
This provider has [2] locations. One in Hayward that is open during the day regular business hours. His second location is open after hours 5−9PM. The Fremont location has a lot of walk ins, and with that many walk ins, and scheduled appointments you are left with no seats and might have to stand outside. The little waiting room can not accommodate all these people.
To the provider, I think it is great that you are so successful. But putting people in such a situation where they have to wait hours upon hours shows that you have no empathy for others time.

Do yourself a favor and never come here. I waited for over an hour for my appointment and actually had to leave before it even was my turn because of my other obligations that I had lined up.
This is such a poor costumer service and operations. If you can’t accept more than certain amount of patients a day then why are you over booking and wasting everyone’s time?
I don’t like to write bad reviews but in everyone’s daily busy live we had to always take a chunk of time for our health and my needs were not even met. Now I have to go on a search a new doctor and go all over the process again.
I hope they read these reviews and take a serious consideration for improvement.

This doctor is terrible. Do not go to him if you want to be informed, appointments on time, and to be able to contact him for questions. I had two siblings die and nothing communicated as far as any condolences for our loss or anything. When I did catch him to talk to him about my sister before she passed he didn’t know anything about procedures that were scheduled by the specialists. He was ready to send her back to her nursing home. I had to tell him procedures were scheduled. What kind of Doctor is he that he didn’t even know what what’s happening. So sorry that we chose him. Don’t make our same mistake. I wouldn’t have given any stars if I was able to.

Never ever go to this dr office it over book pt. I have been waiting since three hour still haven’t call in to see Dr. And front lady are so rude… Only care about immigration pt because they charge cash to them… I suggest look for another Dr…

They do a lot of walk ins and regular. Doc is super cool. I have seen him reducing the bill down to what ever person can afford without the insurance. he gives out free samples and stuff. I guess he is at fremont on Tues and Friday From 10am –3pm. It is a private clinic but good staff and positive vibes.

Worse experience ever! Doctor was over an hour late and the front desk receptionist are very rude! We went there for green card body exam, too bad this doctor is the only choice in Fremont area, should have visited the one in Hayward instead…

Dr. Ahuja and Staff are excellent primary care providers. They take incredible care with their work, and truly concern themselves with their patients well-​being. The balance between their approaches provides for an incredibly holistic health care experience.
If you want experienced, attentive and thoughtful primary health care, this is the place for you.

I am amazed by the negative reviews for Dr. Ahujah. First off, he works out of two offices and two hospitals and often has emergencies that delay him. Second, when I used to go to Tri-​City Health Clinic, I always waited two hours, and this has never been the case with doctor Ahuja. I have always found the staff to be polite and very nice. When doctor is delayed at the hospital due to an emergency, the staff would always inform me of that. He also has an excellent memory for his patients health issues, which is amazing due to his huge caseload. No one at Tri-​City ever remembered who I was or what I was there for.

Ok. If you are looking for doctor. You must skip this one. Took my father-​in-​law here the first time and boy what a disappointment. The care was substandard. Do not go. The receptionists were rude and the wait was lloooonnnngggg. Two hours!!! Our appointment was at 11:00. We got called in for a set of vital signs at 1 pm. We finally met Dr. Ahuja for a 5 minute check up. One might ask, hhmm how thorough and good is the doctor to assess a new patient with quite a bit of medical issues? Never ever would I recommend anyone to this place not even to my worse enemies. Unfortunately, there is no option for no star. So, I’m forced to give them one star. Btw, we never received a «sorry for the long wait». May whoever read this review be healthy and live long!

We recently went to Dr Rajiv Ahuja regarding Immigration paperwork. From the registration at the front desk to the collection of the final packet, everything was done efficiently. There was some waiting time before you see the doctor, but that’s expected especially if you walk in without an appointment. Other than that, everyone was polite and helpful. All our queries were answered diligently and they also charge you reasonably.

I went here to get my immigration paper work done. Everything got done just fine but the overall experience was bad. When we went there they were fine but when we went back to collect the documents they very discourteous and rude. Also they only accept cash which is a bit strange!

My husband and I came to Dr. Ahuja for our immigration medical tests and we realized that not only is this place reasonable but the staff and Dr. Ahuja are very cordial and pleasant with patrons. But make sure to get all your documents to get things moving faster

I needed to do the immigration medical exam and it was one of few places in Fremont who are authorized to do it, so I didn’t have much choice.
The ladies at the reception were not helpful at all — they hang up on me a few times when I was calling their office, they kept chatting on Hindi (?), even though I was standing in front of them, waiting for my questions to be answered. Actually, it happened several times — I guess they just like playing the «Invisible Patient» game at this office.
Also, I was told to come at «3.30pm» to get my results — but the doctor showed up only about 5pm. Why was it so difficult to call him and then tell us when he is actually coming…
If you prefer to be treated with respect and in a timely manner, go somewhere else.

I had visited Dr. Ahuja’s office for the Immigration medical tests. for me and my wife. The staff and the doctor were friendly.

This place is just hilarious.
We came for the immigrating medical exam and the staff’s attitude is just horrifying!
We called in the morning and got schooled saying «we just open and it will take us at least 1 hour to get all files ready.» The truth is our files were sent last night so why can’t they just do it last night?
Then they delayed the process from 10am all the way to 2pm in the afternoon.
And when we went at 2pm to pick up, the staff member told us she said 3pm not 2??? I don’t think we are retard enough to misheard 2 instead of 3.
I don’t know why their processing ability is soooo slow and the staff has no ability to help at all.
Don’t recommended this place!

I went to doctor for immigration medical test for me and my wife. There was a lot of waiting time, but the staff was cheerful, with really light and enjoyable music in the back. The doctor did our tests at most nominal costs, making sure the medical for immigration is hassle free.
Thanks Doctor for offering snacks, candies and chocolates, along with a cup of Tea.
