Our water heater stopped working suddenly yesterday (on a cold winter day), we didn’t know what the problem was. I searched on Unilocal and found this contractor with excellent reviews, so decided to go with this one. Khan’s team arrived on time and fixed the problem very efficiently with reasonable charge. He also evaluated the current condition of our water heater and provided suggestion. We’re very happy with the service and outcome of Khan’s teamwork.
We’d recommend them to anyone who needs water heater repair or installation.

I got great service today. My main pipe got stocked. I called Khan. He and his team showed up on time and explained everything clearly to me. They started to work right away and finished the job very quickly. He also gave some advice for future use. The price is fair. Definitely will use his service next time.

I don’t usually post reviews on Unilocal.But I would like to share my recent experience.
Out of blue, the water heater in my garage started to have some burning plastic smell. It was from a pump sitting outside the tank. Knowing nothing about plumbing, I started calling numbers on Unilocal.To my surprise, Khan returned my call within 10 minutes (note it was a Friday evening and was his day off). After talking to me and reviewing couple pictures I sent, Khan told me it’s the circulation pump and as long as I unplug the overheated pump, I should be safe and be able to use hot water still. And he will come over and take a look on that Sunday.
On Sunday, Khan came over and examined the water heater unit and the pump. Since my water heater is still in good shape, he suggested me to replace the pump when the water heater itself is being replaced.
I appreciate Khan’s professionalism. He could have told me to replace the pump right away and made some quick bucks. But instead, he suggested me going with the option which financially makes more sense. Also, he made the trip to my home to make sure his assessment over the phone is correct and there’s no other safety concerns with the water heater. Oh did I mention he didn’t charge me for all the services?

I came home late Friday night and decided to shower and do the laundry. During my shower the toilet made bubble noise. I thought nothing of it hopped out of the shower and waited for my laundry to finish. All of a sudden the toilet overflowed and the tub was filled with dirty water. It was a total nightmare.
At 1:00am in the morning I looked on Unilocal for a plumber and message AAA immediately letting them know the situation and asked for a quote. I instantly got a response from the business owner and proceeded with AAA.
Khan and his team came to the rescue and arrived at my house around 10am looked at the bathroom and he predicts that the main line is clog from the tree’s roots and recommend to invest in a clean out access if that is the underlying problem as the clog may happen in the future.
After the bathroom is resolved Khan showed me the main problem with his camera. His expertise is right. It was the tree’s root. Their tool to clear the root is too big to go through the vent pipe.
Khan highly suggested to not wait and install the clear out access. Since he has many customers to attend to he was not able to install the access right away but his team came out the next day and did a wonderful job.

I’m so grateful for Khan’s service. I lived in north San Jose, an area he is not servicing but I called anyway because of my friend’s recommendation. Although he doesn’t do service in my area, he still asked me to send over pictures of my broken water heater so he could see if he could help me over the phone. Unfortunately, some parts need to be replaced so it was not something I can do myself. I guess I was in luck today because he agreed to drive down extra miles to help me. His and his crew arrived on time and fixed my water heater so quickly. I would give them an extra star if I could.

Khan was great! Came within the day (got lucky as I did not lock in the spot earlier in the morning but called 3 hours later), installed the water heater in about an hour (much less than the estimated 1.5−2 hrs) and honored his fixed bid. Bid was very reasonable, much less than the big box stores and lower than the 3 other bids I received.

Khan is the man you want to call when you see water coming out of the cement in front of your house! He came to my house to inspect my problem and he told me exactly what he was going to do and leave my place just as it was! He did exactly what he said. I was very happy and we had water by the end of the day. Thank you Khan!

Khan and Leo came out on a weekend a few months back to replace the pilot light in my water heater. They were polite, informative, communicative, and offer fair pricing. After a few months, my water heater is still going and the pilot light hasn’t gone out since. As many reviewers have stated, they’re very flexible with their hours, even being available on weekends.

Khan came in and fix up the drainage issue from Patio to Front yard.

Well another 5 stars for AAA plumbing. They once again came through for me and my family and they did a fantastic job. They are professional, courteous and clean. They know how to do a plumbing job right. I recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right, fast and reasonably priced. Thank you again!!! When you have any plumbing issues its so stressful but when you call AAA all that stress goes away.

So I had to call a plumber again for the same issue. It happened on Thanksgiving no less. I knew a holiday call would cost me an arm and a leg, so I waited until Monday to call. Because of how good the service I got last time, I called Khan immediately. Unfortunately he was on vacation, but his brother was available and we scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
He remembered coming the last time and brought with him and his assistant the same level of service. Personal, professional, and he cared. I have to say, hands down, this is a great company and I highly recommend them. Competitive pricing, for that kind of services cannot be beat.

Once again, I used them on my leaking water pipe line. Different people, but same amazing job. They showed up very quickly for an estimate after the call and gave a very competitive price and started the service on next day — thanksgiving day, without any extra charge. They showed me what they have done before they put the dirt back, and cleaned up everything like no job had done before, very professional. Great guys, great service!

Experience was weird and bad. We call this Bussines and another Bussines showed up, different company name and was told that the AAA couldn’t show up so they send us.
If you can’t show up don’t send other people that seem like they in for a quick buck.

We were in need of a water heater replacement for our new house and chose Khan’s company. Good clean work and very honest. A vendor in Martinez came out and quotes us $ 3800 for a simple 50gal water heater replacement. Any idiot with a little research would know that’s insane (I’m gonna rip them a new one on Unilocal). Khan didn’t need to come out to quote. He quoted over the phone came in at a much more reasonable price point and more comparable to other quotes we got… but since he was referred by our realtor, Lys L., we decided to go with him. So glad we did!! we’ll definitely be using him for any and all future plumbing needs. He was awesome!

Mr Khan had listened and looked carefully into the problem and issue that I had and he immediately presented a few options for fixing it. With his clear explanation and professional advise, I took his recommendation and had him started the project right away.

The immediate response time, the efficiency and follow up was above par.
Khan returned my call within minutes and was able to accommodate my limited schedule, scheduling for the next day. He arrived 20 minutes early and within minutes he and Leo worked on a broken hose bib and an irrigation valve replacement, tested sprinklers and checked the meter to make sure leak issue was resolved. They were done in less than an hour, and that included breaking up a patch of concrete. Job site left spotless.
Both of these men were friendly and efficient, resolving my issues, answering my questions and quoting a fair price (even offered a discount that I missed by not accessing their website).
Within 24 hours Khan emailed a courteous inquiry regarding the repairs and letting me know he would be just as responsive in the future.

My parents’ water heater had a mini-​explosion (they heard a BOOM). It was a RHEEM brand less than 7 years old. What a disaster. They used up the remaining hot water in the 40 Gallon tank and now were left with nothing but cold water.
I called up Khan as he was located not far from my parents place. He came out within 3 hours. He said that based on what my mom explained to him on what she heard, he didn’t think it was fixable. He did, however, try. Khan went to his van and found a part, replaced it, the pilot light lit for a few minutes, and then the pilot light went out. So in essence, we needed a new water heater. He recommended two brands, Kenmore from Sears and Bradford White. I said I needed time to do some research and that I’d get back to him. I couldn’t commit to dropping over a $ 1k without doing SOME research. He wasn’t planning to charge me for this visit since he said that he didn’t fix the problem. WHAT? Who does that these days? I thanked him for his time.
So I called up Home Depot. They are contracted with RHEEM water heaters. The local company was going to charge over $ 1100 for the water heater. Then there was another fee to move the washer/​dryer out to make room to do the replacement. Then there was a push to upsell me a longer warranty. I heard them out and ultimately decided that I didn’t want to use the same brand that didn’t even last 7 years. Come on!
I did some research on the two brands that Khan recommended. I ended up taking a look at my own water heater. It is a Bradford White. Going on 10 years. No problems thus far. It was late in the night and I had decided to call up Khan the following morning for his service.
After dropping off my kid at school, Khan phoned me and asked if I had found a solution for my parents. If I hadn’t, he said he had picked up a few water heaters from his distributor and that he wanted to make sure my parents were taken care of. WHO DOES THIS? He actually CARES about people! I said that I’d like for him to do the replacement.
Khan and another man came out that very same day. He gave us a very decent rate. Rolled out fabric as to not damage or scuff the floor and hauled away the old tank. And his total price didn’t charge anything extra with regard to having to move out the dryer to be able to do the work unlike Home Depot’s contractors.
Khan has a one year warranty on his labor and the tank has a 6 year warranty. I highly recommended him. I hope I don’t have to call him for at least another 10 years but just in case anything does go awry, I won’t hesitate to give him a call.

This company is very professional and honest. The main owner explained everything to me, and even took care of communicating with my landlord. Changed our water heater and fixed our shower. So glad this was done — you can see the gross picture of our previous pipes.

This morning my kitchen sink clogged, I gave superman Khan a call and in 30 minutes, Khan and Leo showed up and fixed the problem in no time. When I mentioned that I have draining issue in the upstairs master bathroom, Khan fixed them as well without additional charges.
What really touches me is that Khan found my favorite earring that was dropped into the sink. I mentioned it to Khan, but I wasn’t expect him to find it. To my very surprise, he gave it a try anyway. It’s not an easy fix, as he has to take off the pipeline and put it back, but he did it anyway to make his customer happy. He goes above and beyond and he found the earring! (Picture was uploaded.) That’s the best example for anyone who works in customer service industry. Thanks Khan, Thanks Leo!
