Green Art Plumbing Supply

The showroom might be great but the plumbing supply section needs better customer service. I bought a $ 7 flapper for my Kohler toilet. It turned out to be the wrong one even though I had the right number. At no point did the agent mentioned that once opened I could not return it. The store did process the return but not until I had to deal with a really bad attitude from the ornery man behind the counter and the initial salesperson telling me he had told me not to open it (which he never had). It’s not the amount of the item but the bad attitude of the sales agent. I will never go back!
They lost a customer over $ 7, some businesses can be very short sighted.

We have worked with Michele at Green Art on different projects over many years and have always enjoyed the process. Most recently, we worked with her on our three bathroom renovations. She knows her stuff and made the task pleasurable. Her staff is ace – everyone is friendly, knows their job and gets things done professionally. Any issue that came up was handled swiftly and to our satisfaction. We also enjoyed working with Terri to design custom vanities. As customers, we always feel our business is valued at Green Art. We would never go anywhere else for our plumbing supply needs.

We are doing a full house renovation which includes 5 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, etc., so we needed a lot of stuff. We ordered a lot from Green Art Plumbing. We dealt with Igor, who is a pleasure to deal with and his advice is very practical and driven by common sense. Although our project is not complete, but so far we are extremely happy with Green Art Plumbing Supply.

Green Art Plumbing Supply is one of the nicest showrooms on Long Island. If you are a visual person and need to see things in person this is the place to go, you will not be disappointed. I have worked with Debbi on several projects and she is wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable and always has a solution for any of your renovation dilemmas. All the staff there is helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend anyone who has any plumbing needs to go there.

This is our third time at Green Art and I cringe every time we have to come here. They have exactly what we need but every time we come no one helps us and the salespeople just talk and ignore us. Maybe I need to learn to make an appointment but I am not impressed with their professionalism.

Would definitely recommend! So much on display at great prices.

Not good service at all.
If you buy here, expect delays, problems and excuses galore, but do not expect anyone to take responsibility.
They do have a good selection of items to choose from, so much so that the showroom appears to be almost cluttered… not necessarily a bad thing if you have an idea of what you want. Thus the two stars.
But once you walk in, you become the «property» of whichever sales person claims you, and there appears to be no getting away from his grip. My rep was a very lethargic Russian who carried himself and conducted business like an extra from «The Walking Dead»… and I was not allowed to shift to another person who might have been a touch more spry.
As of now, I can’t even comment on the condition of the goods ordered, because they haven’t arrived yet, running weeks late. My entire project is delayed more than two weeks, and any calls to Ivan the Terrible go to voicemail, and remain there un-​returned. If I attempt to speak with a manager, that call too gets lost in their very unresponsive Phone Tree. It seems to be designed to simply prevent your bothersome call.
Unless you have lots of spare time and energy, do yourself a favor and look for another supply store. These guys have not earned additional patronage.

We had a very good experience picking out our bathroom fixtures. John Corapi was extremely helpful and patient.
The showroom is well stocked so you can get a real look st the products.

HAd my kitchen designed by a «professional» designer here and when all is said and done, nothing fits in my cabinets. It looks good but the design is seriously flawed. I spent a ton of money and am miserable with my kitchen.
I was told that I signed off on it. Yes, I did on the visual but arent you as the expert supposed to guide me and let me know that the cabinetry you designed is too small to fit anything in it. Besides she did not even come over to see how they looked installed and was very defensive when I explained my concerns.
I was also told by management that this would be a learning experience for the designer. Well that doesnt help me after a 30K bill. I have to keep my beautiful wine glasses in storage. I cant even fit a large coffee can in and my spices dont fit in the spice drawers. What a huge dissapointment that I have to live with in my newly rennovated home.
The owner of the company was also rude to me. Poor customer service after the sale!
