East Coast Window Tinting

If you’re looking for a place to get your car windows tinted PLEASE keep looking! I would never recommend East Coast to anyone. Over the past few years I have taken several of my cars to these guys for tinting and they used to do a wonderful job so naturally when I bought a new car I called them and made an appt for December to get the windows done. When I picked my car up the windows looked terrible with bubbles and what looked like fibers under the tint but the kid who apparently now runs the place told me the bubbles would go away after a few days. I left for vacation and came back and the windows still looked like crap so I called him and ge told me to bring it in and he’d look at it. He got the bubbles out of the back windshield but apparently put the tint right over big dirt chunks so he told me he’d have to redo the back window and one of the front windows. So after almost 4 months I took. the car back to them last weekend to get fixed and wow… the back window looks 100x worse than it did before he «fixed» it. The back window is covered in bubbles and not to mention my rear defroster doesnt work right now after he took the old tint off but theres no point in taking it back there again to get it fixed because he obviously doesnt do even half way decent work. That was my 4^th trip out to them for one car and I will not take it back to be fixed again, he is not touching my car again. The kid is fresh out of high school it looks like and every time I go to get my car he has a bunch of friends hanging out there which obviously distracts him from doing decent work because my car is really screwed up. They have lost my business in the future and the good word I used to put out there about them. I will never return there and I am extremely upset with what he did to my car and now I have to go pay a professional company to fix east coasts mistakes and try to get my car looking decent again.
