This Salon rocks! A little pricy but worth it! Ask for J-Me. The salon chairs are heated and I do believe that they strive on customer satisfaction…

I’m surprised that I’m the first one to write a review on here-this is quite a popular salon and I know it has many happy customers. With that said, it makes me kind of sad to write a negative review of this place. I went in looking for a change as well as a new stylist. As my stylist was cutting my hair, I had pointed out my very obvious cowlick and she responded that she noticed it. Well, for some reason, she managed to give me a cut that made the cowlick worse! I don’t know how she did it, and I’ve never had this happen before, but for about 2 weeks after my appointment I could not get the thing to go down, no matter how I styled my hair. I seriously hated it and got so frustrated! The other thing that turned me off was when she told me how no matter what, blond hair requires«major upkeep» after I told her that I wanted minimal upkeep… I get that being a blond does require some work, but I know there are ways to keep that down! I was really disappointed because I had heard great things about this place and I really am not that picky when it comes to my hair!

I received a fantastic hair treatment known as a Brazilian Blowout from this place. Before this, I had semi-crazy frizzy hair. Their employees are AMAZING – extremely polite, always full of smiles – this is not your ordinary hair salon! So professional! When it comes to my hair; AMAZING. I only now have to blowdry it to have my hair be perfectly straight and smooth. Oh, yes. My flat-iron is jealous – don’t need it for awhile! :)
