Constructeam is a water, fire, storm, and mold damage cleanup and repair company. We perform cleaning and restoration services after floods, fires, and storms. We work with all major insurance companies, providing them with all of the proper photos, paperwork, and specialized documentation they require to cover your damaged property.
Our emergency response crews are available 24/7, with a fleet of trucks filled with equipment for extracting, drying, cleaning, and spraying anti-microbial. We handle residential, commericial, industrial, and multi-family units of all sizes. Each member of our team is background checked, wears professional company uniforms with photo id badges, and follows our strict Constructeam Code of Ethics (viewable on our website).
We also offer custom and premium remodeling services. Visit our 3,000 Sq Ft Design Center in Fraser, MI, and you can see actual kitchens, cabinets, sinks, and faucets of all types. We can create 3D models of your dream home to literally turn your vision into a reality.
We are located in the city of Fraser out of Macomb County, Michigan. Our services are available in Macomb, Oakland, Wayne, St. Clair, and Lapeer counties. Having originated in Grosse Pointe, a large amount of the work we do is performed in the Five Pointes: Grosse Pointe, Grosse Pointe Woods, Grosse Point Park, Grosse Pointe Farms and Grosse Pointe Shores.
History
Established in 2005.
Constructeam was founded in the mist of a major transformation in the Michigan economy. The founders were in the building industry since 1988 and realized things had to change. Hurricane Katrina rolled in August 27, 2005 and the stage was set for them change their focus. Not because they went to Katrina, but because many other companies did. With a lean budget, limited equipment, a lot of building experience, the willingness to build from ground up and one core simple principle, «Do what you say you are going to do, ALWAYS, even if it hurts». Constructeam Inc. was born!
In 2015, Constructeam now utilizes a fleet of trucks, a full service emergency response department, a team of project managers, estimators, administrative personnel, 3,000 sq ft. design center complete with home and cabinet designers, a CFO who makes sense of it all, hundreds of approved contractors and a specialized software system that keeps track of all of it in our 20,000 SF headquarters in Fraser, Michigan

For the last 26 years I have served as a tradesman, builder, trainer, speaker, and business consultant which is short for a lot of lessons learned. Many of those lessons came at a big price, personally and professionally. I truly believe the success of Constructeam was born from those lessons.
We are an overnight sensation that took 26 years to happen. We now have a fleet of trucks filled with equipment, a 24⁄7 emergency response department, a 3,000 Sq Ft design center in the heart of Fraser, MI, and a team that has become like a second family to me.
One of the great things about Constructeam is that I’m still able to give each project my personal attention. I live with an undying passion for this business and have a precise vision for the future with my beautiful wife and three kids at my side.
