I was a walk in for a pedicure and the woman who took care of me was friendly and did an excellent job. I was very happy with the French pedicure she did.

when we walked in the lady said there was a wait time of just a few minutes, of course that was fine — 30 mins later we still had not been called back. When we finally got called back 45 minutes later, my feet soaked in the tub for another 30 minutes and it was probably 40⁄45 minutes before I was helped. a lady who walked in 20 minutes after we got there was helped before I was. when they finally got to me, they did a good job, although the lady was very unfriendly. and when it came time to pay… my total was $ 30!!! for a pedicure that I had to wait 2 hours to get. normally I wouldn’t mind waiting, but they said the wait was a «few» minutes. I wouldn’t have had a problem paying $ 30 if the service was good.

I was visiting town and had some down time so I went for a mani/​pedi. I called to ensure they took walk ins as I am not familiar with the area. The gal on the phone was rude and informed me walk ins were fine but the closed in an hour and a half. I went anyway and had a good experience. Fun and upbeat people were working and seemed to enjoy the clients and each other. Service was good. Glad I didn’t let the phone call stop me.

My gel nails lasted a month; I am hard on nail polish too. The staff was friendly and took their time. The price was good, I have paid more at other places and my nails not look as awesome or last as long. I also noticed that a lot of the people had been there before, always a good sign. I will be using them for my wedding.

I’ve been coming here for years for pedicures and the occasional manicure. I love that the wait is minimal, and every nail tech who has worked on me has been very good and professional. The atmosphere is relaxing. Complimentary beverage is really nice, and TV screens with closed caption is a plus. Their prices are very good.
I highly recommend this salon.

Excellent customer service, wonderful work! Everyone is very nice, and they have a great selection of gel nail colors (as well as regular polish)
Have brought many friends here and everyone seems to feel the same as I do, not sure why this place doesn’t have a better review. Love it!

Mani and Pedi
I’ve tried a few in the area and thus far the only one that does great on callus removal. I had one person for pedi and another for manicure.
The pedicure was good. The cut was a little short which I had to adjust constantly to ensure I didn’t get an ingrown nail on my big toe. The paint was great.
The manicurist was a joke. The paint was all over the edge, and bumpy. Had her redo but it was still bumpy. And they weren’t quite as caring to my 13 year old. Assume since she is a child they didn’t tend to ensuring it looked great on her.
Haven’t returned.

I have been here twice now, and had the same experience both times. I asked for a manicure and got a terrible job on my nails. I had had acrylics which had been taken off. There were a few lump of acrylic left on my thumb nails. The nail tech acted very lazy to me about everything she did, from pushing my cuticles back, to even removing the dark pink polish. She left ALOT of cuticle on my nails, left the spots of acrylic, and left a lot of the hot pink polish around the edges. I had chosen a natural pink color. She painted right over the acrylic lumps! It’s only been a few days and I’m ready to go somewhere else to get a manicure. My cuticles are already grown back over my nails where she didn’t clean them up enough. Just because I am only spending $ 15 for a manicure, doesn’t mean I want a bad manicure. I won’t visit again.

Great service here! There is only one time where I had even a tiny issue, and that’s only that the young woman doing my nails seemed annoyed to be doing my nails, or maybe just annoyed to be there. The quality of their work is so much better than other salons I’ve been to and lasts much longer than what I’ve experienced elsewhere. The owner is almost always around and is so friendly and kind!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have been coming here since I moved to the area in early 2012. They offer a complimentary beverage and a great selection of pedicure, manicure and waxing options at reasonable prices. Very clean and relaxing. Have always been very pleased with each and every service there.

We very much enjoyed our visit to P’zazz. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. They can make suggestions about which particular services you might be interested in based on your preferences and lifestyle.
The offer of a complimentary beverage (including wine!) is a definite plus, but the warm atmosphere and excellent service are what really make this a wonderful find!
