History
Established in 2012.
As an Executive Pastry Chef for the past 25 years. I have always loved working with chocolate. In my past I have created unique chocolate scuptures for Hotels, Country Clubs and Celeberty Events. An opportunity arrose which allowed me to make the leap from Corporate Pastry Chef to busness owner. So now I can provide my skills to a broader range of people and businesses.

I studied in Michigan and graduated from the culinary program at Oakland Community College. Don’t let the title fool you, it was a very intense curriculum and has some of the best chef instructors I’ve ever known. I then apprenticed under Master Pastry Chef Gilles Renusson for two years. I further continued training at the School of Joel Belloute in Paris France. I have worked for 4 and 5 star hotels, restaurants and country clubs as Executive Pastry Chef. I have competed in many culinary competitions gaining gold metals and top honors. This was all before the «Food Network». In my travels, I have visited the Franklin area many times and decided to move here in 1999 and put down roots with my wife Suzanne. We have enjoyed Tennessee these past years and look forward to many more.
