DO NOT BUY THIS GROUPON! I bought through a Groupon, and agree with all the other reviewers who say they weren’t even able to book an appointment. I called at least ten times to try to book an appointment. No answer. Left multiple messages. Eventually, the answering machine was full and never received a return call. Went into location and it looked as if it were closed on a day the business hours claimed it to be open. Luckily, was able to get a Groupon refund. I imagine they have had many complaints, as no questions were asked.

I came here by way of groupon… I purchased the bff package which was supposed to be a full body massage and facial for two. The massage consisted of only back and was about 20 min. The facial was not an actual facial, I’m pretty sure they were not even licensed estheticians. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Worst experience I have ever had with a spa. My pregnant wife bought us the Romeo and Juliet package for $ 195 to celebrate Valentines day. The package claims to be a 60 minute couples massage followed by 30 minute rose petal foot soak and Champagne. We paid an additional cost to ensure my wife could receive a prenatal massage.
What we received was nothing close. At the beginning the same girl tried to massage us both, switching back in forth between my wife and I. My massage lasted approximately 15 minutes. The massage therapist also explained that she did not feel comfortable massaging my wife, but that she would do her best…
After the «shoulder rub» we were given a warm bucket of water with some rose petals to put our feet in.
When we questioned the «massage therapist» about the length of the service she stated that she was told by the manager that our package only included a 30 minute massage.
We immediately reached out to the manager to voice our concerns.
Also, the office was not at all what we expected. The slippers, sheets, etc did not appear to be clean or changed between customers and the overall atmosphere seemed lacking class.

I went to the Royal Oak location — I have never been so compelled to write a review on Unilocal to down-​rate an establishment. Dirty, it’s obvious that the robes, «slippers», sheets, etc are never changed between customers. I was gifted from my boyfriend a «2-​Hour Holiday Special» package. Lasted 1 hour exactly. Was looking forward to a long relaxing facial, back massage, and foot & hand massage — utterly disappointed. I’m serious… STAY AWAY.

This was the most awful couples massage experience I have ever encountered. The bathroom was disgusting, I was told I could stay partially clothed or get «butt ass naked», my masseuse hacked and coughed all over hands and then doused my hair and face with massage oil, and then to top it off it lasted only 30 minutes, if that. The time they started with was the time that I left my house… which was not accurate. Apparently they leave 15 minutes for «tea and cookies» at the end of the massage. We are hopeful that groupon will issue a refund. A relaxing restful day they we both looked forward to was utterly ruined and additionally, one of the most awkward public experiences I have ever encountered. Awful, Awful, AWFUL

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS. I set up a couples massage for my husband and my wedding anniversary a month in advance. Every time you call you get this «spa concierge» voicemail and she either calls back or she doesn’t. On the day of our appointment we arrive on time and go into the house, which holds three other small businesses. We go up a flight of stairs and at the top is a locked door and after knocking and waiting a few minutes we call the spa concierge to see what is going on. SHOCKER no one answers and no one calls us back. We wait for 20 minutes and decide to just go to dinner to try to salvage the rest of our anniversary night out. We got a babysitter and were really looking forward to a relaxing day and it was ruined. The «spa concierge «never returned my voicemail to at least explain what happened. Very disappointed and luckily group on and my credit card company rocks and refunded us our money. This place is a total scam and super shady and you should avoid at all costs!

SCAM. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They will «redeem» your groupon without even having performed services! This happened TWICE! They tell you to come on in for the appointment, then say «SORRY we can’t today, reschedule!» And click the «redeem» button on your phone! WTF!

My husband and I had the couples massage it was great! It was my husband first time, my only complaint is too short, overall wonderful experience…

My boyfriend got a groupon for a couple’s massage AND WE LOVE IT SO MUCH that we are going again. From the moment you walk in the door, the atmosphere was very high class, relaxing, and soothing. (Birminham Location)
The massage was well worth every penny. They worked out every knot I had and literally made my body melt like it was butter.
The staff was very high level and you could tell they put a lot of effort into the detail of the décor and their services. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

I never actually got into this place so I am just giving the review off of my experience with the staff and company over the phone. I bought a groupin for a mani and pedi for ½ off. I called several times and never got a person but did leave my name and number as directed on the voicemail. 4 days went by and I called again. Same thing so I left my info another time. The next day I called again and hot someone. I was happy to book this finally and get my treatments. It was all good until my work sent me out of town. I called again (now a 5 days before my appt) and said I needed to move the day and asked they call me back. Nothing. I called everyday after and left messages-​nothing. I called the TIME my appt was to start and still no one answered the phone.
I am floored how unprofessional this spa is and how they handle the phones. I worked at a spa for years while in college and understand what is needed behind the scenes but this is awful! Not returning phone calls to clients? Just bad business.
Thank god I got it from groupon who gave me a full refund. I since gave heard from at least 3 other people who have had similar experiences and the ones who went inside this place remarked how they would never go back. Save your money and go somewhere else. So many good professional places around unlike this one. I learned my lesson never buy something until you read all the reviews. :(

I purchased a couples package for my parents to celebrate my mother’s bday. They had a great time. They had a couples massage, facials and were welcomed with sparkling champagne and chocolates. Although it was for my mom’s bday, my father has been glowing since he left. The massage was so great that he fell asleep during the service. The staff was friendly and professional and they went out of their way to make this a luxurious experience. I highly recommend this spa to anyone whether you want a full day of pampering or just a quick pick me up.

Franklin is a charming village. The Spa is on the second floor of a very old home turned into business (es). We went for spa pedis and the «essential» manis. The pedicure room is nice and private. The ladies who did our mani/​pedis were very pleasant, nice to talk with. The mango salt rub portion of the pedi was my AND my daughter’s favorite. Manis were second. The polish selection isn’t as extensive as many places. The mani chairs aren’t terribly comfortable. However, I was finished before my daughter so they had me make myself comfy on the tres comfy chaise! I did. It was nice :) After manis, they took us to the final room, which had 2 massaging chairs, an eastern feel, spa music and an overall nice ambiance. It was a great way to end the experience.
