This was a very odd experience. I bought a Groupon for it since it was on my way home, and scheduled the appointment without an issue. I arrived, the ladies did not speak very much English but were nice and the place was small but in the back of a very nice building.
The therapist took me back to a room that was very small but not bad. You could hear the heating system turning on and off every 10 minutes or so, but hey I got this massage for cheap! She did play soothing music but you could still hear the otuside noises and the heat over it.
The message itself would have been decent, except for the fact that she did the entire massage through the sheet. No oils, lotions or anything, just rubbing through the sheet. I’ve had a lot of massages and never had this happen. It was very odd and I couldn’t really relax. Definitely the oddest massage I ever had.

Um wow pretty comical really lol. I called to book a massage on august 29th asking if september 12 was available and was told that was too far away and to call later next week. Lol she said they do not book that far in advance. Well I told her if the day is open can you just book me. No you call next week. Classic boater probably impaired action.
. She was so unprofessional. I asked if she was the owner just out of curiousity and she said she was. And to top it off I called twice the following week and her mailbox is always full. Glad I called groupon and got a refund especially after reading these other um comical reviews.

Beyond terrible. I had the same experience as Renee. Don’t answer the phone, then voicemail was full. Then I finally reached someone and they told me to call back Tuesday. Finally got an appt and then WOW. Smelled like mold and it almost made me sick. Not a lick of English spoken, so she called someone and had me write down my info from Groupon. Someone was making food in the background — a microwave kept beeping. ALL AROUND AWFUL! then asked for a tip. I RAN out.

The worse experience!!! The place smells, the towels were threadbare. The therapist did not speak a word of English and had no respect for my comfort level. She shorted me on time and demanded a bigger tip.
