Franklin, MA
Needed to find shopping cart on wheel for my mom. I called them up and yes, they had one in stock. They assembled it for me at no charge, so I could pick it up «ready to use». You not only can’t find them in stores anywhere, but you don’t find that kind of service anywhere. Especially at no charge. Usually you only find those carts in mail-​order catalogs, and you’d have to assemble them yourself. At 80, she can’t. And with arthritis, my hands won’t do it either. Love that small-​town store service.
